UPDATE‼️This second go around was a lot more pleasant. We were instantly greeted by Aaron. I came with 4 of my children and he was very polite and patient with them. Thank you Aaron for making this experience a 10/10 for them. We will be back. This was my first time here and the staff wasn’t very help upon arrival, he just handed me a tablet and said here. We had to figure out what to do on our own. Also the whole time we played our game , it was glitching and one of our members headset died so we had to stop mid game for someone to come fix. Then something was wrong with my weapon so we had to stop again. I enjoyed the videos at the end at least

Sami was the best coordinator. She did amazing. We loved this. As my first time here I will definitely come back! I have motion sickness and I was still able to see through it all!

We went to Sandbox for the first time, and it was absolutely amazing. Sara was our guide and she was WONDERFUL. Super patient, knowledgeable, kind and friendly. She explained everything in detail and made sure we were good at all times. The experience in itself was WAY better than expected with quality service to match. Can't wait until we can hold an event here. EVERYONE should try this ar least once. Thank me later!

10/10 recommend! I wasn't sure what to expect but this exceeded my expectations for sure! It's great for date night, the staff was wonderful. Everything ran smooth. We couldn't see the video after as there were some tech issues so we were told it would be emailed, still waiting for the email. Other than that go and have some fun, shooting aliens in space!

Great fun for my son’s birthday party. All of them loved it. Mike was an awesome host. Gave great instructions, made sure all their gear was good to go for continued VR play. Definitely recommend and will be back.

We did Deadwood Valley, as a workplace team building activity and let me tell you...nothing builds your team more than chopping zombies off each other and bringing each other back to life, sometimes both at the same time. It was intense but nothing too crazy scary. It'll get your heart rate up though, from adrenaline and because despite being restricted to a safety rectangle, you would be surprised how active you can get within the rectangle. Patrick, who hosted and trained us was amazing. He was incredibly attentive, informative, quick and fun. At one point he replaced my battery in like a few seconds, I barely even knew he was there, I felt like a race driver with a pit crew. Also, it was really fun and stress relieving to just open fire on a bunch of gross zombies. Would recommend watching trailers ahead of time. I would definitely come again. Wear breathable clothes but closed toed shoes. It's also right above a food court which is super convenient.

Sara was the sweetest most humble person and helped us so much while playing our sandbox experience. She walked us through everything and handled us with so much patience and care. Would definitely come back again just to have her as my host.

Morgan was awesome! As a first timer, I was extremely scared. The moment I started putting on my equipment, it got REAL! It really does feel like you’re in a video game. It was a workout for sure. We were DRENCHED! I definitely encourage eating before starting and using the bathroom because you’re going to need the energy. We have plenty of times that we can pause to catch our breath or fix equipment. At the end, we dominated the game. We will be back for sure.

1st timer! Loved the interaction with my son. That's a 5! There were several restarts that were needed for both our VR glasses to function. Tech issue, no biggie, it just took a bit of time. There was very little briefing on how to fit the VR gear . I had issues with the focus. During play, I had to push it down several times. In the end, we realized that the headband was too tight. The separate audio headsets wouldn't lock in place when you try to fit them. That was a 2-3 grade It could have been because the VR gear sat too high. I don't know, but I was told after. First time as I said... Never the less, we had a good time!

Mike.. was a cool guy good communication, good details & instructions. This was my first time. He really did explain everything I needed to know. Thanks Mike for my experience at sandbox

Kids had fun but this time we went they had new VR equipment that was malfunctioning and lost some time. Experience would’ve been better if there was no equipment failure. 😞 wish they would’ve offered free tickets for another chance for a good experience for the kids. Kids 1st time.

Came here for my husband’s birthday highly recommend. We did the new squid games VR with just the 2 of us and it was a lot of fun. Definitely recommend coming with a group of friends. The entire thing took about 40 minutes with a video highlight at the end that you’ll be able to download. There was minor glitches but Patrick was very helpful throughout the entire process and it did not ruin the experience.
