AMAZING customer service. I needed to order the machine urgently and the company was super prompt with replies and overall very very helpful. You can trust the company fully if you need to order something. I can't praise it enough. The delivery is super quick and they keep you posted with replies. Absolutely fantastic levels of service. When the third party courier repeatedly let me down and failed to deliver, they not only handled my concerne with the care and understanding that a loss of medical equipment would need but resolved the matter with speed and grace. I will be buying all my supplies from here going forward. You should do the same.

CPAP is a head scratching array of machines, masks, tubes and equipment to the uninitiated, so it's best to have a helping hand. Intus staff have an excellent knowledge of their products and they advised and guided me. I think I tried their patience to the nth degree, but they put me on the right track and gave me step by step help. Its good to have a company with diligent staff you can actually communicate with, who read and understand customer emails. CPAP is a strange but necessary cure, but you do need the best and most comfortable equipment.

Having had sleeping and snoring issues for many years now and always thinking I need to do something about it, I finally decided to do so. Initially, it was a nightmare as so many sites and companies only provided either products or guidance . With Intus health care, their site and sleep tests were very clear to find and understand, receiving my test within 48 hours , which was easy to use and even easier to upload the results. Post the results being submitted and my report being shared with me, naturally I needed some help and called Intus - again the service from advising me what the report meant and then guiding me through the options available to me was top class. Thanks to the hand holding of Giny throughout, I have now ordered a product that feels right and was dealt with very professional, efficiently yet friendly throughout. Really made the whole experience much easier than I first imagined

I needed a replacement part for my CPAP mask which was unfortunately out of stock. However Intus customer service kept me posted on status and once they had one I was able to place an order. I ordered on Friday and it arrived first thing Monday morning. Excellent service and I felt I was very important to Intus. The best customer service I have received anywhere in a long time!

Item I ordered was a sinus rinse. There was a long delay in delivery but totally the fault of Royal Mail and yet Intus refunded me the shipping cost to Rep of Ireland. Item was in perfect condition with s special clever plug adapter included free of charge. Very pleased with the service and doing business with this company. would highly recommend them.

Literally, "a breath of fresh air" !! Many companies seem to have lost the plot recently, but Intus are on their game. From the moment I rang for advice ( and each of my three phone contacts with them) they have been friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I received my sleep test the next day and a very detailed test result also provided the same day that data was sent ! I required a CPAP but was guided through the options with excellent website and personal advice both for the machine and importantly the mask. Happily, Ive adapted well and my AHI has dropped dramatically. All in all, within a few days of contact, I was tested, assessed and provided with the treatment - excellent ! I can fully recommend this company for its outsanding service.

This is my first order from Intus Healthcare. The Customer Service Team is excellent. They walked me through the CPAP machine order details input and advised it was a back-ordered as awaiting for stock from supplier in the following week. For some reason, I cancelled my order and received almost immediately the refund to my PayPal account. Very responsive service provided. Subsequently on the same day, I realised my order cancellation mistake and re-ordered the same items again. The Customer Service was very understanding and helpful to process and complete my order with delivery the next day to my designated place. I found this company as I require a battery for going away with my CPAP machine. I dealt with Lara over the telephone who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. I emailed a photo of my machine and within minutes she sent me a detailed email explaining all the options available to me. In short, the customer service was exceptional and I wouldn't hesitate recommending this specialist company to anyone with sleep apnea requirements.

Ok, so my experience was turned from a negative to a positive. My order had been significantly delayed by supply issues, of which I set about complaining. However, the service in response was outstanding. Totally understood my issue and provided a candid, honest response. I respect that. Owing to the professional way it was dealt with, I will definitely return.

I could not get a new lead, from the sleep clinic, as they said they did not supply these even though they changed my machine. I found Intus Healthcare online with a picture of the lead, I need to run off of a 12v battery whilst camping. From order to delivery was fantastic, only two days and the lead was not too expensive as some sites were asking over £60-£80 and the pictures they had were a bit fuzzy when blown up to see the connection plug to power the unit.
