    I joined Bootcamp 2 years ago and when I first joined my friend commented on the fact I could only lift weights equivalent to a can of bake beans! Thankfully, due to the fantastic sessions arranged by knowledgeable instructors I can lift a bit more now! Lifting some weights is very important to Women as they age and as I don’t like training in a gym setting, Bootcamp has helped me become, stronger, fitter and less prone to injury. I would highly recommend joining, as whatever level of fitness you are at, you can work at your own pace.

    If you are looking for a fun, motivating, sociable way to get fit in the fresh air, then look no further. The workouts are varied and the coaches will push you to your own limit, regardless of level. I was new to the area when I joined and it has been a really great way to meet a group of lovely, like minded people with some witty banter to keep us all laughing through the pain 😂

    I've been doing boot camp for for 14 months and it has made a measurable improvement to my overall fitness and body strength. I attend 2 to 3 sessions a week and for the first 12 months every session was different. Each session is structured and lasts an hour using all sorts of kit and body weight. The sessions are held out doors all year round, the instructors are either serving or ex forces. It is a friendly/social environment unlike a gym where people are on their own agendas. All abilities are catered for and age isn't a factor, I'm nearly 66 and never felt better. Come along get fit, lose weight and make new friends.

    I've been doing Bootcamp for over 2yrs now, the sessions are set up for every ability and fitness capability.. Super friendly instructors with great knowledge. Fun and friendly environment

    Bootcamp UK Andover is all about inclusion. Everyone is welcome no matter what fitness level you are. The instructions are loud and fun and really encourage you to work hard. If anyone is thinking of coming in the bad weather do it. You just need to not wear anything white and an old towel or bin bag for the car seat will do the job. Getting wet and muddy is fun!!!!

    Wanted to carry on with my fitness after retiring from weekend football. Saw bootcamp on one of the fields. Thought , why not give it a go . Instructors were friendly and answered all my questions. It’s all about pushing yourself. You don’t get judged by others and there is always help around. Best if all , you meet like minded people who just want to stay healthy and or who want get fit. You become part of a large family. I’ve been doing this for a few years now and I still love it . You have nothing to lose , so go for it 👍🏻👍🏻

    I have been a member of the Andover bootcamp family for a good couple of years and I throughly enjoy being pushed. The instructors are well trained and relay the information what is required clearly and concisely. All the participants are friendly and get on well with each other and newcomers are always welcomed into the group. Yes it can be cold and wet in the winter but that only makes you work harder!

    Really great exercise, has really helped me get back in shape. Big mix of people and abilities, and every session is different, but always fun and friendly. Highly recommended!
