The Dentist and Dental Assistant were excellent. They let me know what they were doing throughout the whole appointment. They were very professional and caring in their manner. There was no pain after the procedure. All in all a good experience.

Received a prompt call back from Lauren this morning, from an online enquiry, for an appointment, submitted the night before. Lauren made the booking for my son simple and quick (so appreciated for a time poor mum) with a lovely, pleasant manner. Great service while ticking off another thing on the to do list!

My dental health was on a downhill trajectory, before I stumbled upon this place. My whole family now has been coming to this dental practice for many years as well. Two main things which have stood out to me here are what seems to me the constant adoption of leading-edge technology and the gentle warmth of the dentists. The appointments never feel rushed. The communication is outstanding, and feels more like peer-to-peer rather than the usual paternalism. Both the scientific aspects of teeth and treatment plans are communicated exceedingly well. Visits here feel less like clinical transactions and more like steps along the journey to better dental health. As long as Joseph and the team are in practice here, for me, I cannot imagine going anywhere else.

My appointment with Thato was excellent. She and her dental assistant were both very professional and informative and after conducting her proper checks and tests, Xrays, etc. Thato very clearly explained to me the issues and gave me a clear plan to progress further. So....all good! Very happy with the service and love the friendly and professional approach.

Absolutely brilliant. Joseph actually takes the time to listen to your concerns & explains course of action in detail. A very caring, gentle, yet thorough approach to dentistry which I have not encountered before. Support staff also warrant a special mention. A wonderful team. 5 stars all the way.

I really enjoyed (don't know if that's the right word for getting a filling) my experience. Seeing before and after photos is awesome and something I've never seen at another practice. Dentist and nurses were excellent and explained the procedure really well.

Best dentist I have ever been too, Dr Sarah Han was incredible and actually made me want to come in. They were incredibly professional and patient as well as incredibly lovely. Could not recommend more to anyone looking for a dentist in Canberra!!
