    I have attended 3 of the 15-minute desk yoga sessions. The sessions are easy to follow and enjoyable. They provide a good 15 minute break to take stock, relax, and stretch out. I have definitely felt the benefit after each session. The instructor provides clear instructions and is just lovely; very friendly, welcoming and engaging. Thank you for providing me with the opportunity to attend these wonderful sessions Ella.

    Attended a brilliant 15 minute yoga session for yoga at your desk. Ella took us through some lovely stretches to help release tension in neck and shoulders and managed to fit a lot into the short time. Felt all the better for taking this time out of my day to stretch. Would recommend!

    I had the amazing opportunity to join Ella today, it is a while since I attended a yoga session but 25 minutes with Ella and her business yoga session brought it all back. I cannot recommend this session enough it is just what you need on a Monday morning to set you up for the rest of the week.     I had an amazing session with Ella, my body felt tense due to working from the office and home. You don't realise how energised you can feel after the exercises. Ella was great in explaining everything and showing all the exercises. Definitely recommend and will be attending again

    Just had lovely session of desk based yoga. Really opened up and loosened by upper body and calmed my mind. Introduced me to excellent little exercise if you have scoliosis, as I do. Thank you
