Screaming kids across the hallway, the conjoining doors are a nightmare, i was in my underwear and bra when someone I don’t know opened the conjoining door to our bedroom and stared at me almost naked. We left for 3 hours to have dinner, I had left a small light on right above the inside of the room so we could see when we came back in and someone had been in our room and turned the light off while we were out, it wasn’t a timed light, the actual switch had been flipped. There’s dirty towels on the rack in the bathroom, the insides of the bedside tables are dirty, and there’s dust everywhere. The room we’re in is decently sized and there is A/C, a heater and basic kitchenware but the glasses are dirty and this doesn’t make up for everything else. The ladies at the front desk were amazing but the room really just wasn’t. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Really bad service the staff very rude they keep yelling at the guests the rooms are dirty there was a lot of bugs. they let junkie and drunk people inside the hotel they make u pay more than the other night

Staff were accommodating. Disabled room was not wheelchair accessible. No cooling in living area, bad traffic noise during peak hours, rooms are not cleaned daily, and the internet was not usable. Conflicting information in room itinerary not updated since 2020 and covid restrictions.

Well if you want flith, mould ,and bed covering not fit for an animal this is the place .. 😆 🤣 As for the reviews what a joke .😲 Who ever told you this place is clean and cosy are lying to you and properly been paid to write it or staff trying to trick you .. Dont believe the reviews , all lies. They even had my partners review removed as she stated truth and they didn't like the bad review .so I posted it again . The only thing good about this place is LEAVING IT BEHIND AND NEVER RETURNING. 🥺😡 The bed was disgusting covered in I can only describe as untidy men had made a mess all over the bedding and we were expected to pay to sleep in it ..😠😡 The flithy state of the shower , you may as well not have one , because you will feel dirtier after your been in the shower. 🤢 Mould covered every surface and I have photos to share with you . Then when you do settle for the night , you can have a party going on from 12 midnight till 3am before you get any peace and quiet. With other guests been allowed to cause havoc and disturb other guests by running up the corridors and knocking on your door all night like immature children . 😟😮 SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEART ACHE AND TROUBLE ... STAY SOME WHERE ANY WHERE BUT HERE . 🤢🤮 I travelled over 8 hours and wished we had stayed anywhere but there . 😪 The one star is only there because you can't leave a review without it ,otherwise they would be in the minus stars rating 😧

The belconnen way hotel motel is disgusting and not fit for humans . The manager tried to bribe me with chocolate to get a good review and when that didn't work i was threaten if I did post bad review I would not recieve a refund . Sadly no refund was given but keep it and pay for a cleaner . I still posted the truth and they had my original review removed, now that tells you if they remove a review they are not letting people have their say . The manager reports your review and then leaves responses even telling you they removed your review so people dont get the truth .There are plenty of reviews all saying this establishment needs an overhaul and new management. As you can see most bad reviews left are removed in order to deceive you . Or there would be more im sure im not the first .No stars for this place . They can't have every bad review removed .

Upon checking in our room was disgustingly dirty and even previous guests hair was all over the bathroom. Flat surfaces had not been cleaned, microwave still had food scraps in it, hallways smelt like cigarettes. I spent 1 hour cleaning the room just to make it hygienic for my children. When this was raised with reception the response was they were having issues cleaning due to COVID! What a joke, hygiene and cleanliness should be at the forefront in the current climate.

We booked a two bedroom apartment as a family with kids. The rooms could use a spruce up as it is getting on a bit, and the lounge could use a steam clean (hence the 4 stars), but otherwise the rest of the apartment was clean, warm and had everything we needed. The room's pluses were space, a spa bath, laundry facilities and the large choice of channels, plus the staff were friendly and allowed us to park right at the door.

When we got there,there was a bit of a hiccup with our accommodation. But Peter was more than happy to fix it and it was all sorted in 5 minutes We had a lovely stay We also need to book for an additional night which was hassle free Thank you so much Peter and all of your team Greg and Anetta

Beds are very comfortable and clean fresh linen. The rooms are very clean. The Staff are Amazing and very helpful. I will be recommending to everyone that visits Canberra especially if your loved one is in Calvary hospital nice and close. Walking distance to shops cafes Nd transport. I WILL BE BACK....

Clean, great location and very central. The room was warm and cozy.

Basic room toilet was clean. Excellent front office. Woolworths metro is just next door. Convenience

Great place to stay in Hawker. Next to Supermarket, Coffee bars, Bakery, Post office. Good bus service for the area.

We booked the 2 bedroom apartment for a night stay. The apartment are dimly lighted with yellow warm lights in the hall & rooms so it is fairly dark. The kitchen and bathroom are brightly lit with white lights . You get what you pay - it is pretty old building but at least it is clean, and the bedrooms are spacious. The only complain will be the leaking aircond in both the bedrooms and soft bed which is not ideal for those with backbone illness
