1.
Things
run
on
the
drier
side.
I
had
the
karaage
chicken,
gyoza,
and
gyu
don
that
can
be
improved
on.
A
recommendation
would
be
cutting
the
karaage
chicken
into
bigger
pieces
to
preserve
the
moisture
in
the
chicken
better
when
it
is
deep
fried.
2.
Sushi
rice
lacks
seasoning.
Good
sushi
rice
needs
some
acidity,
I
would
suggest
putting
some
sushi
rice
vinegar
for
the
flavouring.
I
dipped
my
sushi
into
the
ponzu
side
dish
the
restaurant
provided
and
this
solved
the
issue
when
I
was
there.
3.
The
dry
karaage
chicken
needed
a
dipping
sauce
but
we
weren’t
given
any.
When
I
asked
for
mayonnaise
which
classically
goes
with
karaage
chicken
they
gave
me
aioli.
I
would
suggest
looking
into
getting
the
Japanese
kewpie
mayonnaise
to
go
with
the
karaage
chicken.
On
the
bright
side,
none
of
the
dishes
went
terribly
wrong
with
their
flavor
profile.
I
really
enjoyed
my
miso
ramen,
and
the
waiters
were
nice
to
us.
This
restaurant
has
potential
to
become
an
authentic
Japanese
eatery.
