Good views of Cancun coastline and the hotels region. It is a bit expensive, end to end lasts around eight minutes. There is general commentary in English and Spanish. Keep your camera handy for the shots, and keep the lens as close to the glass as you can to reduce reflections in your images.

Very nice tour. I came at night and was not to crowded. Takes you up and at the top the disc rotates so you can see cancun from different angles. A must do atleast one time when visiting cancun. Night time is a better view. Just be careful if you pay with credit card as the cashier failed to return my card and I had to go back to retrieve it.

The views from there can't compare to anything else. Simply amazing, beautiful Cancun! The best part is that you can go for free if you buy a ticket to Isla Mujeres. Highly recommended!

We had a complimentary pass because we had purchased admission tickets to Xcaret parks. Since it was free and the tower was close to where we stayed, we decided to make use of it. The way up was smooth and we saw the stunning views of Cancun all the way to Isla Mujeres from the tower with the voice commentary explaining the views. We recommend going there around sunset to catch the sun set. However on the way down there was a jolt and we were not coming down. There was a technical failure and they let us know about it after the lights kept going on and off and we were seated in mid air about 100feet above the ground within the rotating capsule of the tower. The crew told us it was a technical failure only after 10minutes. But they somehow managed to bring down the capsule very slowly (inch by inch) after a thrilling half an hour. Later they apologized and said it happened rarely and that it would always be fixed and that the tower capsule would not really fall down. The views from the top were mesmerizing but except for the technical failure the tower was worth the visit.

The best parking spot if you want to go to Isla mujeres with the ferry or you want to visit the viewing tower . There is also theatre, pirate boat experience, beach bar, gift shop , toilets on every floor. You can buy there tickets to many experiences. Do not buy tickets to the ferry from someone else. And do not park somewhere else as they will rip you off. Parking here is 15 pesos per hour and adult ticket to Isla mujeres is 24 dollars and the viewing tower ticket is included .the boat was very spacious , you can sit also outside . There is AC inside. You don’t feel the waves it is very stable boat. I recommend this place to everyone .

If your ever in Cancun and you have your bracelet from Xcaret Parks or Hotel the entrance is free. The tower is right beside Jolly Rogers Pirate ship in Hotel Zone. If your looking for a good view of the Caribbean ocean and it's turquoise waters this is a good spot if you have a car parking on the 6th floor is good also.

An outrageously expensive ride. For 10-15 minutes at the height they want too much price. It's clearly not worth it.

Worth the money. 10 minutes cost 20 dollars. So a little expensive but the view is fantastic.

We had a free entry after buying the return ticket to Isle Mujeres. We have not used our ticket on the sane day. You have a week from your trip to use it. As we stayed in the nearby hotel, we enjoyed the towef on thd next day. What a view! It made my day. Loved the view and got fabulous photos.

It's beautiful, of course. Bit costly, but if you visit Xcaret's parks you can ride for free. All you have to do is keep your bracelet on. This is one of two sister towers: The other one's inside Xcaret.

Magnificent view of Cancun from 80 meters above the highway. Wonderful experience that you must not miss when you go to Cancun/Riviera Maya and get a ticket for at least one of Xcaret's parks (which are also awesome).

Though the ticket price for it is $20 USD per person, it comes free if you buy tickets for their ferry - XCARET XAILING. Very nice and smooth 10 minute ride which is even okay once it gets dark. Typically after getting off from the ferry, people make a queue to get on the tower. Wait time might be 20 minutes. Just behind the ticket office, there is a nice and clean restroom.

Great view! Didn't make me dizzy. I recommend buying Ferry ticket first because it includes a ride on the torre.

One of the highest points in Cancun for sightseeing one of the most important bays, probably not the best one but you will be able to watch Costa mujeres and Isla Mujeres on a clear day.

It was great. I love the scenery. The view from 260ft was amazing. It don't even feel like you're moving. I Highly recommend this tour.

We traveled here on an excursion from the Dreams Riveria Maya resort to sail on the Jolly Roger. Unfortunately, due to weather the ship could not sail, but the crew still put on a very entertaining show with dinner and dancing after.

If you just want to take this ride, try not to. Ticket is expensive about 20USD and it only takes about 15 mins, no much fun. I think you can buy it with some other activities which will be way more cheaper. Parking is not free, 15 peso per hour and the machine only takes pesos you have to pay the ticket before exit. Plus it is not that high.

Great night New. Staff was nice and no much wait on the line. I Recommend to ascend twice at night and during the day. Xcaret park entrance includes this tower as well as the xcaret ferry round tickets. Prepare your cameras en enjoy the view.

My entire family went on a dinner cruise. Extremely fun for people of all ages. Crew was very accommodating to our large group of 14 people.

Overpriced (but that's everything in Cancun for tourists). Despite the price; it's a very good experience. It goes up almost 100 meters and slowly rotates for several minutes so you can get a great view of the entire island, bay, ocean, and city.

Amazing. Had no idea how great the sunset would be.

  • 5/5 Ami P. 5 years ago on Google
This place is amazing! If you go on the tour of 6:20 pm the sunset is amazing. Quick tip: If you went to Xcaret this is included!! If you still have the bracelet on you can go whenever (you don’t have to do it on the same day). Only once I believe to ride with the bracelet.

  • 5/5 Joana B. 5 years ago on Google
You can see all cancun from the top pf the tower

Really limited waterpark I wouldn’t recommended there is only to watch birds animals and swim no activities nothing special! I would’ve waste my money for this park better go to xel ha to do activities and have the sea water!

An excellent farewell to Cancún can be up in this tower. Before going to the airport and after 4 days when going to Xcaret, we had the chance to get a free ride in this tower, only showing the bracelet used in the park.

  • 5/5 Pancho C. 6 years ago on Google
This place was great! It is 80 meters high and offers beautiful views of Cancun. This was included with our Chichen Itza tour and was defintely worth checking out. However, I am not sure if I would have paid the normal admission price (20 usd) to get in. But a great freebie for us!

Awesome view. Be aware that if you have the "experiencias xcaret" wristband, you can ride on the tower for free, so.. don't take it out of your wrist after your tour.. keep it on to show at the tower and get your free pass..

  • 5/5 Renzo G. 5 years ago on Google
Amazing view of the city of cancun and the "Zona Hotelera". I was able to ride the tower for "free" because it was included with my entrance to Xcaret. If you go to Xcaret don't remove your bracelet so you can take pictures and admire the city from an amazing spot.

Great place! And awesome view. Free with Xcaret bracelet

  • 5/5 Jessi M. 5 years ago on Google
Cute ride to the top. Can get crowded in the seating area. Great views in the morning and mid day. Dont recommend it after the sun sets not too many lights except street lights and hotel lights.
