This was an amazing tour, with lots of opportunities to see wild life both in the water and in the sky. It's done in a beautiful area with really great tour guides who take pictures throughout the entire tour, and send them to you free of charge. There is no pressure to buy anything extra, and it's a great way to get the day going in Cancun's hotel zone. The vibe was great, you can stand and paddle as hard as you want, or sit and go a little slower pace if you're wanting something more relaxing (we went back and forth from standing and sitting throughout the tour). I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting!

We were a party of 2 doing the 9am non-private tour on a weekday. We had a tremendous experience on our tour, and it is unlike others we did in Cancun. I will try to include information in my review that we’d would’ve loved to have.* The tour was easy to book (but expect to make a reservation deposit which will be refunded when you arrive), and David is super responsive/helpful. I loved that he checked in with us before and after the tour, and he seemed to care about ensuring we had a good experience. We didn’t see him at any point but communicated through whatsapp and calling. Unlike the 7am tour, we didn’t need to arrive so early before the “departure time.” It most likely would’ve been ok to arrive just before 9am.* We arrived at 8:30am to SCUBA Cancun, and it wasn’t clear who was with 360 SUP tours until we got going. Expect to rely on David for communication while at SCUBA Cancun.* We were scheduled with Todd, but evidently something happened, and we waited a bit before starting the tour. Fabian was there while we waited though, and he introduced himself and assumed Todd’s position as our guide. It was a little hard communicating with him sometimes bc of our language barrier, but that’s part and parcel of Cancun. Despite this, he was such a great guide and a cool guy that we couldn’t have asked for someone better. He graciously gave us his bug repellent to use (which isn’t included in the tour according to the details we got). We put our stuff in a locked bin. And we set out at about 9:30am and followed his lead. It was just us and Fabian. He pointed out wildlife (sting rays, birds, starfish, barracudas, needlefish, spider crabs, etc) and vegetation (the different mangroves and corals), and he taught us some spanish to identify some of them. He cautioned us, explained what’s ahead, and let us enjoy the sights in silence whenever was appropriate. He led us through mangroves, which was a unique experience—there were sooo many mosquitoes, though, so bug spray is very very useful.* You will get swarmed by mosquitoes.* During the tour, we also stopped, and he gave us free water, a snack bar, and took photos of us.* We ended our tour at around 12pm, so it was a little extended! And we were particularly satisfied to learn that Fabian was born and raised in Cancun, planted mangroves to develop more channels in the lagoon, and cleans the channels out of his love for his home. Although because of the language barrier we didn’t learn as much about the ecosystem as I think Todd would’ve communicated, I was very glad to have been led by someone like Fabian through the tour!

Had a great morning paddle boarding with Fabien. The equipment was all very nice and in good condition. Got to see some amazing wildlife close up! David made the trip easy to book and was very fast to answer any questions. Thank you guys for a great experience.

We experienced this amazing sunrise tour with 3 generations ( myself, husband 3 young adult children and my mom who is 76!). Communicstion with David before the tour was exceptional and the info provided was lear and exactly outlined the experience honestly. Much appreciated when travelling to the area for the first time. Tour guide, Fabian, and his asst. Were very helpful and friendly, pointing out various birds and fish. We chose to take 2 double kayaks (to accommodate those of us who had not used SUP before) and 2 SUPs. Both guides were helpful with advice during the tour, especially as my mom had never kayaked before. The setting was beautiful and so peaceful. Easier to see fish from the SUP vantage and the birds were easily seen from both kayak and SUP. Would definitely do this again!

This was a great way to spend an early morning (7am tour) in Cancun. We took 1 SUP and 1 kayak on this tour. We were guided through the mangroves by Fabián, who truly has a heart for this area and was so knowledgeable about wildlife, weather etc. He has even planted some of the mangroves himself. The trip was so peaceful, so quiet - you'll forget you're in touristy Cancun. Birds, fish, starfish and even a baby crocodile were seen as we paddled through. Highly recommended - easy one of the top highlights of our trip to Cancun.

This was amazing, I have never done it but the instructor is great, you are followed by another instructor in a kayak in case you fall, and the main instructor will give you all the pictures he takes off the trip for free. Also is kind of hard to find, is located in the same area of the scuba diving, is there.

An amazing experience! Todd and Alejandro were such good tour guides! There was no additional cost everything was transparent and honest. Todd was very knowledgeable about the area and showed us some amazing sites that even the locals didn't know about. I cannot say enough good things about it. The paddle boarding was an easy hour and a half to two hours. Sometimes we had to lie down on the boards to see some wildlife but that made it all the more fun. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience on the SUP tour with Todd. It was myself and my 14 year old. The tour was just the right duration and very peaceful. I highly recommend this tour to anyone! They have kayaks available as well.

Absolutely loved this tour. David was great at communicating with me by text message for updates due to weather, timing and etc. Todd and Alejandro were fantastic. They took the time to point out the different birds and fish we saw along the way. This is a must do If you go to Cancun. If I ever return I will definitely do this again. My partner and I had a private surf lesson and the Sunrise SUP tour on our trip! Both were awesome, I would highly recommend. It was our first time surfing, and the team did a great job of making us feel comfortable and safe! Was the perfect first experience! The sunrise SUP tour was probably my favorite. It was so worth getting up early for, paddling through the mangroves was so beautiful and we saw a lot of wildlife! I really can't say enough about how much we enjoyed both experiences - they have definately made our trip to Cancun a memorable one! We will be stopping back by on future trips 😊🌊

Great tour with Fabian on SUP. Best time to see the lagoon as nice and quiet and not too hot. Saw lots of wildlife as Fabian was always looking and pouting things out. Highly recommend

Amazing tour! Saw stingray, eagle, barracuda, crab, and other cool animals in the mangroves. Fabian was patient and kind and helped us get back to shore by towing one of us through really tough currents. It was so fun, even for extremely new beginners. Highly recommend!
