I have been using this lovely jewellery shop for over 40 years, since my mum and dear dad used to take me as a kid to get there watches & clocks fixed and repaired. I can honestly say that this family run jewellers, has always offered highly skilled and helpful advice and achieved repairs to a high standard. Having popped in there on Friday morning once again help and advice was given. Most shops down the high street have closed and changed. Ramsey jewellers has survived which for me speaks volume about its care for the consumer.. Thanks as always James T

I highly recommend Ramsey Jewellers. They have restored my old Gucci watch. It was't easy , as the strap was very narrow and had to be manually cut to fit to the structure. they have even put the original clasp when changing the strap :) if you look for a brilliant, professional service , this is the place, also they are very friendly :) thank you !

Purchased a beautiful pair of earrings today at this jewellers. The man was super helpful and friendly. He checked over the earrings carefully and showed us hallmarking and gave us cleaning instructions and a full demo of how to close the clasp properly and also said if we have any issues with the catch coming loose we can take them back and he will tighten them for us. Really happy with the earrings and the service we received. Would definitely recommend this place! Thank you!

My dad has been buying jewellery for my mum and I from here since I was a little kid and I have fond memories of visiting this jewellers. They have beautiful unusual pieces of jewellery which are of very high quality. My parents purchased one of my favourite pieces of jewellery for my graduation from here - stunning diamond and emerald earrings and a matching necklace and ring. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. I highly recommend this caring family run business. They really are a rarity nowadays!

What a treasure trove of unique pieces to fit every budget. Really helpful and genuinely interested in showing you pieces that fit in or complimented the jewellery that I was wearing, I never felt pressured to buy and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be going back to have some pieces cleaned and mended!

Ramsey Jewellers very helpfully adjusted the bracelet of a vintage watch for me. Their service is fast and fairly priced. Despite initial difficulties they continued to work at it and provided me with a perfectly adjusted watch. I'm really happy with the work done and would definitely go back.
