This was a last min activity and in all honesty I thought it wouldn’t be good but I was wrong. The ship was pretty big, the show was really entertaining the “pirate” Fenry was so funny and super nice; the music was awesome, and entertainment was great & of course social distancing is not followed on this ship it did get pretty packed, dinner was served in lower deck the men were moving pretty fast they didn’t stop working since we boarded the ship; food quality can be a bit better, i order the salmon what ever sauce was on it left an after taste, the drinks were good during the show they took drink orders overall it was good experience loads of laughters and dancing. The show was in Spanish BUT some in English as well They do ask for tips Yes there is restrooms and it was clean There was fireworks as well Kid friendly If your going at night like I did bring a sweater & I did get wet from the water splashing FYI if you go at night on the ship it’s PLENTY of flashing lights going on it could be a potential trigger for some so I just wanted to advise on that!

This was by far the best thing my family and I have ever done on vacation! I love how they involve the kids and they kept our attention the entire time! I highly recommend this for anyone!!! The crew that did our show was the absolute best!!!

The Jolly Roger was our final excursion before we left Cancun Mexico. It was an experience my family extremely enjoyed. Loved the live music,, and crew. Choco ensured that our family was very well taken cared of. Please go spend time at sea with this amazing crew.

The Jolly Roger was such a fun night. The show started when we got on and didn't stop until we got off. The show was great, food was amazing, and staff were fabulous. Definitely worth every penny!

OMG I went on thinking oh the kids will have fun but ended with me having a ball of a time dancing singing and jumping around everywhere 😂. The crew is amazing with keeping it entertaining and super fun. I would totally recommend this tour. Oh and the food was AMAZING 10 ⭐️’s

You need to sit on uncomfortable stools for all 3 hours(Thay try to book and accommodate as many as possible, so everyone will not get chair) The space is very congested... Due to rain Thay covered everything so no feel of we are on boat.. drinks or unlimited but not so good. Artists tried there best to entertain Thier best but due to uncomfortable you don't enjoy a lot. On a short not not recommended to watch.

A little on the spendier side but absolutely worth it! From the open bar to the show to the food, I was surprised with how amazing it was. The service was top notch; the food was absolutely amazing; the show was well done and the after-party dance party was a blast. If you’re in Cancun and only do one thing, make it this.

Awesome experience, from getting on and off, staff worked tirelessly to make you happy. You can drink as much or as little as you want, entertainment is none stop, they involve the kids and adults and food was fantastic. Time flew by and our party of 5 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 5 loved it. Highly highly recommend and again all the staff work ridiculously hard and have energy from the start to finish. Will definitely go back again..

We were invited by family but didn't do any research ahead of time and I definitely regretted it. This is NOT for young kids! It is 3.5 - 4 hours on a boat from 6 to 945pm in the dark, with loud music and strobe lights and pirate fights. (lol) The band played covers of 60s-70s classic rock. An employee dressed like captain Jack Sparrow saunters around all night pretending to be drunk, and pours tequila for all the adults. I'm giving this 4 stars because the staff was all INCREDIBLE, super hospitable... they go above and beyond to try to make sure you have a good time, and the band was talented. If it wasn't for that, I'd honestly probably give it 2 stars because it's way too long and the food is bad. It starts with a very long pirate show & sword fighting. After the two hour pirate flight, they brought everyone downstairs for dinner, which was not good at all. After that, you go back up to the deck for another 1.5hrs of pirate fighting, gun shots, and loud music Besides a face painting station and a small treasure hunt, there is nothing to do for kids. I feel like they'd have a better business model if they cut the duration and price in half.

We celebrated my son's birthday onboard this pirate ship. Lots of fun. Excellent show. The staff did an amazing job keeping the atmosphere fun and lively, from the moment you check in til you leave the boat. The surf and turf dinner was OK. Special thanks to Anna at customer service for helping us with the booking (show, dinner, and transport). She did a great job keeping us informed and making sure we got the best deal. This is a must do for families visiting Cancun!!!

The food I ate on the ship was the best meal of my entire vacation. I left no crumbs. Overall the show was a bit corny and I couldn't hear. I could barely see. The seating was extremely uncomfortable. This is for kids. I didn't understand why adults were there without kids. There is no way I could fathom sitting through this show without a kid. It was a long boat ride. The end was fun. They cleared the desk and a dj was playing music. The band was also good!

The jolly roger was a great experience! We arranged transportation from Tulum and were pleasantly surprised by how fun the staff was and the experience overall, definitely made up for the 2+ hour drive. The pirates are very into character and very attentive of guests. The drinks on board are unlimited as well, alcohol included. The food was nicely prepared as well and tasted good, a lot of variety too! You’ll enjoy the show for sure, especially if they call your country at the end!

I'm so glad we did this! It was totally worth it! Pure fun! The show, music, & food were all excellent! The crew made sure everyone had a good time. Great show! Such nice people, kid friendly and funny. I’d recommend for anyone who visits Cancún!!! It was so fun coming here and experiencing this!! Great price for what it is!! Food was paid for with your tickets already!!

Every part of this show was amazing! The show was funny and entertaining. Even when you’re waiting to get on the ship, the pirates play cornhole with the guests and brought out drinks. There were loads of photo opportunities, so make sure you bring a fully charged phone. Dinner was great too, everything is Mexican style, so don’t expect red lobster 😂 The lobster was big and so fresh! The drinks flowed freely and the entertainment can’t be beat, everyone is committed to the pirate lifestyle. My husband and I and our kids had a blast and my son even got to be in the show too!

Enjoyed the show, band, and the crowd participation near the end. Especially the free for all dance party after dinner. Great way to spend an evening!

This made our vacation. This is a kid friendly adult show. From the moment we arrived we were a part of what they offered. We had drinks when we got there and kept flowing as requested. Thought it was just a Booze Cruze but that was not the case. Kids were invited to participate with the show and parents were catered to. The food was amazing. (Buffet style. Surf and turf was done to your liking. The show never stoped from the moment we stepped on the boat to the moment we stepped off. Awesome job Jolly Roger.

Jolly Roger Pirate show is for @children of all ages”. Three generations (five of us) went for the show on New Year. The cast interacted with us even before we boarded. We had our own pirate to take care of us throughout. The show was simply fabulous. Great music started even before sailing. Highly recommend the show. Only concern is: after the show, taxis are scarce. Not just us, but a lot of people had trouble getting back to the hotel.

My advice - do it!!! This was nowhere on my agenda this trip and was booked as a substitute for something missed… it was easily the best time of the trip! The crew and pirate actors are all phenomenal! As adults we had fun and laughed a lot and the open bar for adults was a cherry on top that wasn’t even necessary for that fun. The ninos were never not entertained, treated like royalty & had the best party with the adults they could’ve never expected. Adorable, funny, super inclusive and celebratory to all nationalities visiting. Can’t ever say enough good about how this made our last night so memorable and was worth the trip up the coast from our resort. Food medium well, definitely fit with prices paid and experience gained. Filling and pleasantly satisfactory.

So... After trying lobster with them i decided to go to crab house. Let me say the lobster(Jolly Roger) here is very good better than crab house at half the price. The show is good. The drinks are OK. I totally recommend the mango with smirnoff. 10/10. Our waiter Logan! Cool dude and super nice. I would come back and bring my kids this time. A place to visit when in cancun cannot miss it.

This was our first experience on the Jolly Roger Pirate Ship, it won't be our last. We had a great time from beginning to end. The staff and crew were attentive and the cast for the evening were very entertaining. Worth every penny!

Let's break this up into sections! First off, when you first arrive at the dock, you check-in and pay a dock fee (expected) and then you meet with a representative who becomes your "private pirate". We had Logan as our private pirate, and he was PHENOMENAL! Absolutely made the experience so much better, and even during his portion of the performance, he ensured we were taken care of. He was extremely personable and focused on making sure our experience was great. Food & Drink: FANTASTIC! We had certain expectations based on other reviews, and the food COMPLETELY exceeded our expectations. There were so many choices to choose from, the portion size was generous, and the dining was spaced out, so you weren't crammed in a room with many people. The open bar was flowing, and the drinks kept coming all night. Show: Really well done and interactive. The only minor issue was some points would be hard to follow the switching from Spanish to English, but the show was so well done you could keep up with it. The crew was extremely interactive with the passengers and got people up and dancing, which ended the night on a high note. The views throughout the cruise were beautiful, and the overall experience was wonderful. I would highly recommend to anyone interested!

Had such a great time aboard the ship. All of the pirates were great actors and super friendly. They make it a point to interact every guest multiple times and to cater to them every second they could. My daughter had her face painted and she was so excited about it. Everyone was in constant character and it was a wonderful time.
