    1. This place is usually extremely crowded. 2. It would be nice if the members of staff who work at the till could be provided with chairs. I note that in most other places, members of staff are allowed to sit down, which makes much more sense. The person at the till yestersay was just lovely and helpful. Many people have also stated that members of staff are unsmiling and not friendly at all, but I did not see any evidence of this. 3. They have an excellent Christmas display, which is worth seeing. It is exceptionally impressive and massive amounts of effort clearly went into this. 4. This place has pretty much everything - fruit and vegetables, crafts, cacti, a butchers, books, garden tools and a wide variety of other things. 5. Many people have stated that they found some of the security guards a bit abrupt and rude. I did not see any during my visit.

Very large garden centre, ok prices, car park can get busy at any time. Longacres sells a huge variety of products. There is a gift section, a butchers, fruit and veg, cakes, alcohol etc, basically a supermarket. Also large selection of indoor and outdoor plants and has a cafe.

Longacres is amazing at Christmas!! It's got everything you'd possibly need. Dec's, crafts, gifts, food, plants just everything!! There's a food hall, a cafe, a bakery and outside garden centre. I would suggest getting here as early as possible on the run up to Christmas, we arrived at half 10 the car park was practically full and and was very crowded. Cafe was also full but to be expected when so busy.

Think twice before you have a delivery from Longacres Bagshot. Placed order 2 weeks ago, delivery cost £11.00. Knew it was going to be delivered today but was not notified when, that's fine. After calling, expected delivery around 3.30. At 4.45 I hadn't heard anything but when I went to the front door noticed the 11 items, big bags of compost, 3 smaller ones, empty handing basket and plant had been left without anyone knocking to let me know it's been delivered and to check it. To make matters worse the plant had 3 pieces off it, left in the pot. I have shopped there a lot and been very happy with their products and service but I won't be using their delivery service again.

Very busy garden centre. Can be quite cluttered and difficult to navigate with a trolley/pram. Lovely restaurant but very busy and you need to find a table, put your stuff there and then go up to order. When we went there, there was a long queue and that was just to get a table.

Lovely garden centre, glad we went on a Tuesday as probably really busy weekends. Has indoor & outdoor plants, seeds, home accessories, gifts, cafe, nice toilets. Used the drive threw for compost (first 4 pictures), u basically drive up, there are 5 parking spaces, then there are lots of composts, bagged manure & different garden stones. U choose what u want, pay in hut on left & then staff outside load it into ur car for u. Brilliant no wild trolleys with heavy loads in the shop, much more pleasant shopping experience!

We were recommended Longacres for our wedding flowers by a friend and we are so glad we went with them. The flowers were stunning. From start to finish they listened to my ideas and provided advice on what would work. A huge thank you to Pip who I mainly dealt with. She was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend.

Lovely garden centre which has multiple businesses within it. Has kids toys, garden furniture, log cabins, jacuzzi, ice cream shop, garden tools and accessories and alot more. They have a massive variety of plants and flowers and pots. It's well located and too my surprise very well priced. Probably the best prices I have seen from a garden centre. Also has a cafe and food shopping section. Has a drive thru compost area and larger items. Also sells calor gas bottles

Calling this place just a garden centre is doing it an injustice, it's huge and contains just about everything you need. There's a large outdoor area for shrubs, plants & ornaments. Inside contains the usual gardening products, a substantial food hall and a fantastic butchers. The farm shop has a great range of fresh produce and there is a large café. Various other businesses have permanent small kiosks outside. Despite the massive car park it gets incredibly busy, I would suggest coming mid week and avoid lunchtime otherwise you may be struggling to find a decent parking space (car door denting seems to be an Olympic sport here)

Lovely place. Accessible prices. You just need to take your time once you're there. I stayed 3hrs and I couldn't explore each and every section 😂 You can feel the Xmas sprit🎄 There's everything for everyone. Big tip: be careful as you'll end up buying everything 😁

One of the biggest garden centres we've ever visited. Countless items, especially now with the Christmas run-up, it's a joy to wonder around this place, what we have actually done. It's absolutely impossible to get away empty handed. Food is a bit expensive in the cafe, but other than that, it's a real pleasure to visit this place.

What a find! You can lose a day in this place, easily. It's massive, so big that coach loads make a day of it (cue random picture of coach in carpark, clearly sticking out over the line, tut) and, as you'd expect, the festive period sees a big section given to every kind of Christmas decor you could want. What surprised me was the prices, not just of Christmas bits but everything, big and small (small as a notepad to big as a wood cabin) and what a pleasant surprise it was. It's amazing how many things you don't know you need until you see them 😁 There's a good-size café but I didn't get to see it as the queue was too big at the time, this tells me it's popular but may need extending for the busy periods, perhaps. Staff are very helpful and friendly, and their knowledge of the available goods is excellent. I e of those places you put a note in the calendar to return to again (and again and again...)

Lots of parking space but beware it's busy as a very large and popular store. Has an amazing range of goods (not just garden items) with lots of stock so you won't come out empty handed. We are regular visitors now as there's always something that you don't realise you like or needed

Loads of choice at long acres and generally reasonably priced versus other garden centres. Good service when you need help. The cafe has lots of choice too, but often a queue especially on the weekend.

Went on the Weber BBQ and smoking course. This was thoroughly enjoyable and I learnt more than I ever knew about cooking and smoking. Thanks to Chef Tarrant for his charismatic and fun teaching. We got to taste all the delicious food that we made during the course, which was the best part.

Longacres continues to provide wonderful statement pieces from their floristry department - and also delivers the most wonderful Customer Service. I have no need to shop elsewhere for flower deliveries because this is a personal service not just a 'catalogue' or 'menu' as offered by faceless online florists. Huge thanks to the wonderful, Amy. Brilliant!!!
