There’s a lot of 3 to 4 star and a few lower for this but honestly, it’s $35 to $40 for a 3-4 hour dinner on the water with a show, open bar, and a party! I’d say that’s pretty darn good personally. Is it the highest top notch show you’ve ever seen, nah but that’s okay. They keep things moving, interesting and interactive. Whether kids or adults, there’s fun for all. Our server and actor in the show was Monty and he was fabulous! We were very happy we went on this. Thanks for the FUN!

For the price and additional fees definitely not worth my time and money. Not sure how it’s 4.5 star. I was bored majority of the time. The food options (chicken or steak) was over cooked and the buffet options weren’t the best although had good options for kids. On the bright side, customer service was great and the crew works together to get through the show. Anywho, I could go on but it was my honest opinion being a Hispanic, I would expect expect better food options coming to Cancun. Don’t expect fireworks((: Enjoy!

For our experience our boat did not go onto the open seas. The food was delicious, they had options for vegetarians, which was refreshing. The staff was friendly, polite, and very efficient. The show was fun for the most part, for parents with kids, it might a little longer than their attention span can handle. Perhaps if we had set sail it might have been different. So it depends on the family when it comes to that, one we completed our delicious meal (which was about at the 2 1/2 hour mark) we were ready to get off the boat. We loved the staff's enthusiasm, and their dedication to the characters. For English speaking individuals some of the jokes were lost in translation which was ok. Overall the show was entertaining, for us the professional picture were memorable.

It was fun, lots of alcohol but it's cheap alcohol because it's open bar. It takes about 3 to 4 hours and it was fun but the seats we had made it almost impossible to see the whole show which is my main complaint. It's pretty much drinking games the whole time youre on the water followed by a pirate battle. It's not for kids in my humble opinion but it was fun. Worth a shot.

Great experience in general👍 👌 👏, but I guess we had really outstanding expectations, especially with the show, but it was not as expected. Kids had a great time and experience, specially during the pirates ☠ "fight". Food is good and beverages are all included on the price. Need to know there is an additional fee of $20 USD per adult and $10 per kid you need to cover before going up the ship. Tips are always welcome. Enjoy your trip and have fun with family.

This was by far the best 70 bucks for 2 I have ever spent. Thank you so much for this experience. But buy online we spent 30 extra buying from a booth. The food is amazing the trip is wonderful and the show is so much fun. Will remember this forever.

Very nice show. I highly suggest getting the VIP upgrade or you'll be cramped at the bottom. Plus you see everything with no problems and you get a bottle of Alcohol. Show was long and good. Get the surf and turf lobster was good. You get alot of food and unlimited drinks in VIP.

The highlight of our trip, hands down. Perfect balance of entertainment for all ages. We took our 3 year old and I think we had more fun than he did! Draco was our favourite pirate, and he made the experience unforgettable with how kind and helpful he was! Incredible service, food, and entertainment! Definitely a must for excursions.

So much fun.. but if you're unable to speak Spanish, I can't, you should ask for the English tour, but either way after a few drinks everything is fun.

Captain Hook Cancun is a cool experience. Boats look amazing, and a party is guaranteed for sure. Mixed reviews so depends on what you are looking for to determine what you will get out of it. Kids will love it.

First of all I want to be a pirate and with this excursion I got to be......the show was great. Fun and games lots of music and the crew were awesome. They interact with everyone that will play back with them and some that don't. The dinner was very good. Grilled chicken is what we chose ( PRICE is based on your dinner choice) if you are in Cancun this is a must do. It is about 3 hours and it is a total blast......oh yeah and there is RUM and you get all you want.....PIRATES ARE AWESOME.

0 stars if possible. Biggest scam ever. My family and I (~18 of us) we’re greatly looking forward to this tour. We have never had an issue with any other tour in Cancun. However, the treatment at this location was truly the worst. They found a way to say that we were not “not following guidelines” and prevented us from going on the ship and did not offer a refund. Beware, it is definitely not worth it. Lastly, the workers lied about their names when asked- for a reason.

We went to Cancun for my baby girl birthday and we did this tour on Wednesday. It’s was amazing. The whole captain crew was amazing I don’t have words to describe it. The put so much effort and give the crowd the best show ever. I didn’t expect the dinner be well cook and tasty. I have been on a several boat trips and this one so far it’s the best. Good for kids and families. We got the tickets from a guy that was passing selling it on the beach. Give him 10$ deposit and next day we pay him the rest. Got there on time. They fill out the first boat and the the second we wait up like 20 min to sail bc people keep coming late but it’s doesn’t matter bc at the end they did their tan. I completely recommend and definitely will be back. Oh the drinks was amazing better that the resort all inclusive that I was staying in. See u guys. Thanks for amazing birthday memories.

The food was good but the show was even better! You definitely want to show up early to get a good eat where you can eat if not you'll have to sit on a short stool in the middle with no table. You do have the option to eat in other areas with a table but away from the show. We got our tickets through someone who was offering a promo when we got off the ferry at Islas Mujeres, but he then let us know he was "inviting" us to a free breakfast and to show us around another hotel and we can get our tickets there. It was a timeshare presentation for Xcaret. It was suppose to be 90mins it took 4 hours. I would suggest checking to see how much it would be to buy tickets from the restaurant.

My kids were pretty entertained during the show. Not me as an adult, yet was a cool experience. I love the food they gave plus the drinks. It is a family show. They make you interact in the boat which is pretty cool. Only downside is that they are pretty loud. I believe is something you need to experience. Specially if you have kids with you.

It was a 4 hour tour. There are various events and I think it's very interesting. Captain Hook's response is also very good!

Had the most amazing time!!! Staff definitely go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and happy. Food is good too and they keep the drinks flowing. A must do in Cancun and the bottle service definitely makes it worth it.

Amazing show food and alcohol. Service is amazing, beer keeps rolling all the 4 hours. Last one hour is full on dance mode. It may get very loud, if I have infants please get ear muffs. Excellent for the cost and a must visit if you are here in Cancun. Use buses R1 and R2 to get here from the hote zones .

One of the best excursions for families visiting cancun. The entertainment starts of slow, but after dinner, that's when the real show starts. With all night dancing and fireworks in the sky, the pirates come alive. The show was absolutely amazing and so was the food. It's super affordable for a family of 4. Will definitely return.

Our kids had so much fun and so did we! The food was great, the staff and cast members! The ambiance was on spot! So much fun dancing and being entertained. The kids did a scavenger hunt and Adults did a drinking contest! It was fun for the whole family.

This was an amazing experience. It exceeded our expectations. Calypso (female pirate) was so attentive and fun! If you want a fun family time, this is the place to be. We had 9 people in our group ranging from 11 to 50+ years old and everyone had a blast. The food is delicious. The drinks are okay but the entertainment is well worth the price (even with the surcharge). We highly recommend this experience.

We booked this Dinner Show online and it told us to be at the doc by 5 o clock. But they did not start except us until 6:30. Also the reservation did not mention that there was a $15 per person for fuel docking and security. This was not expected and we did not go out and ride a whole lot which did not constitute $15 per person when you have over a hundred people on the boat. The dinner was good and towards the end of the evening the show was good. There was a lot of dancing prior to the show. On the middle of the deck it got really hot but if you go up on the upper deck the breeze felt good

This dinner and cruise was a blast! Not exactly what we were expecting, but the staff was excellent and we really enjoyed ourselves. Be prepared to pay a surcharge per person when you arrive. Its the one thing we didn't expect. Overall a great experience.
