These guys are awesome. They always help me out and recently cut two keys for my car after terrible service from the dealership. Both keys cost half the quote for one through the dealer where I bought the car. Josh was very friendly and helpful. I won’t go anywhere else.

Friendly and fast service. Disappointed at pick up. My Longines watch and two other watches for battery change and they were just shoved in brown bag not even wrapped separately. That’s just feedback. They need to know to treat the watches with care, especially when there is more than one. Have two yrs warranty and will only return if I need to now.

Did not touch the shoes I left for buffing and polish, wasted time dropping them off one day and picking them up the next day. So unprofessional that didn’t even call to say that job is not going to be completed today and don’t waste your time to come to pick up.

Got a gold plated keyring, and hip flask for great prices, and when I got them both engraved the did a fantastic job, the text was nicely aligned, and very well spaced. Product quality is what you pay for, and I would highly recommend their engraving and leatherwork services to anyone. I'll be back to get some more stuff from them soon.

The staff at this store gave me great advice about leather care for my bag, even though it didn't result in a sale for them. They know their stuff, definitely recommend checking them out

My garage key was a bit sensitive I walked to the counter They guy helped me in 1 min And fixed it !!

They can clean leather bags too. It was well done and cheaper than if I had brought it to a place that specializes in designer handbags.

They are always accurate with advice and reasonable time to do repairs.

Another place quoted me $20 more than the man at Mister Minit! I am happy to leave this review - the service was friendly, the price was good and it didn't take long for 3 battery replacements (with warranties) and a new watch strap to be fitted. (It was a better quality strap too compared with what I'd seen at the other place). I'll be back Mister Minit! All the best for 2021.

Gave an indication of price and wait times accurately. Did the job well and replaced batteries in both analogue watches without any problem. He even said that of the battery replacement did not result in a functional watch he would not charge for the battery replacement. I am satisfied with Mister Minit Castle Towers and would go back if needed.

I visited this shop to get my ⌚️ 🔋 replaced. Unfortunately, even with new🔋the ⌚️ didn't work. To my surprise, the gentleman didn't charge any 💵 as the watch didn't work. Also, he advised us that just by servicing the watch by a professional watch maker, it would work. I highly recommend this store. Wristwatch Battery

They have a large range of key blanks you can cut, I was unable to find the ones i needed at other stores. Recommended.

I needed a new flip key cut and programmed, a bit tricky at first with a few trips down to the car and back to make sure everything worked properly but we got there in the end. Outstanding customer service from Josh, highly recommended.

I took my watch in for a battery which was done but a calibration issue came up so I took it back & the guys were amazing sorted it out on the spot no charge. The manager of the kiosk looked after me so well that I had to write a review. 5 stars highly recommended.

I needed my Mazda car key fixed and was quoted $99.90 and ready in 20mins. But they just replaced the missing parts for $45 and was done in 10mins! Chris was very helpful and I walked away as a happy customer.
