We tried over 20 restaurants in Cancun, so far this is the best, we ordered so much, the kids love the coconut shrimp, we love all the seafood. Only spend $100. Great price with the good quality of food. Will come visit again for sure

Really friendly service with welcome drink and greetings! Affordable to eat great seafood. I ordered grilled octopus, mixed grill, and paella, and paid 2000peso. I recommend grilled octopus! Paella was not my favorite.

This is an excellent restaurant with great food, service, and atmosphere. The service was wonderful. Our server provided us with great recommendations and was very attentive and polite. The restaurant provided complementary appetizers and taster drinks while we waited for our in order. We had the Agua Chile, grilled octopus and paella. Everything tasted great and cooked perfectly. The rice in the paella was not overcooked and mushy like some other restaurants. The complementary tostada we were served was also delicious. I'm pretty sure everything on the menu is delicious. Don't deny yourself one of their drinks. Their lemonades were very refreshing and tasty. The ambience of the restaurant is fun and open. The decorations are fun and you don't feel crowded.

Amazing place, highly recommend!!! We came in the morning of our last day in Cancun and we regret not knowing about this restaurant and coming before during our trip to enjoy the many delicious meals they offer. We tried the Maroma drink and molcajete de mariscos which were some of the items recommended by our server; they had soo much great flavor just makes my mouth water as I try to remember their flavors. We also had ostion del golfo, ceviche mixto, and a cola de langosta (lobster tail). All the meals we had were filled with great flavor. And the salsas on the table were great, my favorite was the tamarind one which added extra flavor to the meals. The staff here are very friendly, attentive, and courteous and the environment is another level of welcoming. I love the restaurant design and even the way they designed the basins in the back. If you want great food, service, peaceful and calm environment you can get it all here in this restaurant for a great price and you wont regret coming here. Sorry if I mentioned “great” too many times but this place was really awesome, you guys should give it a try. I would definitely be coming back to this restaurant God willing I come again to Cancun.

I passed by it and decided to try something as the restaurant was packed ok a Thursday evening. While the restaurants next to it were nearly empty. Looking on the menu and asking about the dishes, the waitress explained me that the food is explicitly made freshly. This, I tried the Calamari’s. And I just say they are really fresh and good. I love the sauces too, which is unusual for me. The red one is like a salsa but tastes Italian, the dark one is like an Asian sweet chili, and the white is the typical Mayo Remoulade.

Absolutely incredible service from the Oasis team, Alexander and David, who were our servers tonight! From the valet to the hostess and servers, everyone was incredibly kind and patient as we were dining. They really went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely night. The seafood was fresh and the desserts are a must try.

This is the first restaurant I went to in Cancun and I have already fallen in love with it! The service was really good and the staff members were super welcoming and patient. I was greeted the moment I walked in. They have a digital menu and an English service, which is doing me a great favor. I really like the food, especially the taste. The crab tacos are highly recommended! The lemonade with mint is perfect! I would definitely love to come back and try more food and drinks if I have the chance.

Amazing service and great food! Julio and the team took great care of our family of 3 and thanks to them we’ve ended up enjoying the best dinner of our 1 week trip to the Cancun area. We’ve had a mixed ceviche, octopus, calamari and oysters and everything was fresh and delicious!

Everything I ate was delicious! Lemonade with mint the perfect balance and refreshing. Loved cold fresh coconut water (in the coconut). Grilled octopus was tender and spice just right! Highly recommended.

Dreamy & Delicious dinner 🦐 Stayed down the street from El Oasis and stumbled upon it on a search for dinner. From the moment we came in the experience was exceptionally friendly with food to match. It was our first time and they treated us to their tostada, limonada, and a little cup of caldo de camarón on the house to start. Entres and mojitos were super fresh - the Ceviche mixto was perfect!! This place is big, airy, and low key with a great vibe for a date or a big group outing. Visit these lovely folks, eat the camarones & ask for George 👍🏾✨

I must say, that this restaurant has an impeccable customer service. This is the first place in Yucatan, when I felt served with detail and attention. Amazing manager’s / owners emphasis on serving clients the way it should be everywhere. I live in England and could say, that this restaurant overrules some great UK restaurants in their customer service. My family visited twice and the staff have done everything to impress us. It was my son’s B-day the second time and we’ve been served really well, he got a cake with candle, the staff sang him a B-day song, they have taken our picture and printed it for us straight away. All staff members are very kind, polite and well trained. Moreover the food and deserts were really tasty. We tried tuna carpaccio, grilled octopus, paella and ceviche. Ceviche was tasty, but probably not the best I have ever had, for me it was slightly too much cloves in the marinade. But I still liked it and enjoyed it. I’d suggest this restart to review their music list to compliment their amazing customer service. First time we didn’t notice the music, probably it was something neutral, but the second time it was a club / dancing music. Our family left the restaurant happy and pleasantly surprised. We had a great time and great food 👌🏻 Thank you team at El Oasis 🙏🏻💕

The best seafood in the world! I’m not joking. The customer service is phenomenal! If it’s your first time they give a few appetizers to taste. In general it’s a great experience. Ask for Jorge and Deborah!! They are the best!

The place is full of locals but they make it a point to engender a feeling of belonging even to tourists. Well worth a visit ESPECIALLY if its your first time braving the lands outside of your hotel. When you leave here the only thing that will cross your mind will be “Americans simply do not know how to eat.”

This was absolutely delicious! Our servers Erick and Alejandro were awesome with great recommendations. You get multiple samples of items from the menu: shrimp broth, tostada and "green" lemonade as an appetizer. The presentation of meals were amazing and the drinks were mixed well. We'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend.

Very good sea food with friendly and fast service. Great mojitos with many flavours to choose from. The bathrooms are pretty cool.
