Called today 30/05 frantically this morning, as i woke with 2 very sick toddlers and unable to be booked in with our regular GP , the lovely receptionist Merna quickly booked me in and welcomed us on entry, she was very polite and accommodating and we were seen by the doctor straight away . She didn't sound the slightest bit annoyed when I called back because I'd forgotten to get a doctors certificate and was so humble while I was thanking her. She's definitely a asset to this medical centre and exactly the type of person you appreciate as a stressed out parent. Keep up the amazing work Merna, I always have good experiences here but she really went above and beyond. This is the second time on a weekend i have visited this clinic and I am so happy with the care received. Dr Shamile Hussain is amazing and i can't recommend him enough, he makes you feel so comfortable in his presence and while asking questions, he quickly put my mind at ease and didn't seem to mind the screaming toddler he was trying to assess. He address's your concerns and didn't dismiss my worries or make me feel silly, thank you Dr Hussain :)

There is a pretty and cute young female student doctor that was the center of attention for our senior doctor during the visit. It was remarkable to see his attempts of impressions towards her guidance that he forgot his first duty and to check my condition and wrote me prescription and referral without checking my condition at all. I won't name and shame or report for conduct. You know it when you read it. But I wasn't impressed with you at all specially for an attempt of calling me from private number after I walked off the visit.

I love this medical centre. I don't know about medicine but to me, a good doctor is someone who genuinely listens to their patients. I've dealt with 4 doctors, 2 nurses and all the receptionist staff in this clinic, and I always walk away feeling heard & respected. Thank you. I hope the best for the future of this clinic.

I had to write this review. You guys deserve it! I requested for an urgent consultation over the phone with Dr Hussain due to not able to take off from work. I had emailed in the morning to schedule it around 2-2.30pm. Firstly, it was so amazing of the staff to promptly inform the doctor as I did receive a call around the time requested. Secondly, Dr Hussain is simply amazing! Every time I have been to him I never had to come back for the second time and his prescribed medication tend to work after the first dose! This time I explained the situation over the phone and he immediately prescribed me the medication and it was all just a matter of 3 mins call! I had the first tablet and I instantly felt better. Dr Hussain is amazing and super cool full-of-life person! Love the way Doctors @ Liverpool are so professional and handle the patient with care and priority. You guys are awesome!

Don't go there if you have chest pain, waste of time, give you the run around, more confused now than before. He said if I was worried about the pain I should go to the hospital, if I wasn't worried I wouldn't of went to your practice got my bloods, ecg and xray last week and this is why I am talking to you a week later on the phone🙃 asking for at least a referral for a CT scan. What normally happens if a patient goes into a gp practice with pain they find the source of that pain, in my case do the bloods, ecg, xray and if that comes back clear you follow up on it, what's the next step to find the source of the pain, not put the patient aside and tell him to go to the hospital, because the doctor could not be bothered dealing with it, very unprofessional!!! Receptionist are very lovely, Dr Ackmad is really cool never gave me a call back about my results which was a bit disappointing

I wish I could give a million stars. Huge respect to this medical practice. They went above and beyond to help me out with my mental health. I can write a whole essay on numerous times they helped me where other medical practices would simply dont care. Special thanks and prayers for Dr shumail Hussain he is a Legend.

Excellent team of doctors in one place. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The whole team have been so attentive to my care. Highly recommend.

They will decline and turn away sick child under fever. Their online booking not working, nobody answered phones when called. Walked in person with my 10 y.old daughter ,she was still under fever from day before and girl behind reception send us away because we not booked in. She said do flu test then doctor will call you in 2 days. Seriously?! Turning back someones child sick under fever without even checking with doctor can he/she find few minutes to check her. Had to walk with sick child and sick myself around to find some other medical practise. First one we walked in take us straight away.

I have been to few medical centres but Doctors @Liverpool is one of the best medical centres I've been to. The doctors are very professionals and listen to patient concerns. The doctors act effectively to patients' care needs; l remember during one of my visitation when my BP went high than my normal after l had a fall, my gp recommended to do ct scan and follow up accordingly. Not just they are friendly they are super knowledgeable and they know what they are doing. I will recommend to my entire family and friends ❤️ l call it Super Clinic 👌

Brilliant staff from the receptionists and pathologists to the nurses and doctors. Dr Hussain and Dr Hasanien are absolutely amazing! My partner highly recommends Dr Hasanien for any issues with women's health, and my friends have also mentioned he is quite knowledgeable about skin and children's health. Really down to earth people. Can't go wrong.

Hi, I'm here to say what i find in this medical centre (Doctors @ Liverpool) i came recently to Australia, and to be honest, i was so confused about how i can find a good Dr. And good center, and when I tried to search, i found that a lot of people put a 5 stars for this centre, and i said it's hard to believe that all of them are saying or got the same things, so how come that could be happened.. so i went, and then after my first visit, i can say that Dr. Ahmad Hasanien is the best dr. , he's efficient, following after his patients, giving them all the time they might be needed, proffetuant, sienttificly Dr. i recommend him to anyone asking for a doctor and the staff are amazing, so helpful, and understanding, organising, and there's no waiting for a long time all of them are amazing Starting from the highest job position to the lowest job position , all are equally in evaluation... ( Managers, nurses, and all the staff).. Thanks for all of you 🙏🏻

This is the best Medical Practice I’ve come across. Service is always exceptional. Staff are helpful and I’ve not had to wait long even during busy periods which is why I drive 40 mins from my residence to go to this practice. Management must be exceptional in keeping the place in such good order. 5 stars really. Thank you Dr Hussein.

I have seen multiple GP's all over the Sydney metro region for 20+ years. I have encountered some great, good and unfortunately not so good Doctors in my time. I can positively and clearly say that between Dr Hussain, Dr Husanein, Dr Hussanin, Dr Issa and Dr Asfar (whom my both my immediate and extended family see regularly) are definitely the best in the business this side of Sydney and also must mention that all receptionists I have dealt with have been some of most friendliest I have ever encountered. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES.

Best medical centre I have ever been so far. The receptionists and the pathology lady are very friendly and accommodating. The GP I’ve seen ( I didn’t get his name but he’s got medium length curly hair), he’s very experienced and direct to the point. The service is amazing. The facility is also neat and well organised.

Absolutely amazing GP practice! Dr Hussain was absolutely great, took me in and was extremely thorough. Facilities are nice and new. The whole team from the pathologists, the practice manager and the hilarious nurse were world class. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic clinic, from the bright and friendly reception staff, to the professional and attentive GPs, to the caring pathology staff. In my 6 years of living in Sydney, I’ve never had such a wonderful experience with a doctors clinic where I feel that I am being listened to and my health is their priority!
