This is my local store, I frequently visit and purchase stuff for my puppy, I find the staff so friendly and helpful. My puppy gets so excited when we go there he loves the staff so much as they fuss and give him so much attention ! They have been helpful with fitting a winter coat and we found the Perfect fit ! He is such a handsome boy in it as well as warm and dry! They are currently supporting me with changing food for him .... great team !

Pets Corner in West Horsley is perfect for all our puppies needs. A superb range of products and super helpful and informative staff who are always happy to assist. Puppy Play on a Saturday morning is fantastic and our puppy love it!

I purchased a harness from Pets Corner at West Horsley but was not happy with the fit. Taking it back the staff were excellent and took the time to show me each harness, the pros & cons and helped to fit them on my very wriggly dog! Due to my dog's size it wasn’t straightforward but we eventually found an ideal harness and an exchange was not a problem. The staff were extremely patience, knowledgable and professional. It is so easy to order items online these days so to receive such helpful and friendly service makes visiting a shop far more worthwhile.

We have visited Pets Corner many times recently for Puppy Socialisation classes on a Saturday morning. The staff have been consistently excellent with Elsa, our lively labrador and ourselves. It is always a pleasure to visit and be recognised and welcomed. (They all have great advice to share too!)

We visited this store today somewhat overwhelmed about the prospect of getting our puppy cockapoo in 2 weeks time. We really were unsure where to start. We were pleasantly greeted as we entered and found the staff to be not only incredibly knowledgeable but so enthusiastic about what they do. They put our minds at rest and gave us some sound and excellent advice and recommendations for things to buy to help us make our puppy feel right at home when she arrives. The service and passion for what they do did not go un-noticed and we are certainly going to be going there a lot more as we adapt to life with our pet. Becca, Carla and Emilia are just amazing young ladies and we couldn't have wished for a better experience in their store. We whole heartedly recommend visiting the store for anything you need for your pet. We'll be going back for sure. Thank you
