Amazing all-inclusive Hotel. The service is excellent. Staff is really friendly and professional. The rooms are recently renovated after Wyndham took the Hotel over from Omni. For a more quiet stay, choose a lagoon view room, the sunset on this side is amazing and you won't have the noise from the pool activities. The hotel has 5 dinner options a fish restaurant at the beach, a Italian restaurant, a Brazilian restaurant, a buffet and roomservice. But keep in mind that you need to make reservations for some and there is a dress code.

What an amazing place to stay! My husband and I stayed here for 10 days and loved it. We stayed in a standard, lagoon side room which was clean, practical, and had stunning views from the balcony. All staff were absolutely wonderful, attentive, and super helpful! So many options for food and they were all delicious, don’t listen to people about the reservations if you can’t figure out the QR code reservation system just ask and the staff will make it happen. Pools and bars are awesome! Beach was amazing. Overall wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend!! Thanks Omni

Great all inclusive resort. Pools are awesome. Staff is great and friendly. If you can swing it, the 3 bedroom villas are really nice and much better than an average hotel room. Food is decent, but not the reason why you are there. The beach is gorgeous. Its impossible not to have fun, as there are always things going on if you want to party, and plenty of places to relax if you would rather do that. Great apot in Mexico!

It was a nice resort I had an all inclusive and thought it was a very nice place. I stayed for 5 nights. When I got back to my house I realized $200 was missing from the money I brought. I kept the money in the safe the whole time and I think one of the room keepers took it because nobody else was in the room. Throughout the days the safe had an error twice and we had to call room service to use the master key and unlock it.

The resort was not all that the reviews were hyped up to be. However, this is an older resort and it shows. Decent pools and the sushi bar is great. Keep in mind you have to wait at least an hour before you get your sushi. The food was subpar. I have traveled to many places and the food was equivalent to a school cafeteria food. However the restaurant staff were nice. The bed linen as far as the coverlets are old and need to be replaced. Our rooms also had a certain smell which was very displeasing. Against my better judgment we listened to their sales pitch. The young lady who gave us a tour of the resort was really nice. The man trying to seal the deal talked in circles for over 30 minutes and we still had no clue what they were offering and the cost. At that point, I had given up enough of my time. He brought over another guy who was rude and upset because we would not purchase what they were offering. I would never pay to have to come back to this resort. I would not come back if it was free. He ended up tearing up the paper and telling us we were free to go, which I didn't need him to tell me as I was leaving. I traveled to another vacation destination and decided to do their Vacation Club. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach but everyday the staff worked to clean it up. Our friend were on a higher floor and there rooms were flooded. This ranked as my least favorite resorts I have visited.

Worst experience ever in my life - never going back to this hotel. I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids who were 14 and 10. Front desk says we have to charge your 14 year as adult so I end up paying almost $900 US dollar more. How come a 14 year old is adult? Also they put kids tag on her hand, not the adult one😀. They were so rude. Room service was horrible- even at check in we mentioned that we need our room to be clean everyday- we had to beg them everyday to clean our room. One time they didn’t show up for continuous 2 days. Not to blame staff- short staff. They said after Wyndham took over, everything is going in wrong direction. It was much better when it was Omni Food quality was not top notch- same food repeat everyday- no variety. If you are expecting different menu everyday- forget about it. Staff working like crazy- again not to blame serving staff. They were great but cost cutting like this not expected. The only best thing I like about is the location and beach - Great!!

My recent stay at Wyndham Grand Cancun was a mixed experience that left me with a sense of disappointment. While the hotel had its highlights, there were several aspects that fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, the check-in process was marred by the presence of aggressive timeshare representatives. They approached guests under the pretense of assisting with check-in but were only interested in promoting timeshare sales. This unwelcome intrusion created a negative first impression and undermined the overall experience. It was disheartening to see them constantly lingering around the hotel premises, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful check-in process. The hotel itself is relatively small and falls within the standard range for accommodations in Cancun. However, a notable drawback was the absence of lifeguards at both the pool and the beach. This lack of safety measures placed the responsibility solely on guests, especially those with children, to remain vigilant and ensure their own well-being. When it came to dining experiences, my opinions were also mixed. The standout eatery was Davinci Restaurant, offering delicious food and attentive service. However, its limited seating capacity made it challenging to secure a reservation. If you turn on app for booking even a few minutes later than the daily appointment scheduler's start time at 9 am, you were left without the option of dining there. On the other hand, the remaining restaurants within the hotel suffered from slow service and inadequate staffing. Guests should not expect their orders or requests to be fulfilled promptly, including refills. While the Brazilian BBQ offered a fancy dining experience, it was disappointing that each type of meat was served only once, and the supply was limited. Those seated at the end of the serving route were often left without the full range of options, as the staff would not return to provide additional servings. On a busy Friday night, my party received only half the variety of meats compared to the previous day. During lunch hours, since there were no buffets available, guests had to contend with the slow pace of service. As for the dinner buffet, it was perhaps one of the worst I have experienced among the cancun all inclusive hotels I have visited. The quality and selection were lacking, and the staff did not replenish the food after 9 or 9:30 pm, even though the buffet was scheduled to be open until 11 pm.

Great food, great drinks, great pools, great service - as long as you play it right. Other reviewers noted that there were tons of Timeshare salespeople, but I think it's overblown. You check in, and you'll get approached by timeshare people, but you can always easily say no. You can literally ignore them, and the front desk isn't a fake timeshare front desk. Also note that there is construction, but we didn't hear any. If there is construction, then go and request a room change. Rooms - Overall pretty good rooms. Showers, toilets, sinks were nice. I really care about bathrooms, and they're clean and work. Beds aren't the best but I don't really care because they are average hotel beds. The patios are beautiful. Food - As long as you download the app for this specific hotel you'll be set. You can can book restaurants like the Italian restaurant Art of Cooking which is delicious and La Vista the Brazilian steakhouse. You'll get great lunch options with the sushi hut, the Mexican hut, the seafood spot, etc. The main cafeteria isn't bad, but it's def not good food you'd expect at a resort. The only benefit of the main cafeteria is that buffets give you options of trying little bites. Amenities - Pools are nice. Bars are incredible. My wife and I drank so many unique mixed drinks. one of our favorites was the jacuzzi bar that had some shade and a direct view of the ocean. Misc. Below average gym. I didn't like it. We loved that there was entertainment. For our stay we went to Mexican dance show, Michael Jackson night, casino night, kareoke night, etc. You always felt like there was something to do. We got a massage and that was good. As with any hotel here you can always get excursions.

We stayed at the Wyndham grand for 5 days with a toddler and it was FABULOUS! we were so pleased with the service staff, food in most places, pools and beach (even with the sargassum). It was relatively kid friendly and had really fun night entertainment! We loved going to Paloma in the morning for breakfast and was impressed with the service from Carlos who was our server for several days. Our favourite restaurant has to be La Vista Brazilian grill where the meat was top quality and the sides were just as delicious! Overall, everyone was so kind and went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay. Also if you’re someone who likes their comfort items, this resort is right across the street from a 24 hour 7/11 which we frequented quite a bit! We look forward to coming back here again :) Side note: please remember to tip your server/bartenders as they work really hard and rely on tips like some of us do back home!

We stayed at the Wyndham Grand for 5 nights in March 2023. Two adults and one child. Overall we were quite happy with the resort itself and the ammenities with our main complaint being the seaweed on the beach. Pros - Lots of good food options and different places to eat - Always water available in the lobby - Rooms were comfortable and nice - Great staff - The resort was quite clean - The pools were nice with good service at the pools - The colours of the water are beautiful at this resort Cons - Kids can't use the hot tub and the pools can be a bit cold for kids - No lunch buffet and most of the places that serve lunch never have seating - Not a lot of areas around the beach and pool with shade so if you aren't in the water it gets too hot - Probably our biggest complaint is that you can get unlimited towels so guests take towels and put them on chairs at the beach and at the pool in the morning and take up those spots and don't use them most of the day. There aren't a lot of chairs on the beach and around the pool and almost all of them are being taken up which is annoying because you can't go to the pool and use the beach you have to choose one or the other in a day. - The beach was not nice at all. There are piles of seaweed on the beach and in the water. That being said it was like this along that whole stretch of beach but I think more can be done to remove the seaweed. There are tractors and machines that do this. - Not a lot going on for entertainment during the day. Overall we had a nice stay at the Wyndham Grand. If you are looking for a comfortable place to relax in the sun with generally good food and service this is a nice resort to stay at. If you are looking for a hotel with lots of fun activities like beach volleyball, pool games, etc. there isn't a lot of that here. If you are looking for a nice beach stay I would check out some other resorts where there isn't a huge seaweed problem. We stayed at another resort after this one that had no seaweed on the beach so there are good and bad areas.

The Vacation was a horrible experience. The Hotel staff was super rude(prejudiced), and food choices were minimal. Small buffet to eat with few options, and I found a plastic wrapper in the omelet. The BD experience travel bus left us waiting for two family members for a few minutes while they grabbed their luggage. We were 14 people family with kids. the bus just drove off. Then the bell guy stopped all the taxis from giving us a ride. I had to get into an argument with the manager to get a cab and almost missed the flight. Also, No Room service and you must Pay $5 daily if you do need it.

First I would like to say we enjoyed our stay….the staff was absolutely amazing. Elvia did an amazing job with waiting on us and her drink “The Elvia” was awesome! Abraham was very attentive and helped with everything that was needed. Veronica with the party staff did a great job at keeping us entertained and getting us into the clubs. Jerry with the VIP tours was very informative and not to time consuming. The hotel was well kept and very clean. The sushi bar was excellent only thing was the taco bar, the tacos were soggy. All in all I would recommend Omni Cancun 10 out of 10.

We had a great stay at this resort! The value and quality of the stay was spot on. The staff are very friendly and happy to answer any questions you have. The wait staff are very attentive. We enjoyed the sushi and tacos for lunch options. They also have a la carte options as well as a buffet. The ocean side rooms are a must as they have amazing views of the water. We found that there was plenty of space on the beach and it did not feel crowded. Ignore the bad reviews on this place. I only had positive interactions with the staff here. I did see other guests at the resort treat the front desk staff very rude but they handled it with grace and calmness. I was really impressed with how the staff kept their cool even though this guest was way out of line with how they were speaking to the staff. I would love to go back again some day.

There is a lot of kids, so its more of a family vacation. Than a fun friend/ couple vacation. The place was average, they try to sell you to be a “member” they push you hard and make promises. They almost took money from us and didn’t give it back. The servers were nice, my favorite person there were it really felt like they cared and were family was Francisco other than that everyone else seems like they were just doing it for tips. They have different restaurants, but all pretty much have the exact same food. The food was not very good at all. Its just like cafeteria food with not a lot of flavor. The sushi was the best part about that place. It was decent but id probably not stay there again.

Hotel needs some cosmetic improvements. The rooms are big, bed is horribly hard and uncomfortable. They clean rooms everyday even when you ask them not to. They kept taking our towels but not leaving clean ones so we had to call and ask front desk to send some to our room. Air conditioning in our room did not work well. In our friends rooms the AC worked good. Pools are nice and clean. Entertainment was okay for the six nights we were there. Staff was accommodating but definitely need more employees that speak and understand English!!! Food was very bland!!! Beach was covered in seaweed so we couldn’t use it but it cleared on our last day so we got to dip our toes in ocean. Not planning a return trip to this hotel.

Visited with friends and was happy with the level of service. Room was nice and we chose to have it cleaned once during our 4 day stay. Ocean view from the balcony was pretty. A little disappointed in on site activities offered - one event per night at 8p. 3 main restaurants on site **must make a rez for dinner between 9-930am** to get a seat, no exceptions made. Buffet is somewhat disappointing / have had better elsewhere. Food is generally a little bland. Drinks were as expected. Was surprised by the henna/hair braiding area as this is for a charge and there are no signs listed anywhere explaining that they are not included. Pricing seems to be decided on the fly as nothing is posted and this was verified by the hotel when we were shocked at the cost. The beach is beautiful but no free shaded seats on the sand. Would avoid the sushi / any raw items on the menu as it does not appear fresh / handled well. Room service also took 35-40 min, we tried a few times to order but ended up cancelling due to the wait. Generally not very crowded during our stay. Overall feel this is more of a family friendly place. If visiting with friends / without kids, would probably choose a different resort.

I can't comprehend the negative reviews I read before coming here. I arrived Jan 12th 2022 and stayed 6 night's. What can I say, " it was all perfect"! Service extraordinary, (special thanks to Oliver our server). So clean you can eat off the floors but don't do that. Hot tubs and swimming pools every where you look. Considering the volume....food was excellent and all you want! Bars everywhere all you can drink along with that coffee and juice bars included. Standard rooms are very good size and delicious showers I could live in there showers. Room service was spot on and I was never disturbed one time. Bring a lot of dollar bills with you for tipping. Just a buck or two at every sitting will put you in RSVP status. I tipped only like 50 dollars the whole trip....nothing. ENJOY😁

We were a group of 6 adults on vacations. We had a wonderful time at the resort. A welcoming staff ready to help you with all your needs. Excellent service staff. A good variety of food. Our favorites restaurants, Da Vinci and The Piña. The best vacation time in years!!

The staff and hotel were wonderful. The oceanview room was superb. The resort was kind of small and not many activities to do there. The pools close at 8 pm. The swim up bar and jacuzzi bar closed at 5 pm, which was a bummer. There was only 1 main bar near the lobby that closed around 11pm or midnight. You will need to make a reservation for dinner if you would like to attend the seafood, steak house, or Italian restaurant. The food was not good at all, in my opinion. The mexican hut outside near the pools and the seafood restaurant were the only establishments that had tasty food. Everything else was lacking flavor, zest, and quite frankly seasoning. I would love to visit Mexico again but would want to experience a different resort.

Very inconsistent experience. The hotel is overall nice and clean, and comfortable. The buffet food is the equivalent of elementary cafeteria food, and the Italian restaurant is a step-down from Olive Garden. The only decent dining experience I had was at the Brazilian restaurant. They don’t make you wear a mask anywhere except at the buffet, and don’t supply you with a mask, which they do not provide and charge you 9$ at the gift shop. This is a 3 star review because the mojitos were pretty good.

We reserved a week-stay in Wyndham Grand Cancun All Inclusive Resort & Villas Hotel for our honeymoon and it turned out to be a horrible nightmare a year later. This was my first time in Cancun and an all-inclusive hotel. The hotel is great, the sightseeing is beautiful, and the all-inclusive food and drinks is perfect. However, this place has a scam strategy. Before you do the check in, they try to set up a meeting with you and offer you free excursions, massages, and drinks with the purpose of you signing up a $12000 timeshare scam. They will confuse you with numbers of how much you pay for vacations, meanwhile, giving you drinks, a whole scenario already calculated for you to think that the offer is good; however, it is too good to be true. A year after signing this scan timeshare lease (which they never mentioned the word timeshare, only vacation club) and paying $174 each month and giving $4000 of initial payment, we tried to use the free week vacations and were told in a very rude manner that the prices we signed up for to pay for all-inclusive was not valid anymore, and now it was double. Please always read the small letters in a contract. Also, we checked how much it was to book a week with all-inclusive through Expedia in this hotel and it was much cheaper the second option than rather than paying over $5000 and being considered a member of this scam club. Please do not sign up for this timeshare scam lease because you do not get any benefits, you even get fewer benefits than making a reservation through Expedia or another website. Such a shame for Wyndham to allow this scam to continue. Please do not allow this scam to continue. Whenever you are told that you have to decide on the spot otherwise the offer will not be available later is a red flag and you should run.

Stayed during one week in June 2023. Really nice facilities. The beach is spacious. Restaurants are very good for an all inclusive resort. International food, nothing too spicy. Good assortments of fresh fruit and veggies. The seafood restaurant by the beach was my favorite. All the staff is really friendly and customer oriented. Always happy to help with a smile. The rooms are big and comfortable, as well as the bathroom. The only downside: the shower. Low water pressure, and still the shower box design made water spill all over the floor. There were many rooms under renovation during our stay, but that never disrupted our experience.

The place is pretty nice and it's clean. Views from upper floors breathtaking. Beach beautiful. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, also very hard working. However, it's obvious that they work for tips, you're pretty much expected to tip everywhere. The drinks are absolutely horrible to decent. Food is a hit or miss, we've had some of the most amazing dishes ever, and we've had moldy fruits. Eventually we also got food poisoning, ended up laying in bed for a miserable 36 hours. The sunrise is just glorious! It was by far the best part of our trip. Due to the fact that the food and drinks are a hit or miss in the best case scenario, and a complete disaster in worst case scenario, we would not go back here.

We stayed there during the past winter break. The hotel room seem like a run-down. The towels were over-used with a rough texture and yellowish color. There was a bra in the towel rack. No one would answer the phone if you needed anything. We had to go to the front desk for an extra blanket. The worst part was the restaurants. It is obvious that the restaurants were incapacitated for the number of guests. Dinner required reservations which were impossible to make. We ended up eating at the same buffet (the only one that didn't require reservation) every night. Lunch lines were unbearably long. We had to wait 2 hours for our food. Good thing is that there's a snack bar so we could eat something and play in the pool while waiting for the lunch to be ready. Positive part: The staff were quite friendly and helpful. The location was great. You can take bus to go anywhere around the hotel zone.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any place. This web site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and normally will have prices much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you decide to stay here you will love it I'm sure! Just came back after 7 day holiday. The staff was wonderful. The food was great. Really enjoyed the sushi and the Brazilian steak house. The hotel was more family oriented during our stay but it was a great experience.

The staff at the hotel is great. The hotel is nice but can be updated in some areas. The main reason for 3 stars is the food. The food quality was not good at all. We ended up having to each lunch and dinner outside of the hotel because we didn't want to stay hungry. Also, the membership club tour is very unnecessary. They say it will take 90 minutes for the membership club, but we ended up being stuck 2.5hrs while they were trying their best to sell us the membership. This resort is changing names and will be managed by Wyndham in October so maybe things will change for the better. The resort has a lot of potential.

We had some issues the first night, nothing to do with the hotel. Edwin, our server actually turned our week right around! Seriously every night he was taking care of us! Luis as well(I think he was a manager or supervisor). The food was great! We went to the buffet every morning and never found anything we didn’t like. Room service always said 20-30 minutes but I swear it was delivered in 10! The Wyndham just took over and I hope we can book again with the same service we had before! We love it here!! Thank you so much to Edwin!!!!!

We had a fantastic time at the resort. The staff, particularly Alex, was exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised to find our room ready when we arrived, even though we were a large group with several reservations. This was a major plus for us. The daily entertainment was enjoyable, and the food was delicious, though breakfast options were limited. A few restaurants required a reservation through the hotel's mobile app. We would love to return, primarily because of the warm and friendly staff.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Wyndham Grand Cancun for the second time, and I can confidently say that it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel truly welcome. The newly renovated rooms were a delight to stay in, offering modern comforts and a luxurious ambiance that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in the design and amenities truly showcased the hotel's commitment to providing a top-notch experience for its guests. However, what truly sets the Wyndham Grand Cancun apart is its exceptional staff. The team members were not only professional and attentive but also incredibly adorable, going above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Their genuine friendliness and eagerness to assist created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel like a valued guest throughout my entire stay. The hotel's location is also a major highlight, offering stunning views and easy access to the beautiful surroundings of Cancun. Whether you're looking to relax on the beach, explore the local attractions, or simply enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the area, the Wyndham Grand Cancun provides the perfect base for an unforgettable experience. In conclusion, I can wholeheartedly recommend the Wyndham Grand Cancun to anyone seeking a wonderful getaway. With its recently renovated rooms, adorable staff, and fantastic location, it truly is a remarkable place to stay. I am already looking forward to my next visit, and I'm sure it will be just as fantastic as my previous stays.

It's a pretty cool place to expend your time on your vacation. The green areas, the restaurants, and its food are superb. Jacuzzis and bars are a great option. Pools are clean and clear, with games, drinks and snacks. I recommend this hotel, I enjoyed it so much 🫠

Fantastic Stay at Wyndham Grand Cancun All Inclusive! Review: We had an amazing experience at Wyndham Grand Cancun All Inclusive! The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere throughout our stay. The attention to detail in maintaining a pristine environment did not go unnoticed. The customer service at Wyndham Grand was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met promptly and with a genuine smile. Their friendly and accommodating approach truly enhanced our overall enjoyment of the resort. The amenities at Wyndham Grand were outstanding, offering a variety of activities and facilities that catered to every member of our group. From relaxing by the pool to enjoying the well-equipped fitness center, the resort provided a perfect balance of leisure and recreation. Feedback: While the buffet had a great selection, we'd appreciate more seafood and fish variety options for pescatarians like ourselves who do not eat other types of meat. Adding a wider range of these options would make the dining experience more inclusive for guests with specific dietary preferences. Overall, we highly recommend Wyndham Grand Cancun for an unforgettable, all-inclusive getaway!

Very nice resort with multiple pools, very clean, awesome service from staff, and fantastic drinks. The food is good, except the buffet tastes like hospital food and sometimes it’s the only option because many of the other restaurants require reservations, which are so hard to get. Our room only got cleaned once during our 5 day stay. The disco was a nice touch, but it didn’t open until 11pm. This is too late for most people, so it’s not very busy and not overly fun. It would make a big difference if it even opened at 10. Everything else was great and we had a relaxing stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pools are beautiful and comfortable, the beach is breathtaking, the daily activities they planned offer something for everyone, and the food and drinks are really enjoyable (not the finest quality, but better than I imagined they would be). The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn't give this place five stars is because the rooms are dated. In our room, the TV never worked quite right, the walls aren't very soundproof, and the lighting wasn't that great .They know this. Wyndham, which recently purchased the property, is working on remodeling and updating the facilities, so I expect they'll earn five stars in a few years.

The food at the buffet was not very good compared to some of the other all inclusive we have visited here in Cancun. The rodizio restaurant was amazing, though. We also tried the seafood restaurant but only liked the ceviche and the mahi mahi. The entire resort only had Corona and Modelo which is our least favorite Mexican beer. I did not love that they close the pools so early, either, and we couldn’t frequent the beach at night due to a wedding. However, the employees were all incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive. The Mexican people are just amazingly hospitable and hard working. I think the food at the buffet needs to be improved but the resort should be very proud of their great employees and excellent service.

This place was amazing, for the cost… I don’t really think it was worth all the money, but it’s Cancún. I went before thanksgiving week and it wasn’t crowded and the waves were huge. I loved the waters and the service. The only problem was the food and rooms. Firstly, half of my family got insane food poisoning. The food wasn’t excellent except for the Brazilian Grill. The workers once again are the best. The rooms, when I got my hotel, the A/C didn’t work, took a whole day to fix it, there was a huge leak that never got fixed, and there was so much construction and renovation all you would hear is clanking, thumping, sawing and more. It was very annoying.

Did not have a high expectation at the first place but was very pleasantly surprised! 1. Service is absolutely 5 star. Everyone is friendly, helpful with very prompt service at baseline even without tipping. I was allowed to check in early. 2. Room and facilities is very good. Def a luxurious view. Have 2 very big pools plus jacuzzi. Extremely well maintained. Staff will clean and pick up towels on beach bed constantly. And the beach outside the hotel is ABSOLUTELY gorgeous, jelly blue and no seaweed like the other comment mentioned.(although that probably has little to do with the hotel itself). Room is good, spacious, clean and modern 3. Drinks and foods: it got 3 restaurants and 4 snacks bar to choose from. The snack bars(a sushi bar, Mexican snack stand) are really below average and I would say just barely edible. However, the actual restaurants are pretty decent. You can order appetizer and drinks from the restaurants during day time and they are really good(pina grill by the beach is best for this and cocktails are great). You don't need to book for those. For dinner you require booking but all time slots are available at all restaurants so that isn't a concern. 4. Entertainment. They do have some group activities but nothing like shows. Overall no entertainment at night. Overall bang for the buck. I am very satisfied for the price I paid. If you want a 5 star hotel with fine dining and performance probably other hotel(of course price will be much higher)

I’m changing my rating from a 3 star to a five star rating, after learning of my earlier experience, the manager called my cell phone ask if he could address my issues? After I showed him my room and the issues I had, he was able to move to a new room. Staff has always been very supportive and helpful. Food was good. Nice soft sandy beach, great views of water.

Me and my wife were so excited to go On vacation The welcoming staff was amazing, unfortunately the ground staff was horrible. They treated me and my wife, so disrespectfully. A few service refused to serve us. Mind you, we are low key and very quiet. It's amazing how they were treating the people. That were so disrespectful to their country . I literally heard people in the pool discussing how building a wall was so important to them. They seem to get better treatment than us, it's amazing. It broke my heart. My wife was so uncomfortable that we spent our last day in a hotel room.

We showed up near 11pm weary from traveling. We had reserved a room for 5 nights with two queen beds and an ocean view. The staff was nice and helpful, then they took us to our room, which had a single king bed and a cot. The room had a pungent smell of urine. Obviously unhappy that one of our kids had no place to sleep and the room smelled like urine we immediately called down and were told sorry we don’t have any other rooms. We will bring you another cot. So here we sit after midnight with most of the room space taken by a king bed and two cots, In a room like smells like an alley behind a bar. Needless to say not happy.

We had the best time at this resort! The food was excellent, the service was spectacular! Marco, Gilberto, Juan at the buffet were all so attentive and personable! What really made our trip special was Cony. She greeted us every day at the beach. She was always so welcoming and kind. She gave the absolute best massages on the beach! It was an unforgettable experience! We will definitely be back!

Most of the staffs were pretty cool, but Emily, David and the host, a lady who worked on Feb 22 at Da Vince restaurant were, very friendly and passionate about their jobs. The food was very good. However The time shared staffs really turned us down because they were aggressive. We enjoyed most of time in there, we liked the beach. Hope the service can improve because we got ignored a few times. Hotel itself was a bit old but it was quiet, no party, also there was not much activities as well.

Wonderful experience at Omni Cancun! Beautiful classy property! All the food was high quality and excellent. Views are breathtaking. My family enjoyed it immensely. The accommodations was clean and spacious. We had our own rooms, house keeping did an amazing job!

The staff here is extremely sweet and accommodating! Resort was clean overall and had several spaces to relax at and explore. If you plan on going to the pool for the day, get there early to get a chair for yourself! It’s very limited and fill up fast. My only complaint is the online system for booking reservations at restaurants- I had an issue everyday where restaurants would “book up” and I had to speak to the concierge every time, despite me waking up at 7am every day (right as bookings open). I was told that reservations just book up fast, but when I go to the restaurants themselves, they look relatively empty (I guess they do it this way because they’re short on staff). Either way, it’s a very inconvenient system and I wish that there was a way to book reservations in advance rather than waking up everyday to make it the day of. Regardless, the staff were still very helpful and friendly.

My husband and I became vacation club members in 2015 when this hotel was the Omni hotel, we always had very good experiences and a lovely time. However, in 2022 the Wyndham Grand took over and our experience just a few weeks ago in January was quite less than lovely. From the moment we got there, which was an hour and a half later than expected because transportation never picked us up, things continued to go downhill. The room that we were promised a year prior was not the room that we received. In addition, there were other charges that we were never made aware of that they imposed. Unfortunately members never receive any information on any changes that are going on at the hotel. We have to ask multiple times for just about everything and then it’s never done correctly. All of the wait staff are 100% excellent. Management seems to be the problem. We spent every day of our vacation having to have meetings with management, and then they would cancel multiple times. Not at all a relaxing vacation.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any room. They compare hundreds of booking web sites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is the best rated in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't regret it. Great resort! When our flight was canceled and our current resort couldn't accommodate us Omni was able to help us. Great friendly staff, great food, and the resort is very clean. Would definitely go back. We should of stayed here instead of the first resort.

The property is constantly being cleaned and I appreciated that! Our room was cleaned and the bed was changed daily. You did not here noise from the room next door! Portions of food were plentiful. Cocktails were delicious. I discovered Mojitos! The staff was professional and they strive to please us. Annoying was the fact that the specialty coffee place did not open until 11:00a.m. daily. The breeze was perpetual, keeping humidity at bay.
