    Got the hot and crispy chicken 3 pc yesterday from here. The chicken was super stale and chewy and wasn’t even cooked properly. Never have I experienced such a bad kfc chicken in my life. Never buy from this store is what I suggest.

    this is my worst kfc experience. I was served by the rudest kfc team member 20/09/2019 at 1930. She was rude to the older man in front of me. got my order wrong when i tried to correct her she told me i was wrong and rolled her eyes at me. got my order incorrect anyways. gave me chips with no salt and smallest piece of chicken i have ever seen.

    The fact you can order, wait 10 minutes, then see a group of friends ask one of the employees for free food (6:35 PM 28 April 2023) and they get their free chicken and other food before people who ordered legitimately says it all about this place. Young staff, no management, no accountability. Also, spend a few dollars and fix the displays please, 3 of 4 menu screens are broken for 6+ months.

    Is this the worlds slowest KFC?. It has to be up there....plus when i finally got my order it was wrong and they said "we ran out of potato/gravy".....no substitute, no apology.....no refund just go away......modern Australia.

    Went to kfc Belconnen today and a team member Damon took my order. I’m not sure why he was yelling while taking my order he was doing the same with everyone else that ordered it was a bit unprofessional.He needs to work on his customer service skills

    Went Saturday May 20th 2023 & observed a team member sitting on the front counter where customers food is served & asked another team member for the duty manager. To my surprise the guy that was sitting on the counter WAS the duty manager. When I asked him how he would feel if I sat my backside where his foid was served I was shocked. Not only did he attempt to justify his actions he actually argued with me. At that point I asked him "are you actually going to argue with a customer thats offended by ypur backside being where my foid is served?" In my experience, managers are TO SET THE EXAMPLE. If this is what they teach their management, who then trains the newer team members, well Red Rooster, & Kingsleys have just gained a regular customer. So if you want Chicken served with a side dish of Bum gerns KFC Westfield is your go to. If 0 stars was an option that's what they woukd get. I pray disciplinary action is taken

    The staff are always friendly and provide good service when ever I go there, at times it can be busy when I go there but you can see that the staff are trying their best to get the orders out fast as possible

    Asian staffs are very rude in this store Not even say thanks when he gives food for customer and he just throw the bag on the counter. Should not hire staff with the bad manners like that.

    Staff were standing on counter where food is served, closed 10 minutes early and person who didn't even worked there who im assuming was someone's friend climbed over the counter and started messing around with the staff, food was completely stale also.

    Consistently the best chicken. Pieces are moist, even the breast, and are clearly freshly cooked (not wrinkled and dried out). Plus the people there are actually friendly! They smile at the drive through! And so far haven't made a single mistake with the orders.
