Avoid. This place has seen better days. There's a bar across the street with loud live music late into the night and even after the music stops, the traffic noise is really loud. Subpar service at check in. The rooms are dingy; everything is cracked or damaged in some way. I will say that the AC worked and the sheets were clean. The ADO bus station is within walking distance.

What I liked: pretty well located, the staff is nice, the room was clean and it wasn't smelly. It a 24 hour booking. It's well connected to downtown. What I didn't like: the facilities are very old. It doesn't have a taxi service, the rooms aren't well isolated, you can hear almost everyone walking outside.

Not a great place at all unless you are desperate. Toilet had no seat. Shower took too much effort to get it working. Loud outside. Was a convenient location and the price was fair at best.

Don’t go there. Their computer was supposedly down, so we couldn’t cancel. They wouldn’t give us a key to the room, guy had to open door every time. The outlets didn’t work to charge phones, Wi-Fi was none existent to terrible. People were nice, but none spoke any English. They used translation app and demonstrated that they were either clueless or dodging the problems. Calling this place Dingy is generous, and the nightclub music wasn’t even good. There are much better places to stay for a few dollars more.

Very disappointing. My flight was delayed so I checked in at 1 am and I was told my reservation was “automatically cancelled by the system”. They still had my room but I had to pay 400 pesos more to reinstate the reservation. Both beds in my room had bugs in them. Wifi works well, breakfast was good and the breakfast server was friendly.

The rooms are serviceable, however the beds are very uncomfortable, did not have a fitted sheet. The pillows were quite hard, and the cover of the toilet was not large enough to properly cover the water and lead to some interesting smells. No bed bugs which is good. Not enough towels in the room but there were additional ones available from the front desk to swim in the lovely cool pool. Had decent A/C in the room we stayed in. The room had a huge tiled area (seen in one of the pictures below), and one small closet with no safe. Glad it was available based on our unique situation of our previous booking being cancelled.

Cheap, you get what you payed for. Some rooms are better than others. We had to ask for another room since the one they gave us in the first floor was totally unacceptable. The one the gave us in the second floor was not anything great but it was usable.

If you want a luxury hotel on the hotel zone, this hotel is not for you. Problems several times to enter our room because the card was not working properly, cold water for two days, sheets super clean and comfortable but the rest of the room correct not really perfect, the walls are very thin and there is noise (music, and room neighbors). However, this hotel is super well located and we just loved it! Loved it because it offers cheap rooms, in a lively area with lots of evening entertainment, bars, and restaurants. We didn't want to be in the hotel area, because we knew we would be moving around and discovering Mexico without staying in the hotel all day. We had the main thing: two beds with clean sheets, air conditioning that works very well, a shower, a toilet, wifi, in the heart of a nice neighborhood, for a price that really defies all competition. We loved this small hotel and we keep a very good memory ! So if you want a very basic small hotel, don't hesitate !

Hotel was worn down. Hot water from sink didn't work. Bathroom had a constant sewage smell. Very thin walls. Breakfast wasn't included and cost more than lunch at a restaurant did. Four eggs, toast, coffee and waffles cost $14. Only good thing was great location if you're willing to do a bit of walking.

Good price, but very noisy room. This hotel is good for maximum 1 or 2 nights. No ways to communicate with them by phone, email, Booking messages). Positive aspects: - location is good and you can easily reach the city center and the nightlife in Cancun - Nice swimming pool - Big room - Good price Negative aspects: - no ways to communicate with them (phone numbers are not working, they don’t reply on messages on Booking and emails) - room very old and with a lot of broken parts (just for example, the windows glass is broken and it has been repaired with the tape) - Noisy room, because we had a communication door with another room and we could basically ear everything was happening in the other room
