This store is very filthy and unhygienic’ is not suitable for vegan or vegetarian customers because all the ingredients gets contaminated by not washing their hands. To avoid food poisoning or allergies’ think before placing any orders.

This place must be under new management otherwise I got lucky cause my order was flawless. Great tasting pizza if you are looking for that guilty pleasure. The place was super clean and Elias the manager was great. I will probably only order from here once in a while but only because I am on a health streak. Keep up the great work.

I ordered a vegetarian pizza and they sent me one with meat instead. I proceed to call them up to notify them about the mistake and they asked me what did I want them to do? I politely asked if I could get the vegetarian pizza that I ordered as I don't eat meat. They said they would but the pizza never arrived. I sent a complaint trough their website. Still no pizza and no reply whatsoever. Absolutely appalling and disappointing service. If they put this much care about your food order then god forbid someone with deadly allergies has the misfortune to order food from this place! Avoid it at all costs! You've been warned.

The food is great they’ve refurbished this store recently so it’s really nice the food is always hot and fresh can’t go wrong with a pizza. The staff are usually never at the counter but I think there’s only a handful of people in there so you might have to just shout to them in the back for someone to come and serve you. There’s one young boy in there he’s really nice and helpful a few of the other older guys sometimes are a little miserable and don’t listen to your order properly but apart from that if your looking for something quick and simple then I highly recommend this place. They’ve definitely changed there standards most of the bad reviews are really old

ordered for the 3rd time saturday the 1st and second time ordering from here via pizza huts website both times i didnt wait long, drivers was nice and pizzas was hot and nice this 3rd time pizzas wasnt nice at all there was hardly any toppings on them and i paid for extra cheese on them all and there was less cheese then the 1st 2 times that i never paid for extra cheese to the point you basically couldnt really see any cheese 70% of each slice was just base and sauce...i dont know if ill be ordering again

Went there for a lunchtime quick pizza, was attended by Ali who was superb and helped me pick the best deals for me. The food was good as well, definitely recommend

Pizza Hut in Poplar, E14 is a fantastic restaurant that I highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious pizza and great customer service. My half and half large pizza, which had mostly vegan toppings, was absolutely delicious. The crust was crispy and the toppings were fresh and flavourful. The vegan options were also a great addition to the menu, it was nice to have a variety of options for different dietary needs. One of the things that stood out to me about this Pizza Hut location was the speedy turnaround time for my pizza. I was able to order and receive my piping hot pizza in no time, which was great for when I was in a hurry. The staff and drivers were also very friendly and helpful, which made my experience even better. The management team, Shofi & Aftar, were also fantastic. They were always on hand to answer any questions I had and were always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my experience. They were very attentive and truly cared about providing the best customer service possible. The same can be said for all the other staff members, they were all friendly, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I had an enjoyable experience. Overall, I highly recommend Pizza Hut in Poplar, E14. The pizza is delicious, the customer service is top-notch, and the management team is dedicated to providing an excellent experience for all of their customers. Great pizza and got a free tub of ice cream. Particularly the pan margarita was very good. Could be warmer. Recommend picking pizza up as delivery could take a while

Shohaq is brilliant.... polite, efficient and makes the best pepperoni pizza. He even has it ready bang on time for my trip back home.

Great service and food all the time, always go out their way to make sure customer is happy with order, also like the fact that they always wash pizza cutter before cutting my pizza to accommodate for the fact that I am muslim, means alot, drivers always have a smile on their face.

Brilliant service. Me and a friend ordered for collection but we will still taken care off as if we were dining in. Food was fresh and piping hot and it was all beautifully handled by Shofi. Thanks again from everything, would 100% recommend to come here

Customer service was “top notch”. I was served by Shofi. Despite how busy he and the team were, Shofi went out of his way to cater to my customised pizza requirements. I wasn’t able to add a BBQ sauce base to my online order however, when this was mentioned to Shofi, he did his utmost best effort to ensure that PH kitchen had my order exactly how I wanted it. I decide to collect my pizza on this occasion so it was great to see just how hard Shofi and the team actually work to make sure that all their customers are happy. I am very grateful the we have such great staff at the (E14) PH. My pizza was cooked to perfection and didn’t need any re-heating once I got home. Cheers guys. If you read any other comments on this thread then take this one seriously! Don't even deserve one star, waited for the delivery around 2 hours. When it arrived, pizza is cold. And they refused to offer refund. Never ever ordered it again.

The food was great and service was amazing to match. All the hot and cold food was kept separately on delivery to retain temperature. No items were missing. Care was given to the hand off by the delivery driver Reza. Very happy, thank you!

I decided to order from Pizza Hut hoping that it would be better than what I remember from when I was a kid. Boy was I disappointed! The chicken supreme pizza was disgusting. And it was supposed to have a garlic crust but there was no garlic at all. Make your own pizza wasn’t too bad. But the only thing that was really good about it was the deep dish crust. Pizza Hut pizza sauce is really gross. I did get nachos as a side dish and they were really good. And so was the fresh bake cookie. One of the sauces was missing on our side item. But the most disturbing thing of all was the delivery driver. He asked if he could text me with his information to give him a good review. Mind you he barely even said hello or struck up a conversation. He went straight into asking for a review. He was young and probably doesn’t know any better but somebody needs to tell him that’s not OK. And after I said “no thank you, I’ll remember to give you a review” he still sent me a text message to my personal phone number. I don’t mind my phone number being used if the driver gets lost and needs directions but to send a message asking for a good review isn’t OK. Overall I was not satisfied with this order and I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

If only there was a no star option … I am 99% sure that this is a cheap, old frozen pizza base from the supermarket, it’s hard and burnt and just chewy, not what you would expect from a pizza shop. Never going to come back to this Pizza Hut or any other pizza delivery place anymore, I am just going to make my own now.

Management and staff have always gone above and beyond to take care of my allergies. Alwaya extremely satisfied following delivery and thank you to the Pizza hut staff!

I ordered and collected pizza on tuesday evening. It was very delicious and the guys in the branch were so nice and kind :) Excellent customer service im sure im gonna come back to this place :))))

Delivery time estimated at 19:45 for my Margherita pizza, but the pizza was delivered at 21:00 and to my surprise, it wasn't a Margherita! Called the store and they tried to blame it on the delivery guy. Terrible service.
