Whilst on the more expensive side, the quality of the meat never fails to amaze me as a regular customer of many years. A gem of a local business that should be supported as much as possible. I recommend Reeves Butchers.

Super helpful. the butchers stock a wide range of meat and non meat produce and for our family the variety of sausage flavours means we are all kept happy. The meat products have a variety of price points to cover everything to help make pies and pasties through to keeping the most discerning steak fan happy. As you choose what you buy it allows me to buy 2 of each flavour sausage to be able to prepare the perfect meal unique to that person and as for the samosas and scotch eggs our family are completely addicted.

Just had the most stunning bit of 35 day hung rib of beef cooked on the bbq as a cote de boeuf. Absolutely fantastic bit of beef with such flavour and richness. Love coming into the shop and all the staff are friendly and justifiably proud about the quality of meat they offer. If you love your beef the beef fridge is a thing of beauty that you stare at with your tongue hanging out like a happy panting lab imagining how good the next dinner is going to be.

Reeves Butchers are a reminder of why we should shop locally, top quality food, helpful cheerful staff a wide range from deli counter to meats and raw dog food. Even throughout lockdown maintained good stock and managed their staff/customers/shop really effectively while still serving with a smile! Would give 6 stars if that was an option!

I can not fault this place at all. Super friendly people, the meat is just well... delicious 😋 and if you special order something it comes in super fast. For me it was next day. 100% recommend to anyone wanting some amazing quality meat.

Family run business delivering top quality meat. The variety and choice of all products is amazing and the shop is very clean and modern. The staff are friendly and I would highly recommend this for all your meat and poultry needs. They also sell bread and have a frozen fish section.

Overall good butcher but be ready for high prices. Lots of frozen items, which you can effectively buy cheaper in supermarkets. Steaks are usually good, chicken is ok but not exceptional for the price, burgers only frozen. The last time I got a piece of pork shoulder from the fridge for ~£30 which smelled not fresh when I unpacked it at home.
