Rooms are very clean, bright, and a good size. Overall the facilities (hallways, lobby, gym, business center, pool area etc) are so clean and you can tell they put good effort into maintaining it. Nice to have a decent sized gym to work out in and the business center is also spacious. The pool is big and has a nice bar. Overall a great value for the money. Check on booking because the price that we saw in the lobby was more than double what we paid on booking.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your stay. This site will compare countless hotel sites and normally will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This place is the best rated in this area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you choose this place you will love it I'm sure! The staff is amazing! I had to cancel my stay there due to a huge storm in Canada, and I wasn't able to fly. The staff was able to cancel my stay at a $0 charge! Thanks Ramon and the rest of the team for your impeccable service!

My girlfriend and I had a flight cancelled back to NY. Jet Blue put us up in the Adhara. The hotel staff was very pleasant from my brief interactions with them. The Hotel itself was pretty neat but the rooms were dated. Food was very good. The food was buffet style and I actually enjoyed it more than the all inclusive I stayed out I had grilled chicken and beef fajita for dinner and scrambled eggs in the AM. I did not feel extremely safe with my girlfriend with me when I looked outside the hotel premises but felt safe inside. I would not stay at this hotel with my girlfriend but would if I were by myself.

Is it possible to give this place 0 stars? Don't stay here ever! The "helpful" belboy took our bags to the room then had us hurry to go to dinner before the restaurant closed. When we came back our luggage had been completely tossed and rifled through and all of my grandmother's heirloom silver jewelry was missing. 5 Necklaces, 10 rings, 30 earrings; gone. When I went to speak to the front desk they ignored me. On top of it all they wouldn't even give us water or accept cash or credit card and their water machine was out of order. If you stay here you will be lucky to leave with your life. But guaranteed you will be given the parting gift of diarrhea.

This is a hotel with no hospitality spirit. I arrived there after paying everything including tax through Agoda. However, the hotel requested another tax. It's a federal tax.. A high-ranking employee showed up and explained the extra payment to me one more time... I told him I had paid it all and Agoda had no mention of the extra payment. The general manager said to me, "It's only $9. Don't you have any money?"... This is an insult to the customer... It cannot be part of the hotel's spirit of hospitality... A hotel that only thinks of customers as paying people will not care about the customers. It won't handle the problem properly. I can now understand the reason for the many negative reviews. If you expect hospitality, never stay at this hotel. After feeling tired and insulted, I paid and checked in for unknown reasons. But unfortunately. The coffee pot in the room still had coffee grounds that had already been brewed. This is a place that is not managed properly. Unless you wonder how the hotel will disappoint you, never come here..

Great hotel, great room, great shower. We arrived to early to check in, but they had a place for us to store our bags and get changed. We got to use the pool and hang in the lobby with no issue. The bed was very nice. The breakfast was amazing, best we've had in Mexico.

We stayed one night. The room is spotless; the bathroom has a hair dryer, bathtub, and necessary amenities. There is a safe box and complimentary coffee machine and kit available in the room. Memory foam pillows and mattresses gave me the best sleep of my entire vacation. The breakfast buffet has various quality food items, including a live omelet station.

The hotel itself is nice as well as rooms, especially for the price paid in March 2021. Tasty mexican breakfast with options to order lunch near the pool. All posted photos correspond to actual look. Pay attention that it is close to the center and surroundings are not so nice.

This is the perfect family hotel. It is absolutely immaculate very well maintained, cleaners everywhere and plenty of staff to help you. Decent and clean gym. The rooms facing the pool have balconies. The pool is great and the best part of the hotel is the breakfast with a huge variety of foods, tropical fruits and a live omelette station. Definitely recommended. Only improvement point would be to have the pool heated during the colder months.

Very nice place service was incredible and the food was terrific and especially the breakfast is amazing I've been in thousands of hotels from three stars to five stars and I've never seen such an impressive breakfast ever they do have some lunch stuff and mix with it tacos things like that extremely great. I would recommend the 4th floor overlook in the pool cuz the hallways are cathedral ceilings slanted which looks very Spanish authentic and even the doors to the room look like your house extremely clean as well As far as location it's mostly residential area two blocks behind it is where everything from street tacos to local shops is pretty cool even there's a McDonald's two blocks away from here so it's nice to get a little of everything but as far as nightlife not the biggest or best for sure and it's about 20 minute cab ride downtown which is about 20 or $25 or about 400 pesos each way.

An entire jetblue flight was canceled and we were placed at this hotel last minute by the airline. The staff at this hotel were amazing. So friendly and accommodating. It was a busy and overwhelming situation and they handled quickly and professionally. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the pool was awesome. If they can handle that situation they can handle any of your needs.

It took me forever to find a good hotel in the downtown Cancun area and I'm glad I selected this hotel. It is about a 10-minute walk from the ADO station in a nice area. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is included in the price and I really enjoyed staying here. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

My entire family really enjoyed the hotel. The room was very clean, water was hot. The pool was amazing (warm and clean). My daughter loved it. The breakfast bar was great. Parking was very easy and free. I would totally recommend this hotel as a great downtown option. Parking

The check-in process was a little cumbersome, but the desk ladies were very patient and helpful. For some reason, it was cheaper to get a room on a 3rd party website than trying to buy one in person. Breakfast was really good, the pool was nice, the gym had room for improvement, and the rooms were a bit dated. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel for 1 night, I think we'd probably book somewhere else if our stay was any longer, though.

My wife and I enjoyed this hotel, as it was good value for the money. The rooms are clean, the hotel is well maintained, and the staff is friendly. The have a nice pool area, but the best thing about the hotel is the BREAKFAST! The location is also pretty good, about 10-15 minute drive from the nearest beach, and there are some good restaurants walking distance from the hotel.

Short walk from ADO centro bus station, so ideal for day trips or stay in Cancun. Clean, very well organized, quiet, very nice and responsive staff, comfortable beds, good AC, good shower with warm water, nice pool and great breakfast, even for vegans! Highly recommended, glad we found this place :-)

I have currently been staying here for about a week. This place is awesome. The free breakfast buffet is full of tasty options. There is a bar and grill as well. The rooms are simplistic but spotless and clean. My balcony overlooked the downtown area and I loved the view. It was amazing at how quiet the streets are at night but hustle and bustle during the day. It is centrally located to ALL of Cancun and a quick very reasonable taxi ride to just about anywhere. The concierge are amazing. Donnie and the fellas made sure that I knew exactly where I needed to go and ensured that the taxi knew where to take me. I am a woman traveling alone and they made sure that I was safe. I walked in this area and never once had any issues. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The staff ensures that this hotel is clean. My housekeeper Carmen is a jewel. My room was cleaned and spotless and always smells wonderful. This area is a working class area and not overly commercialized. The shops around are not overpriced and everyone seems nice and friendly. I will always stay at this hotel now when in Cancun. Thank you Adhara for the wonderful stay. I will see you again soon.

Service was terrible, couldn't even get a towel around the pool. The drink selection at the swim up pool bar was subpar and mostly had a variety of spirits to drink on their own. The rooms were quite nice and had everything you need for an overnight stay. The included breakfast had a variety of options however lacked much in the way of gluten free. There are a few nice bars in the area as well as a great burger joint 10-15 minute walk. Overall if you're interested in a short stay I'd say this is your spot, especially if you want to take an ado bus the next day which is 10 minutes away.

Not the best location but a very short taxi ride to the ferry We got stuck and missed the last boat and they were very accommodating. Some of the reviews had me worried but it was honestly the nicest room for the money in Cancun we had! Breakfast was pretty good too for the price

Not a great experience, staff are rude and unhelpful. Some people shouldn't work in hospitality. Location is downtown so a long distance from any tourist sites. Not very safe area to walk around, lots of drunks on the street and beggars. Can't recommend. Rooms are dated but a good size.

Stayed here because my flight was canceled. It's a cheap hotel but not horrible. The room was relatively clean.

The staff at breakfast time was unpolite to us and other guests. We wanted to get coffee first, sit a few minutes and get the food after but a lady told us that we could only go through the BUFFET once and she suggested us to pay for the coffee and begin our breakfast later when we were ready to get the food. After having our food we were asked to leave the table to give room for other people (we were having water and working on laptops) and we were not allowed to take our water glasses to sit somewhere else. Wifi does not work. Our room was booked for 3 pax but had amenities for only 2. We requested more to be brought to our room but nobody came. No phone in the room to comunicate with the reception.

The hotel itself is great, but the staff at breakfast is overzealous and unpolite. We also wrote an email before arriving for an airport pick-up that they stated that they provide, but the email was unanswered without even an apology.

Great place for less price, booked this Hotel for 4 days and the experience was superb. The hotel is very near to the city centre which allows you to explore local market and near by places. Staff were polite and humble.

While the location is great, being away from tourists for the most part, and we haven't seen the rooms; The service at check-in were abstinent about giving us our rooms due to booking through Price line. Since it didn't ask us to specify online, how many people were going to be in the rooms, I didn't think it was important. But now that we're here they refuse to give us the keys to get in our rooms.

Nice hotel for a one or two night stay before- or after a flight. Breakfast was good. Big swimming pool with enough sunbeds.

This hotel is not located in the hotel strip and is great if you want cheaper rooms with quality service. Plus there are lots of great food options close by

Worst service ever, they have problems with booking, you pay and then they give you a different price once you arrived. The staff don’t help and they act like they don’t know anything about it. You’re wasting your time staying here. Don’t do it. There’re better options in Cancun, make better decisions.

The owner and staff at Adhara were so welcoming. They made us feel right at home. Our room was clean and comfortable. Hotel restaurant had great food. Nice pool. As a plus, we were actually there around Christmas time, and they had beautiful decorations. We stayed there 10 nights and there are only great things to say about our stay. Thank you to the staff for making our trip so comfortable! Will definitely stay again next time down in Cancun.

Stayed here after being delayed at the airport. Staff and food were unsatisfactory at best. The food was a joke so I took my chances with street food. Open doors to the random alleys showed lack of security.

The rooms are really comfortable and clean food is great and on point ,for drinks I would recommend trying out another place.

The service was really bad. The food was even worse. There was barely any hot water in the shower. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the rooms were very clean.

Spacious, but very smelly room. When we entered our room, our first thought was - maybe someone has died there? Thanks god, after turning on A/C on full force, smell disappeared or we have adopted to it. Hotel has a lovely small patio inside the territory with few activities for kids - various swings and sand box. Pool was really nice and big, but I was surprised, that I was heavily bitten by mosquitoes when I went out from the pool. After laying 10 minutes on sunbed, I was bitten 12 times!!! Mosquitoes (especially on evenings) are a real problem near the pool. Although the staff stated that pool is working until 10 PM, every evening you could take a swin until 11 PM without any problems. Here is a bar on one side of the pool, but it's hard and non-convenient to use it, because of missing menu's. They are providing QR codes to get menu's, so you must take your mobile phone if you want to check prices and availabilities, what bar could offer. Location is not good. There isn't too much what to do outside the hotel - all bars, activities, supermarkets, parks and nightlife are at least 15 minutes away on foot. It's a very quiet area and there is nothing to do at all. No music channels on the TV in the room. No refrigerator in the room to keep drinks and water cool. Free shuttle is useless, because it's hard to use it - it runs only few time per day and in very awkward times. Internet connection was fast and stable. Staff in the reception could be nicer and more helpful, because when we came to ask something, it felt, that they want to get rid of us as soon, as possible. Also they worked super sloooooow. And they didn't cared, that queue at the front desk was getting longer and longer only because of their slowness.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this amazingly beautiful hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was very nicely presented and clean as was the hotel itself. I absolutely loved the pool and the pool bar. Everytime I returned from an outing I would go to the pool bar to enjoy some delicious drinks, food and a swim in the pool. They also have happy hour 2 for 1 for some drinks from 8 pm to 9.30 pm. A short walk to the Mexican marketplace where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast and fruit smoothie at a very reasonable price. Also shopped there for my souvenirs, leather hats, leather sandals and bags. I highly recommend this awesome hotel.
