In town on vacation and decided to have dinner here. We got there valet the car and went to get seated. We didn’t make reservations but you can if you want to have preference on where you sit. Since we didn’t have reservations we sat outside not realizing that smokers were allowed to smoke in that area. Nothing we can say about it we were hungry and ready to eat. From the hostess, to the manger and then to our waiter Pablo they were amazing and took very good care of us. They had buy one drink and get the second free so I tried the espresso martini, which was good I was advised from my friend to try it with tequila next time. Also had guacamole with cheese and chips as an appetizer m. My entree was 2 Birra tacos. Everything was amazing. They had music playing on the big screen. Very nice restaurant and the ambience was nice. Good spot for date night or girls night out.

Awesome place with awesome food. I had a simple taco dish, but my family tried the more exotic ones such as octopus. Cost was a bit more on the expensive side but not too bad. Customer service was great as well.

Loved this place! We found it on Google maps just looking for a place that was nice and open and loved our time here. The service was outstanding,food was delicious. We tried the rib eye and the picanha al trapo, got side of asparagus as well. They played nice music, had the football game on TV and such a lively ambiance. I highly recommend this place if you are around Cancún downtown.

I am writing this as an update about the restaurant " La Vicenta". My wife and I were invited to celebrate the birthday of a friend, on April 16, 2022. Nothing from the previous reviews matched the new reality of this place. About eighty percent of their menu dishes don't exist anymore, items like 300 gr sirloin burger, bone marrow with grilled sweetbreads, pizzas, the jerk or fresh herbs chicken, the tuna and the list can go on and on. A salad with apples and sweet dressing will run you $180 Mx What is left are plates at $260 MX or more. We paid $120 MX each for a soup , $220MX for a piña colada with no alcohol and $110MX for a Mexican beer. Three fried tacos, $260MX , a chicken burger with fries that looked worst than the ones at McDonald's , $220MX. If you want to empty your wallet and go home hungry, you should come to La Vicenta. My overall impression is that the good food at affordable prices left with the previous owner. To make everything worse, I waited more than everyone at my table, over 20 minutes, for the waiter to bring me a bottle of beer . May I remind you that this was happening early afternoon with the place basically empty. A note to the management, there is no need for your apologies, the damage is already done. My wife and I live in Cancun, we eat out often and we would not recommend this to anyone.

We went there on our honeymoon and it was one of the best services we've ever had! Everything we had was so so good and we tried all the fruit juices on demand and all were good. They even gave us a cake for our honeymoon and sang for us. 100 % recommend!

Food was incredible. I had Steak Diane based on the waiters, Jaime and Juan’s, recommendation and it was possibly the most tender piece of meat I have ever eaten. The food was great but the service was out of this world. My drink was never empty and everyone was incredibly nice and attentive. The atmosphere is party. Normally I am a grumpy old man telling people to turn down the music but the party atmosphere at La Vincent’s was amazing and vibrant, just making the dining experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely be back here next time I am in Cancun

This is my home away from home. Food and service is second to none. Any visit to Cancun without experiencing this truly amazing establishment is definitely incomplete. It's always my first and last stop when in Mexico... and few times in between lol. Order anything and you will be amazed... I promise. And no ...I don't have anything to do with this place lol. ...just know great food and service. I'm a proud dedicated Foody who lives life for family and food, in that order, with everything else far behind. Provecho .

Liliana was soooo coool! Andersons is always a great time, and she was a great server. We even got some drinks on the house! I will be back ❤️

This place is amazing and has excellent service and staff were very friendly and always around you in case you needed anything. Shoutout to Ivan he made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. The food was absolutely wonderful and reasonable prices. $$ I guess customer satisfaction is their main priority here 😎 We will definitely be back again.

Today we visited this restaurant. Very friendly staff, it was nice that at the entrance they asked if we were allergic to any products. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere. The food was delicious.

The concept is different for a restaurant, loud music with dinner , big tvs not bad, the juan Gabriel singer awesome & funny, unfortunately the service not good, we have to wait long time for our waiter to take the order and after we needed it something else nowhere to be found and the food ok , cold .

Our experience at La Vicenta was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the host staff made us feel incredibly welcome, despite the language barrier. The beautiful patio seating was a perfect place to take in the ambiance of the restaurant. Our server, Erik, was a true gem. He provided us with excellent recommendations and was knowledgeable about the dishes and heat levels. His suggestions did not disappoint - they were absolutely delicious! The diverse mix of American classics like burgers and out of this world tacos was a perfect combination. Erik also brought us various hot sauces to try, which added a fantastic kick to our meal. Throughout the meal, Erik and his staff were attentive to our every need, ensuring that we had a fantastic dining experience. One thing that stood out was the incredible vibe of the restaurant. The energy was lively and positive, making it a wonderful place to be. All in all, I highly recommend La Vicenta to anyone looking for a great dining experience in central Cancun. The combination of fantastic food, excellent service, and great vibes makes it a must-visit spot

Two for one drinks, Hector the manager gave me and my wife free shots of tequila. The vibe is lit !!! They play good music and the steak is amazing… get off the strip come to la Vicente, I definitely recommend it over any other Cancun restaurants.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. This is my favorite restaurant in Cancun at the moment. We usually order the Panela cheese, the shrimp and without a doubt the ribeye with the bone marrow. It's just delicious. Finish of with a coffee, can't go wrong. The service here has always been top notch. The only time you will need reservation is during Friday and Saturday night, so plan ahead. Any other day you will get seated right away since it's such a big place.

Perfect local restaurant.Simple food,but perfect quality.Really tasty. Nice patio,polite staff. Nothing to say bed. Mach better then Ilios (same chain). If you want to eat tasty go away from Hotel zone.

Great environment, good music, good service and variety of food and appetizers

We had dinner. The food was good. We had two servers and both were very friendly and attentive. The tables are too close to each other. I suggest spacing the tables more but I know that they are trying to have more tables to make more money.

Impressive!! Best service I've had in 6 months in Mexico. Staff were so friendly and actually looked happy being at work. The food was too notch and even better the kids meals are free! Kids club was fabulous too. My girls didn't want to leave. Only unfortunate part it's an hour drive to get there but I'll definitely be coming back. Oh valet parking Included too.

Very good food. Exceeded my expectations. The service was exceptional, the servers were attentive, prompt, welcoming, and friendly. Every dish was presented nicely. Their steak tacos were delicious. The appetizer, melted cheese with al pastor is a must try. Another appetizer we had was crispy cheese with ribeye and it was a wonderful and unique dish, the shell was made from cheese. The rustic (ribeye) tacos were tasty with a lot of flavor in every bite. I was happy with everything I tried and it was all very affordable. I will definitely come back next time I visit Cancun.

Supereb, food was amazing and the service great. So quick update, we came back to Cancun and decided to come back, I really enjoy their food and most their service. The restaurant was about to close and the host was a bit harsh (she was new) but as I was about to turn and walk away with my family we were 7 Josue Monroy who needs to be handed the "Mandil" position was amazing. He apologized for the host and asked us to please sit wherever we wanted. I ordered a few tequila shots for my kid's (over 21) and he gave us the shots on the house and invited everyone in the table another round! So needless to say, amazing food and amazing customer service also Ruben our waiter was awesome. Thank you for making my son's formal dinner graduation awesome. Gracias Josue Monroy.

Today was my 2nd time here also Mother's day. I truly can't say enough good things about this restaurant. The food is amazing lots of choices on the menue and the service today was more than 5⭐️. Thank you for making mothers day special!
