What a refreshingly lovely, wonderful, caring company. They are friendly, yet professional in their contact and dealings with you. It's so nice to find an orthotics/disability equipment & aids company that cares about you as a customer and your needs, rather than one that will sell you anything, useful or not, just to make a sale. Trust me, I have had that experience lately. They even organised a refund of vat on an order that I had already placed and paid for. They took the time to help me, so I know which company I will be contacting first in the future.

i ordered an abdominal support which when it came was not a good fit.If I had been asked to provide the widest girth measurement I may have found what I needed, rather than waist measurement. The binder was also too deep. The telephone advice was polite and I was sent another binder which turned out to be no good for me. I was shocked to find that I had been charged for the cost of returns by about £8. If the guidance about my measurements pre order had been useful I may have found the right item straight away. I will not use this firm again. I have now been given a refund of the postal charge as a gesture of goodwill.

Having been shielding since March and hoping to return to work in a couple of weeks. The disposable medical face masks will help me feel a lot safer. Excellent service, and the masks of very good quality. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased with the quality of the premium reusable multi-layer face masks that I have bought. I'm now on my 3rd delivery of the masks. I was really pleased to find a reusable mask that was recommended by the British Acupuncture Council as a viable alternative to the fluid resistant disposables that we are supposed to use. Very soft and comfortable. I find that the nose clip helps prevent the mask rising up to my eyes.

Easy to order and was able to click and collect same day. Products are great with good straight forward instructions on how to use. No hesitation in recommending the company from my experience.

Great Service : - ordered 2 pairs of 10mm silicone heel wedges/raisers, to replace the original pair bought many years ago. Order arrived within 3-4 days as quoted, well packed also. Very impressed at how long they last, considering they are/were used heavily in work/army surplus boots every day, super comfortable too......!! *Recommended to anyone with lower limb/posture/back issues*.

Nice surprise to find my new heal elevators came as a pair when I thought they were single. Seem like good quality and appears to be as good as the NHS ones I was prescribed for my leg length deficit. The free face mask was also a welcome surprise.

My mum is petite lady, and has to wear this collar at night, every night, year in, year out due to cervical spondylosis. They need to be comfortable. We have now got the right collars for her.
