just
want
start
with
the
fact
that
this
hotel
buys
fake
reviews
and
me
personally
went
to
this
hotel
based
on
good
reviews.
I
hope
this
review
help
someone
I
had
a
disappointing
experience
at
the
Grand
Fiesta
Americana
Coral
Beach
Cancun,
and
I
can't
help
but
give
it
a
one-star
rating.
First
and
foremost,
the
air
conditioning
in
our
room
was
malfunctioning,
constantly
leaking
water.
To
make
matters
worse,
during
rainy
days,
water
seeped
into
our
room,
forcing
us
to
place
towels
to
prevent
further
damage.
Customer
service
was
virtually
non-existent,
as
staff
seemed
to
expect
tips
for
even
the
most
basic
assistance.
This
made
the
overall
experience
feel
transactional
and
impersonal.
The
biggest
letdown
was
the
food
quality
and
the
limited,
uninspiring
menu
options.
Nothing
like
my
previous
stays.
The
food
items
on
the
buffet
are
not
international
or
Americanized.
It’s
more
traditional
Mexican
food
(great
if
you
like
it)
Trying
to
dine
at
the
restaurants
was
challenging,
as
the
resort
seemed
determined
not
to
operate
them
at
full
capacity,
leaving
guests
struggling
to
secure
a
table.
Even
when
we
managed
to
dine,
the
Italian
restaurant
couldn't
even
get
a
basic
pizza
right.
A
steakhouse
was
available,
but
it
came
with
an
extra
cost
for
premium
meat,
and
our
orders
were
frequently
incorrect.
To
add
to
the
frustration,
for
the
first
two
days,
the
resort
was
not
crowded,
yet
the
lobby's
air
conditioning
remained
off.
Overall,
my
stay
at
the
Grand
Fiesta
Americana
Coral
Beach
Cancun
was
far
from
the
all-inclusive
luxury
experience
I
had
expected.
I
would
not
recommend
this
resort
to
anyone
seeking
a
memorable
and
enjoyable
vacation.
