Cannon
Street
today,
intending
to
buy
shirts
for
my
partner.
The
store,
situated
on
the
first
floor,
presented
a
range
of
options,
and
I
ended
up
spending
£90
on
two
shirts.
However,
the
experience
was
overshadowed
by
the
service
I
received.I
approached
a
young
lady
with
curly
hair
for
assistance.
Unfortunately,
her
demeanor
was
far
from
welcoming.
When
I
asked
her
to
unfold
a
shirt
for
a
closer
inspection,
she
declined
and,
to
my
surprise,
threw
the
shirt
onto
a
nearby
table.
This
reaction
repeated
itself
with
another
shirt,
leaving
me
baffled
and
questioning
the
quality
of
what
I
had
chosen.Despite
feeling
uncomfortable
and
confused
by
her
actions,
I
proceeded
with
my
purchase.
However,
the
experience
left
a
sour
taste,
overshadowing
the
satisfaction
of
buying
new
shirts.
The
lack
of
basic
customer
service
and
courtesy
was
unexpected
and
disappointing,
especially
from
a
store
of
such
standing.
This
visit
has
significantly
impacted
my
view
of
the
store
and
may
influence
my
decision
to
return
in
the
future.
