One of the receptionist was so rude, she mispronounced my daughter’s name and called her by her surname at the end. Our Covid vaccination was at 9am, only let us in at 10.30am. She let all other walks in appointments in who arrived after us. She literally shu me with her finger on her lips when I attempted approach her. Never made eye contact or smile at any time. She need serious training in customer service !!! Very bad indeed. Dr Alex was wonderful though

I would rate 0 if I can. DO NOT come to this GP. The worst receptionist (old lady) I've ever seen. Rude, bad attitude, full of discriminate against me, I don't know why? Only ask you loudly: Where were you born? loudly ask your age, address (is this related my booking? I felt no patient privacy at all!) She snatched my payment card without nice explaining doing the payment, unbelievable rude. Believing or not, check out other related reviews here. I may draft formal complaint to NSW Health Care Complaint Commission soon and consultant with my personal lawyer.

Receptionists are shocking there, they do not even look at your face, very rude and disorganised! I got my second vaccine on the 27th of August 2021 and more than 2 weeks now its still not on the system. I can't reach the practice over the phone, no-one picks it up so I can't even tell them to update my vaccine record. Honestly, its like joke, very bad place to be. They don't care about your health and record obviously.

Nobody likes going to the Doctor but you will enjoy visiting Bridgeside Medical Centre. It starts at the reception where you'll be greeted by professional & very well mannered receptionists who will direct you to either Dr Alex or Dr Mira who will treat you respectfully and not waste your time, these doctors actually do care. The full time on site nurse always goes above and beyond but during the COVID pandemic was like superwoman. I have been a patient for approx 7 years now.

Genuinely cannot believe the negative reviews which do not in anyway reflect my long period of time with this medical practice. I have been with Dr Alex for over 8 years and he is the best possible doctor I could have asked for. You are never rushed, he actually cares about you and has helped me hugely with my health, genuinely making a key difference in my life. I have sent a lot of close friends here for a reason, and all of them are still patients. I live far away from the practice but I would never change given the care I have had had. I consider myself lucky to be a patient with him. His wife is also an exceptional and kind doctor. My advice, read the long term patients review which gives an accurate and fair reflection.

One of the best doctors in Sydney! Their skin cancer checks are also AMAZING with a high definition camera that records your skin and tracks any changes and can detect any underlying risk of melanoma - a lot more advanced than most GPs doing cancer checks (paid about $100 for this service after Medicare refund). Glad someone told me about it.

The receptionist Gaye speaks very loudly and when you are on the phone repeats your name and last name out loud, so everyone in the room can hear what your issues are. Also, the centre's booking page says that only new patients need to pay, where as, in reality it is any patient that has not been to the clinic in 2 years. Again, the receptionist - instead of owning the problem and fixing it, was extremely defensive and asked for screenshots (while sitting at a computer).

Absolutely the best GP in Sydney. Dr. Mira Andic is very helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. I have been seeing her for 4 years and she has always been professional and thoughtful. You can get a great skin cancer screen here as well. Thank you!

I’ve only ever had positive experiences with Dr Mira, Dr Alex, Dr Kang and the vaccination service that the practice provides - its unfortunate to see negative reviews of Bridgeside. I’ve been coming here since 2019 as it was close to my old work, but I’ve stayed because of the high quality of attentive care.

I have always been well taken care of at this clinic.

Not a great fan of visiting doctors, but my partner gave such glowing reviews of this place I decided to use them myself. I am always greeted by name by the friendly receptionist, share snorkeling tips with the nurse over vaccinations, and feel listened to with Dr Mira who also takes the time to explain things clearly. When so many medical centres operate like medical factories, this one really stands out as providing personalised service and heart, so I keep going back.

Oh yes .for years everyone struggled to find my thin veins for blood With the pressure on Alex rose to the task in one attempt ..and after helping me getting a knee replacement and fantastic nagging me about my health

Have been coming here since I was a teenager and have been very grateful for the high quality of service. The practice itself is situated in an easy-access location and there is a practice nurse on-site to take blood for testing which is very convenient. Dr Mira is very knowledgeable and committed to her patients.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating and quick service. Would definitely come again if needed in the future. Thank you Dr Alex!:)

Was warmly greeted as a new patient by the charming receptionist. Unfortunately the style of both the Dr and nurse was perfunctory at best, won't be returning.

I was told when first visiting this clinic that I only need to pay for the first consultation fee and all the future visits would be free. Coming back from working from home after two years, when trying to make an appointment again, I was asked to pay another $140 to reactivate my account due to being inactive for more than 2 years. I explained that was due to COVID that I have been working from home for 2 years and I was not informed about this policy when I first joined. They insisted the activation fee cannot be waived. This is unfair and inconsiderate practice and I am extremely disappointed by it.

Got what I wanted which was a doctors appointment and script but had to wait 30 minutes past my scheduled visit in a empty waiting area, just to get a literal 2 minute consultation. On top of that had to pay $90 for that 2 minute consultation.

Very disappointed to find out that my GP “went home for the day” when I showed up for my appointment. The explanation the receptionist gave me was that he usually went home early on Fridays. When I asked why she didn’t call me to reschedule, her response was that she asked the GP if she should call me, and the GP said “don’t worry about it”!!!!! Wow I can’t believe the lack of respect and professionalism I have just experienced.

Love both Mira and Alex, been going there for 6 years and they have always provided me with the best options and advise. The whole family goes there and we are very happy with the fact that we can do a number of tests there directly as well. Thanks for the awesome service Mira and Alex and team.

Dr Alex and Dr Mira are wonderful and so knowledgeable. Highly recommend. I particularly would recommend for skin cancer checks with there very sophisticated diagnostic machine which tracks you every year. I have had one skin cancer removed that previous Dr missed. Thankyou to Dr Alex for finding. Dr Mira looks after my fiancée so we are very happy to both go to same place with two excellent Dr's and their amazing staff.

I've been going here for skin checks for over five years and I find the service extremely personable and professional. The receptionist can appear curt but she is helpful and accommodating. The best skin check technology i've found, all my information is logged on a computer and abnormalities tracked and recorded accurately for the next review.
