My tourist Ricardo on September 21st, 2019. I went to the day tour for Chichen itza and my experience is terrible! Ricardo my tourist (booked with Expedia)was so racist because we were Asian. The instant was me and my family had an argument with the other group of family who also joined the tour because of bus sitting adjust. The lady said she want to hit us and their family had one guy coming up to me and my sister with threat but Ricardo didn’t come settle the situation until few minutes later when it was in really really bad situation. He decided to listen to the Spanish lady from beginning to the end but when I start speaking he kept on stopping me assume and blame it’s our fault. OMG I felt terrible because it was pointless to explain myself when his face already show the attitude with careless and annoyed. The way he approach to us was upsetting. My question is why he didn’t stop her while she speak but when I want to speak, I was interrupted??!?! BECAUSE WE ARE ASIAN AND WE DON'T SPEAK SPANISH??? This had me thinking that’s why I felt racist! Honesty, there is possibility trip might happen miscommunication and it might happen issue however I don't expect my tourist would just pick side and assume we were the trouble or dramatic one. I'm pretty sure it's not only Spanish visitors and i'm sure there is plenty Asian customers visit too. Please address the problem with Ricardo. Also, Ricardo did cut me off and said sits are allow to adjust however the space of each sit is small and how funny is that my fiance was sitting in front of the lady I had an argument. My fiance didn't adjust the sits cause we all know better that it wouldn't be convenience for others. The Spanish lady said she didn't have space because my fiance adjusted his sit and distracted her. Ricardo DO SEE THAT MY FIANCE SIT WAS NOT EXTENDED BACK but he looked at me with an attitude and said yes he did adjust his sits. This is unprofessional and unacceptable with him.

Did the Puerto Morello tour with them. This is the best and the most efficient snorkelling tour in Cancun. The pick up van came 10 minutes late but everything was still on time and we spent two hours in the water at two different sites. we saw a sea turtle, stingray, lobsters and barracudas. The hospitality is amazing and the guides (Chalo & Tom) were helpful in pointing out different marine life. It's great for beginners too!

The Chichen Itza tour is a tourist trap. Look elsewhere. On the first stop (Hubiku), Navarro will try to sell you unnecessary mosquito repellent and "priceless" Mayan birth certificates and also guilt-trip you into supporting overpriced local souvenir resellers. On the second stop (Chichen Itza), you are promised two hours on the site (1 hour guided and 1 hour free roaming), but you will lose 30 minutes of this time getting your tickets and reaching the actual site. The guided tour will indeed take 1 hour, but in this time you will only see El Castillo and the playing field. You will have 30 minutes to run where you want to and hop back on the bus. So much should and could have been said on the way to Chichen. The third stop (Valladolid) is completely useless, as the guides leave you to explore a gift shop for 30 minutes. You can even use the toilet for free if you show your guide's tour sticker. Then it's a 3-4 hour ride back to your hotel, but you can't leave before they let you know that propina (tip) is expected even if you were dissatisfied.

Okay. They can do better with communication. They sent me an email the night before saying I should be early to my pick up location ~20minutes walking distance from our hotel. We got there 30 minutes early and waited 10 minutes past the scheduled pick up time only to be told that "something" happened to the bus or something and we couldn't be picked up. They asked us to take a taxi to the first tour and meet up with our guide. We did (though I was a bit annoyed) but nothing 2 beers couldn't resolve. Got to the location, now our guide was no where in sight, but Freddy who we later find out is actually Juanito comes to the rescue. Super helpful guy - walked us around showed us to the restroom. Tomas showed up a little while later. Nice guy too! Everyone enjoyed the tour. It's super hot so the bananas and water we took along helped a ton. Sweating = loss of fluids and electrolytes. They did provide us with water though. Tomas provided tons of knowledge about the ruins. The Cenote was amazingly refreshing and fun. If you don't know how to swim, do not worry there's a life jacket rental place (50 pesos, ~3 USD) per jacket. There's a pizza place right by the rim and more beer. Both Tomas and Juanito were super nice and helpful. The driver just drove =) but took care of our personal items inside the bus. I gave it a 4 due to poor communication.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES. We were abandoned without our clothes and belongings in the Cenote and there is more. I booked the trip to Tulum and Cenote seeing the high rating and realized that YOU SHOULD NOT TRUST RATINGS AND THESE ARE OFTEN FORCED AND PAID RATINGS. So we booked the hotel pickup option. No one bothered to contact us after taking our money (we travel around the world very frequently and never experienced this kind of negligence before this). Then, when I called and asked them to pick us up from our hotel, they REFUSED. When I asked for a refund, they started HANGING UP MY CALLS! I had the WhatsApp number; when I messaged, they BLOCKED ME! I was traveling with my senior parents and had nothing else planned for the day, so we walked down to their standard pickup location and was able to board the bus. The guide seemed very nice initially until he ABANDONED US WITHOUT OUR CLOTHES AND BELONGINGS AT THE CENOTE! He was supposed to get us when it was time to leave, but he just disappeared! My sister and I were on the lookout always, so when we saw him not at his standard location, we rushed to catch up. The walk out of the jungle was at least 15 minutes and we had to do that in our bathing suits. It was quite cold. The guide took my 70+ year-old parents, who don’t speak Spanish, with him and gave them the impression that we were right behind; whereas, he did NOT even look for us. The guide made my parents stand separately and was intentionally trying to abandon them as the bus we were on broke down and the other bus in which they tried to accommodate the other passengers from our bus did not have enough seats (VICIOUS INTENTIONS). My sister and I rushed to the parking where we caught a glimpse of the guide. He rushed us into a different bus saying that OUR BUS BROKE DOWN! He did not give us time to change or collect our belongings! Since the morning, we had been requesting him to crank down the air conditioning as it was freezing and most of the bus vents were broken, so the air flow was out of control. It was no different in the other bus. He did not even stop to let us change into dry clothes. It would only take 5 mins but he refused to do that initially and for the next 1 hour we had to sit in the chilled bus with wet clothes. My sister and I had to repeatedly ask him to let us use the washroom to change and he started arguing back and lying through his teeth. We finally managed to stop somewhere and change but we already caught cold before that. THESE ARE THE NEGLIGENT TOUR OPERATORS WHO LEAVE UNASSUMING TOURISTS TO DIE! NO SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY AND OUTRIGHT LIERS! It happened to us and it can (and will likely) happen to you?as THEY ARE TOO COMMERCIAL TO CARE! Do NOT book with THEM!Also, they have hidden costs and NO LUNCH! The trip will end up costing double the price shown. THESE PEOPLES ARE SCAMMERS WHO PLAY WITH THE LIVES OF PEOPLE! Shame on them!

Cancun Sightseeing was the highlight of our trip to Cancun! We did both the Tulum tour with the Hubiku Cenote and the Chitchen Itza all inclusive tour. The tour is very well organized and takes care of everything. They even pick you up directly from your hotel. Our tours guides Raquel and Ave were very knowledgeable and made sure we were well taken care of the entire tour. Tours offer a great combination of very interesting guided tours but also free time to explore in your own. Would definitely recommend 10/10.

We did the Chichenitza tour with stop at Hubiku cenote and Valladolid. Very well organized itinerary. Our tour guide Sergio is a top man, he is very knowledgeable and very entertaining. The bus was spacious and very clean with air conditioning all the time.

Very good over all! We did the chichen itza tour. The itinerary was good, the cenote was refreshing, the food was good and the kulkulkan temple was incredible. Overall a very good experience. The tour guide, Navarro, kept trying to guilt trip us to buying things. We ended up buying a ‘biodegradable bug spray’ so that we don’t ‘contaminate the cenote’. Idk if he just pocketed that money or what happened there. #imsalty I would do it again tho- just probably not with that tour guide.

We had an amazing trip to the Tulum Archaeological site and Cenote Chaak Tun with Tomas! Tomas was so full of knowledge and gave us a very detailed tour of the Cenote; he was helpful to all members of the group. I was concerned not seeing many Google reviews of this company but had a great experience. I’ve been on several tours in different countries and this was one of my favorites.

I just went on an amazing tour to Chichen Itza (plus a cenote and Vallordidad) with Alfonso and crew. Learned so much about Mayan history and current day Mayan people. There was also a good amount of food/beverages so we were never hungry during the excursion. Thanks again Alfonso! :)

(Translated by Google) I bought a tour to Chichen Itza, everything was going very well, until they start to offer and sell everything, it is annoying that they are offering every 5 minutes, it is business I understand, what bothers me is that they steal and scam you. When we arrived in Valladolid there were several stores to buy silver and the guides directed us to a specific store since they said that the other stores the silver was false. We listened to them because they are supposed to give you tips so I went to buy some earrings they wrapped the earrings so well and so quickly that you don't realize until you get back to the hotel that they gave other earrings and it was not silver; (I am very disappointed , sad, angry since there are no returns unless it is the same day, and if you go on a tour obviously you will not return that same day. Although this happened in the store and not in the tour itself, I know that everything is already planned because those guides know which store to send tourists to. It is a robbery because that is how the guides separate themselves since it was not part of the tour, but it is clear that they and those in the store are friends. It is worth mentioning that the receipt I have says the name of the lady: Maria José Arizmendi Puga, the store that does not appear on Facebook or anywhere on the internet is called "EK-ZACI" Joyerias Opalo. Calle 42 Downtown of Valladolid Local A. Do not abuse tourists, it is not fair that one has paid for a tour and left scammed by something that they already have planned as another business to get more money from people.

Our tour of chichen itza was horrendous for 2 main reasons: the service, Expedia(used to book the trip), and the tour guide/staff. First of all, the service was terrible as it wasn’t the guided tour promised in the description. They made us go by ourselves and most of us even got lost. The only tour we got was from a staff member who spoke decent English and was very kind. However, the same cannot be said for the rest of the the staff. Another reason why our tour was horrible was because of Expedia. Expedia ruined our tour via the prices. The prices were suddenly increased once we started and they were quite frankly taking advantage of our kindness. They even threatened to leave one of the three families behind. Finally the last reason and definitely not least was the tour guide during the bus ride. He even tried to scam us at a point. Not only was he money hungry but also sexist in a way. He would only speak to men and completely ignore women. The staff was equally as worse and did not care for the well being of our group at all. Some people kept asking for alcohol and were extremely drunk yet they kept letting them. In conclusion, our trip was completely ruined by the people conducting it. Not only was there a terrible tour but also terrible service that ruined the beautiful Mayan ruins.
