The hotel is old and the rooms had a smell, the employees hate their job and don't hold back to show it. I paid 1100 pesos in May 2022. It is across the street from the bus station and just half a block from the bus stop so you can move anywhere easily. I would not go back due to the extreme rudeness of the receptionists and overall staff. Bad experience.

This place did not live up to its reputation unfortunately. Good location for cancun Centro. Rooms need renovation, the door to our bathroom fell off during our stay. The key to our door malfunctioned and had to be changed 5 times. Staff speaks very little english. Service was extremely slow at the restaurant, waited over an hour for quesedillas.

A great location if you want to stay in downtown Cancun instead of the hotel zone. It's opposite to the Ado bus station and you can easily travel around. There is a taxi stand opposite as well so getting taxis is super easy. The hotel staff is friendly and while most of the rooms are good, some are a little dingy. The pool area is clean and the breakfast is also good. The restaurant does have a lot of options to choose from. The area is a little noisy compared to others since it is smack dab in the middle of the city and with the bus station and taxi stand right opposite.

This "hotel" is an absolute hole. We were covered in bed bug bites after the stay. It was filthy and the sheet's weren't even washed. The room smelled of smoke and the air-conditioning unit was filthy. The bed was rock hard. The shower was mouldy. The WiFi didn't work in the room.

1st day here of 3. right across the the street from the ADO bus station which is awesome. 25 min. local bus ride to the nearest beach. the hotel grounds are beautiful, food. was really good at the on site restraunt. Rooms so so. for the price. no complaints got a humidity problem for sure. hot water showers cable TV. would I go back? yup. for the price. 4 sure. if you want to be close. to the beach. no

Best part is close to ADO and it is safe and secure. Rooms are falling apart but it is just to sleep really for a connection.

Pool was lethal. No handrails at all and tiles very slippery so the possibility of injury was great.Shower was very slippry too and no non slip available. I am disabled and felt that no safe provision was made. Washbasin in room leaked over the floor. The place needs a total.upgrade. Room.looked good but was full of faults.

the room it was so sketchy, the AC was so noisy, the restaurant have bad organization between them.

Room was moist, damp, walls not painted and splotchy. We were there less than an hour and got no refund, no support, no anything. What a trashy place. We booked with a third party who is a SCAM. TRAVELURO and this hotel should be taken down. The rooms were so bad we left immediately to go somewhere else. Dirty, AC smelled, bugs in the room, old outdated.... Learn from our mistake and book elsewhere.

My entire body is covered in bed bug bites after spending one night, it is the grossest feeling ah. Most disgusting hotel room, bed was stained and dirty. The room was filled with a stench of cigarettes. The air felt gross and damp, and the aircon machine was gross we didn't even turn it on because it looked like a safety Hazzard. Wouldn't ever stay here again, please do not go here..it is horrible.

Hotel looks very run down. There is no maintenance done to the rooms. It was filled with mosquitoes. This is not a 4 star hotel.

I would not recommend this hotel. During my stay feb 11 there was a party in the garden. Music playing very loud past 1 am in morning. . They had no respect for the other guests.

A little oasis between bus and airplane trips, the hotel is located right across the street from the ADO bus station. Rooms are basic, but very clean and staff is friendly. There is a restaurant and a bar, good prices and decent food.

First the good news. Cool people. Right up against the water. View of the ferries as they come and go Right outside the back of the property. Includes a nice light little breakfast in the morning with coffee. Also the rooms are like an apartment with a nice kitchen and a dining area couches two bedrooms. Lots of room to spread out. We had rain today and the floors got pretty wet. Also only two towels per bathroom there are two bathrooms total. No room service that I can tell. Cute dog (Choppino) at the front door who's made friends with us already. Also the neighborhood has some restaurants and a small church so you get a little more flavor of the town instead of staying in a big fancy hotel.

No toilet seats, pretty ran down and dirty go somewhere else if you have a cance. The breakfast is not good and took 1 hour from ordering till arrival. Bed hat blood on the sheets, stuff is incompetent,doesn't speak English and are not friendly. Looks like it's been nice at one point but now it's not worth staying.

I stayed in this hotel due to rescheduled flight. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for vacation. Smelly air condition and the room looks old and dirty. Humidity issues and the air smell toxic.

Do not stay here!! Serious humidity issues, 3 different rooms and they were all presenting the same air toxicity :/

Absolutely the worst hotel in Cancun. They had parrots in tiny cages so bored that they were chewing on the steel bars. The rooms were outdated, the ceiling was falling apart in many places. The A/C couldn't be controlled and was freezing. They had peacocks in the back in tiny cages. Random garbage lying around all over the place. Do not go here. Letters falling off their main sign. Simply atrocious. The parrot wouldn't stop squawking throughout the day right outside the windows. Cockroaches found around the premises. Did not stay for more than 3 hours before leaving on foot to find another hotel.

The hotel is in a convenient location but very disappointed in this trip (3rd visit). Room was very humid, everything was damp including the bed. Mold growing everywhere. I tried running the bathroom fan but it didn't help. Our windows could not be opened as there were no screens on them. Restaurant food was still good and reasonably priced but service was quite slow. Pool area was nice to relax around. The hotel really needs a major renovation including mattresses, pillows and linens.

We thought it was very nice. There's not much around so we eat dinner at the hotel and it was delicious. Breakfast wasn't so great but appreciated.

No hot water, rooms are smelling as if theres no siphons in the drainage. Only plus is that it is next to ado bus terminal

Get in and get out and continue to your end destination because this shouldn't be it. Stayed here coming from the airport late. Okay for 1 night. ADO bus terminal across the street and the taco stand in front of the hotel has really good 🌮

Rooms are dated and maintenance could be improved... Wifi worked Nice sized television Plenty of places to eat Had parrots and peacocks on property Bed could have been softer Walkway to my building wasn't completely covered and got rained on

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Restaurant serves very good & tasty food. Location, I give them 10 stars out of 5. Across street is the bus terminal taking you anywhere in Mayan Riviera. Rooms need a little upgrade, a/c was freezing cold. Shower door did not close completely having some floor wetness, but they cleaned it faster than lightning. Price is very affordable. Definitely I recomend it. Pharmacy & Convenience stores withing walking distance. I'm coming back very soon.

Okay for your first night in cancun on the way to destination. I stayed here twice in two separate rooms and both times had ants crawling on me and biting me. At first I thought it was mosquitos until I realized it wasn't! The waiter at night is great but during the day I wouldn't eat at the resturant. The waiter refuses to use Google translate and even with my Spanish being good elsewhere and knowing the words it took 30 minutes to find syrup. I came back a second time thinking maybe someone else would be a waiter during the day but no. Just don't dine in during the day.
