Location. Location, location. We stayed 4 nights so booked the larger room (most important as the standard room would only be good for one or two nights max). Also booked full breakfast, which set us up for the day. You can also help yourself to coffee during the day (most important 😁). Rooms are quiet and comfortable, but A/C can be a bit hit and miss. Kept switching off at random times. We chose not to have our room serviced, but there was no problem with getting extra toilet paper or clean towels. But the best thing about staying here is its location. Close to the underground and also easy to catch buses or boat to wherever you need to go. So many attractions are a short walk away, and you have a pick of local pubs surrounding the hotel. There is a happy hour but for cocktails only. Would be better if it included beer and wine as well. The dinner options are limited, so I would only recommend it if you don't want to go out.

Excellent service for the money, but if you book in advance obviously is better.. Already stayed twice In last 3 years and would stay again. Super helpful staff. The lounge is awesome. Coffee and tea always available, that was something we enjoyed after have walked in the cold all day.. Spacious enough room (we stayed in the bigger one).. Clean and nice bathroom also..

I was a little nervous that the rooms here would feel claustrophobic as I knew many rooms didn't have windows but it couldn't have been further from the truth. We did pay for the slightly bigger room and found it had plenty of space. There was a light panel where a window would be and we hardly noticed we didn't have one. When we arrived the staff were lovely and talked with us showed us the bar, tea/coffee facilities ect. We were also told if we needed extra pillows and towels they were available. We were in the basement and the lifts were clean and well maintained. Our room was spotlessly clean, a very comfortable bed and we loved the bathroom. The shower was great! It almost felt a little futuristic. A good sized TV and panels by the bed that controlled the lights and temperature of the room. This hub was a 3 minute at most walk from the St. James Park tube station. We saw Wicked and could have either walked back in 12 minutes or one stop on the tube. A fantastic location. There is a lot of road work going on outside but we didn't hear anything once we were inside the building. Right at the end of the street there is a pharmacy, two coffee shops, a pub and a convenience shop. We would both happily stay again. Very happy customers and the price was great too.

I was meeting family for breakfast, £5 for coffee and pastries which is a local bargain. The staff were very accommodating to our larger than average party, and did not mind that we had young children with us. The eatery was well kept, clean and tidy. Fantastic little breakfast facility.

Given a room without a window. Booked a standard room and all the pictures online featured a window or natural light. I am not normally claustrophobic but this room made me feel horribly trapped. Had to make my own bed with the provided duvet. Awful TV reception - can't even watch ITV. Air con is needed (because no window) but it is horribly loud - so you have to choose between being boiling while sleeping or get woken up by the air con gurgling. Worse than a normal premier inn and absolutely not worth the price.

So far, so good. London's hotels have a more quality feel than outside of London having said that I do like the variations. Premier inns are my usual choice because of their consistency. They don't have irons in their rooms, you have to request this. The towels have some weird feel to it which makes me cringe, but that I am putting down to cleaning products. Not much a view out the windows but I didn't buy the stay for the view. There are no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms themselves, you need to go downstairs for that. Rooms are small, but that depends on whether it's just you or a couple (definitely a squeeze for couples).

The perfect place to shower and sleep. When visiting a city like London that’s all you need! Location is amazing, right next to the underground and in walking distance for many sights. Rooms are very small but bed was comfortable and water pressure in shower was amazing. For the price I was extremely surprised with how nice the rooms were. Very clean, friendly staff.

This is the first time I visit a hub by Premier Inn. For unknown reason I cannot check-in via kiosk. Fortunately there aren't long queue in front of the counter. Room is clean and modern, and the bed is comfy. There's a few things that I feel less convenient (say, I prefer to have bin located beside the desk instead of need to go to cupboard in the bathroom. And hope to have USB charger port, or the whole panel, located above the desk socket instead of needing to climb over the bed) Overall I think it's good stay.

Ben helped us check in easily without any hassles over the weekend, the rooms are for sleeping and going off to go either site seeing or to the office. A bit too small for 2 people (the room I stayed in). The location of the hotel is great with all of the major site seeing places within walking distance!

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location, literally metres from St James Park tube station. My wife and I stayed for one night and the rooms were perfectly comfortable. The service was absolutely top drawer. My only wish would be that there could be a few warm items of breakfast

The main upside of this hotel is its extremely convenient location, both easily reachable with public transport and within walking distance of many of Central London's sightseeing staples. The rooms are absolutely tiny, basically consisting of a bed, a single chair and a bathroom. Ours did not even have a window, but I can't imagine any of the better ones providing much of a view. On the upside, the room was quiet and the AC and lights systems were great, controlled with a touchscreen beside the bed. The breakfast was good, especially considering its value for money, but it's also open to non-guests of the hotel, often resulting in a cramped space and a huge waiting line of actual hotel guests unable to be seated. Other than that, the service was very helpful and polite.

Stayed at this location for 3 nights. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They allowed me to store my luggage before I checked in which was so helpful. Room was clean and high tech. Breakfast was decent for £5. Great selection of pastries, yoghurts, beverages and fruits. Location was ideal for a central London stay. Walking distance to the central and district lines at St. James Park tube station. Dacre street had some construction on during our stay but nothing loud or inconvenient. Walking distance to quite a few restaurants and quick cafes. Great stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Dacre Street Hub. The team of staff were so wonderfully warm, welcoming and professional. The pizza I had was very nice and not bad value for money. Of all the Premier Inn/Hubs I've stated at, this was by far the best. Will definitely be making a beeline back to this one again

Situated in a good location, room was small but functional, it was very clean and had a lovely comfortable bed. Good wet room facilities. Given we're the hotel is located its very quiet, so no being woken up by sirens during the night. We got a good price as well as we booked it well in advance.

Boutique hotel in st James in London. Hotel is in a very central location with walking distance to Hyde and st James park. Rooms are small like most of city hotels . Breakfast and dinner is really good.

Excellent location. Tiny rooms, we found they were quite small for a 5 night stay. Might be ok for singles but we struggled as a couple! Had to let them know daily if we wanted house cleaning, however they forgot to have our room serviced one day despite us requesting. Worth staying for location however otherwise an incredibly basic facility. Coffee machine downstairs was appreciated.

We use this hotel whenever we go to London. It’s basic but great, the location is superb all the big London attractions are within walking distance. It’s very clean, the staff are always lovely, there’s constant free good quality hot drinks. If you’re looking for a base to visit the sights of London this is ideal. If you’re after a romantic getaway to stay in bed all day I’d go elsewhere. The rooms are small but modern and clean, and the price is very good considering the location.

For the price, rooms, and location, this place is REALLY REALLY GOOD! The rooms are small, the bed is super comfy, and the shower is amazing. Service was excellent, I can get more pillows and towel replacements very easily and promptly. Food was decent, but there are a few restaurants nearby to eat. If you just need a hotel for the sole purpose of having a place to sleep and shower in, then this place is an excellent choice for its price. Although I do feel like this hotel is more meant for solo travellers. It could work for couples if you understand that you are getting a place to rest in and nothing more.

I've never stayed in a premier inn before but the location and price point for this was what I was looking for during a brief stay over the holidays. Really clean and well appointed, mainly helpful staff. It's in a fantastic location. Room are very small but functional and not claustrophobic. Very clean and modern/comfortable but most of all excellent price point if you're not interested in spending lots. Ideal for single traveler don't think I could stay here in such a small room with a partner.

Don’t let the location of this place put you off. It does look a bit rundown on the outside but it is right opposite St James Park tube. It’s not as nice as its sister hotel next to The Abbey but again, don’t be put off. Rooms are clean, comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. At this price you don’t get butlers and room service but overall a great budget hotel in central London. For good I can highly recommend The Feathers pub next door!

Great location, walking distance to Big Ben and surrounds areas. The room is comfortable and quiet. Too bad they gave me a basement unit but the lighting is good enough.

Having stayed in multiple Premier inns in the past, we decided to try the hub. A more updated version of the original. We stayed in a standard room. They are much smaller and compact than a regular Premier Inn but a much cheaper alternative than those nearby considering the area we were in. We had everything we needed for a weekend. Probably wouldn't stay in one for longer trips but would definitely stay again when in London for a weekend. I believe they do have bigger rooms though if the size of the room bothers you. As we were out and about most days, this was perfect for us. Bed very comfortable. There is a lounge area near reception serving tea/ coffee etc. No kettle in the room but you do get a bottle of water. We didn't have breakfast there but there is a buffet style breakfast served every morning. They kept our luggage on our last day so we could make extra use of the time we had in the city. Will definitely stay again!

Really lovely, modern rooms with amazing air con and shower! We booked one of the bigger rooms and had a huge, comfy bed. Rooms very very quiet. Informed the hotel it was my boyfriend's graduation present and they had got him a card and chocolates! Staff very lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Very modern . the double room we had was a touch on the small side had no opening window or view air con worked OK but not as cool as I personally like it to be .. no tea/coffee facilities in the room ... however free tea/coffee from reception area 24hrs .. would definitely recommend this hotel for a couple of nights at the most... it's location is close to tube station walking distance from big Ben and other attractions near by .definitely better than a 2 star in my opinion

Giving this rubbish place one star because there’s no option for zero. There is no such thing as house keeping in this place. Stayed here for a week and asked multiple times to get the room cleaned but still nobody did it. Nobody cleans the room or the bathroom and they do not even change the bins. You would need to almost beg to get fresh towels or toilet paper. The air con works at times but not always. Never will I ever stay in this pothole again. The staff do not care about the cleaning at all. Absolutely dirty and disgusting place. People give 4 stars because they probably have not stayed here for at least a week to know that there’s no such thing as cleanliness at this hotel. Every single night we could not sleep. Absolutely terrible place and it is such a disgrace 🤮🤢

Spotless hotel, Good breakfast and superb location. 5 mins from parliament. The staff were really helpful and efficient. Especially a beautiful young lady called Ralucka who couldn't do enough. Also a brilliant low cost way to stay very centrally in London and as always a really comfy bed and excellent shower and TV .Dont get me wrong don't expect massive rooms but who goes to spend all day in their room. We will use the hubs again for sure.

Really helpful team, great modern rooms. Literally only thing was that the toilet door hasn't got a seal so fine if you're close enough to your partner that it's fine haha! Great stay!

More than we could have hoped for. This hotel was in such a great location - close to all we wanted to see, easy to find, right near the tube... we loved staying here. The room had a really excellent layout - totally efficient, no wasted space and room for all our stuff. Everything was clean, comfortable and the staff were more than hospitable. Bonus - the lounge was cozy and the breakfast was delicious. We will absolutely stay here again.

Friendly welcome. Rooms are small and expensive (approx. £220 for one night in a double room) however, the location was perfect. 15 minute walk from the coach station, 10 minute walk from Victoria Palace theatre, 10 minute walk from Buckingham Palace, 10 minute walk to Westminster. Small room with basic essentials, suited to a short break as opposed to long stay. Complimentary coffee/tea making facilities are available in the lounge area behind the reception desk which we were quite happy with. Unlimited continental breakfast is available for just £5 per person.

Exceptional service and accommodation. Freshly remodeled rooms are comfortable and just the right size. Comfortable bed with soft linens and nice wool duvet. Cool use of smart buttons for lights, do not disturb, no turn down, window shade, etc. Highly recommended.

Stayed for a week on vacation. Pros, room was relatively well priced (for London), super close to subway. Free tea and coffee as well. Cons, we got a windowless room that was very stuffy after showering with no ventilation except for the AC. Had to ask them daily to make the room or else they wouldn’t do it. Only gave 1 set of towels for 2 people even though we asked for 2 sets of towels the first day. No amenities except for a generic bottle of soap and hair/body wash. I asked for a shower cap and needle and thread and was told they didn’t have it. Not entirely happy with our stay but it was fine I guess. Would recommend only for short durations only, and not for a family.

The hotel location is amazing, right next to all Westminster sites and in sort walking distance to many others and if you into Tube the tube station is right around the corner. The rooms are small, in our room we didn't have a window. it was enough for us. other than that is was clean, well designed, the shower was good and thew bed was comfy. the hotel service was nice, always there for help and assist. Breakfast was simple and fresh, they don't have hot drinks for kids but when I asked they arraigned it really fast.

Rooms are like a ship's cabin but very clean and location in central London excellent. Turn a corner and see Westminster Abbey.Breakfast £5 extremely good value

Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. This web site will compare thousands of booking web sites and usually will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is one of the highest rated in this area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you choose this place you won't regret it. Situated in a good location, room was small but functional, it was very clean and had a lovely comfortable bed. Good wet room facilities. Given we're the hotel is located its very quiet, so no being woken up by sirens during the night. We got a good price as well as we booked it well in advance.

Enjoyed my stay here and will use them more often for future trips to London. Small room but with everything you need. It's lit up so well you don't miss a window. Importantly the bed was comfortable and clean. Loved the rooms controls from the bed even Air con. Shower satisfying and fancy clean bathroom. The lounge area where you can get your drinks is a nice and comfortable too.

Pros: Quiet, safe, outstanding location. Cons: A bit more like camping. No toiletries or tissues and only one chair. There were only a few hangers and no storage, so we had to keep our suitcases packed and on the floor. The drop down wall desk was broken. I require an accessible room. If you need one as well, a few cautions: While the shower is roll-in, water goes everywhere and the floor becomes very slippery. The towels are oversized and very heavy. I have coordination and strength issues, which made the towels very difficult to use.
