The service was really good. We sat at the bar and our server was very polite and attentive. The food was okay/good. My husband asked for a medium-well ribeye that came almost well-done. I ordered a medium filet and it was cooked really well. We both got the mashed potatoes and broccoli which was also okay. If you're looking for a drink recommendation, I would recommend the Texas Tea, it's like their version of a long island but it's really good! My brother and sister-in-law had a burger and the Salmon which they thought was pretty good as well. We went on a Thursday evening and it was not crowded at all with a nice vibe.

Date night at LongHorn is always a catch. The food and drinks here is wonderful. I especially love their Brussel Sprouts.

The food was delicious, the only problem the server didn't come back & check like she should to see if we needed refills, bit I normally have an awesome time. The asparagus was a little tough so I asked for more potatoes which was very good.

We decided to stop in tonight for a bite to eat. We were not disappointed. We got right in and service was fast. Our waitress made sure we had everything we needed and more. When the food came out it was as perfect as someone could want. The steak was a perfect medium rare, mashed potatoes were smooth and tasted so good I didn’t want to stop eating. The onion chips were good as well. Overall good experience and great food! We will be back.

We liked the service and the food! The steaks were delicious and the temperature was on point in both our orders (medium-well and medium). The salad was covered in dressing, so I'll have to order it on the side next time. The fries and the loaded baked potatoe were delicious. We did not love the appetizers menu, so we ordered a cup of soup instead and we are so glad we did, they were delicious!

Best cheeseburger I've had in a long time. Both of us got one and said this. Could tell the meat was fresh and the burgers were cooked perfectly. My dad got his cooked rare and I had medium well. We went for lunch. I think I like the burgers there more than the steak after that!

I don't know what it is about this place but I have never had a good meal there. My friends love it, the service is always great. I have tried 3 or 4 different dishes, and they all come out bad. Ribs were cold, steak was very chewy, even the time I got a salad, the lettuce was warm. Any time I have brought it to their attention, they are great and try to fix it, but once 1 thing goes wrong, the next seems to pile up. We even joke, saying I need to order just an appetizer to just break the cycle. Side complaint the place is always too warm in side.

I recently celebrated Father's Day with my husband at Longhorn Steakhouse in Pickerington, and it turned out to be a delightful experience for our whole family. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the Parmesan crusted chicken, which my husband absolutely loved. The chicken was perfectly cooked with a crispy crust and a deliciously seasoned interior. Paired with the loaded potatoes and asparagus, it created a truly mouthwatering combination. As for me, I opted for a lighter option and chose the same Parmesan crusted chicken but with a refreshing salad instead of asparagus. The salad was fresh and vibrant, with a variety of toppings that added a delightful crunch and flavor. It was the perfect accompaniment to the tender and flavorful chicken. Our daughters were equally pleased with their choice of the hand-breaded chicken tenders. The tenders were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, satisfying their young palates perfectly. To complete our meal, we indulged in some well-crafted drinks that perfectly complemented our dishes. The beverage selection was diverse, and each sip was refreshing and enjoyable. Overall, our experience at Longhorn Steakhouse was exceptional. The delicious Parmesan crusted chicken, loaded potatoes, asparagus, and hand-breaded chicken tenders delighted our taste buds, and the drinks were equally satisfying. The attentive service and cozy ambiance further enhanced our dining experience. We left with happy hearts and full bellies, making it a Father's Day celebration to remember.

All of the food tasted SO good!! The portions were very generous & the atmosphere was relaxed, but the best part of our experience was our waitress Kiersten. I was having a rough day and her kindness was so welcome. A good or poor wait staff makes or breaks the dining experience. And I must say, Kristen was probably in the top 3 waitress/waiters I’ve ever had in my life. She didn’t interfere in our private conversations yet she appeared at just the right moments to remove dishes from our table, to see if we needed anything & to offer dessert. If you come here for dinner, I advise that you request Kirsten’s section. You will NOT be disappointed in your food or her service!!

OMG. Here right now. Even though it'd quite busy. We ordered an appetizer, salad and dinner. Salad came first said some to waitress about wanting appetizers first she said she knew but salad was first then appetizers and dinner came all at same time about four minutes after salad. Too fast like they want us to finish and get out. So much for a nice relaxing Sunday/ first anniversary dinner :(

Great bar service and the steak was cooked perfectly. This has always been one of my favorite restaurants but it had been a while since my last visit. I'll be back soon

Got here at about 6:30 on Tuesday - the restaurant was not very busy. The bartender seemed to be rushed and not very friendly. Ordered T-bone steak - came out perfectly grilled. Salad was very fresh too. Bar ran out of one of the cabs :(

Haven’t been in quite awhile so we stopped in for lunch. Great service, food came out on time and everything was seasoned and cooked to specifications. A bit pricy and they don’t have a huge lunch menu but sometimes less is more.

Ordered online for take out and came inside to grab a drink while I waited. It was busy. The bar and lobby were full. With that being said, I thought the service up front was inefficient. They can check you out if you ordered online but only the bartender can get you a drink. Literally couldn’t just grab a bottle of beer and ring me out but there’s 4-5 people walking around behind the bar, that was frustrating. Even more so when another couple is standing there with drinks in their hand also. Luckily the food came out quicker than expected. Everything tasted good but unfortunately we were missing the Loaded Potato soup, a premium side that you have to pay extra for. Should probably focus on those items being included over the bread. Ribeye with no cap :( Mediocre overall, I’ll pass next time.

We order from here about once a week for our office during lunch. It’s always fresh, hot, and delicious. The service is 99% top notch and professional. With our most recent order they forgot our plastic ware and the butter for our steaks, however that was the only hiccup we’ve experienced with dozens of orders. It’s a great takeout spot and the food doesn’t disappoint. Try the broccoli it is some of the best you’ll find at a restaurant. Highly recommended and appreciated.

The food was amazing, and it was cooked the way we wanted it. Service was fast. Not long after being seated, our waitress came to take our drink order and ask if my wife and I wanted bread. The atmosphere was great, and the staff was busy taking care of customers instead of goofing off. When our waitress was busy with another customer, another server went by and noticed our drinks were empty and quickly asked what our drinks were, and refilled our drinks.

I’ve always loved Longhorn and this location is one of the best. Had a great lunch meal, the salad and steak were excellent. Keirsten, our waitress, was so nice and pleasant, she did a great job! You can’t go wrong visiting this location.

As I checked above everything was fabulous 🤩. Waitress & servers were awesome. Everyone had a smile. I loved it.

The staff was very kind, I tied there seafood. The shrimp, rice and seasoned fries were quite nice! I had to take some home becauce of how large the portions were. The starting bread was pretty great honestly. Nice and warm. I don't normally go to steak houses but it was quite nice!

First time eating here Waiter was Amazing, food was good, Little pricey but worth it

It all started when we walked in the door. The room looked exhilarating. The staff came to us quickly and with such gladness and joy. We immediately felt welcomed and loved. We are now very much a part of the family. Our waitress Kelly H was definitely sent down from heaven to be the greatest server this world has ever known. Every known waiter, waitress and barista should take the Kelly H class of customer service. Thank you for changing ours lives and making this world a better place

Usually have a great experience. Recently i ordered a steak medium and it ended up being medium rare. Not a huge deal, but keeps me from giving 5 stars. The people are great! So is the food!

This is my dream place. Steaks are alway extra juicy. Butter is the best meals are always tasty here. I always get into this restaurant quarterly or more. I love their steaks.

The food was good! I've gone a good few times now and the servers are always so helpful and nice. The server I had today was named Kylon, I believe, and he was very helpful and accommodating as we had a large party with gluten allergies and my shell fish allergy. Everyone had a good time for the most part!
