Our experience here was horrendous. Long story short…HAD to pay a foreigner fee of $94. For buffet they wouldn’t let us in line without a mask. They didn’t provide masks or suggestions on where to get them so we had to go buy masks outside the hotel. Jacuzzi had toenails, hot chips and a bag of chips just floating around. Walls are so thin you could hear everything. Had sleepless nights because of how loud some guests were (one night a group of guys had loud music going in the halls). Changed rooms, yet still had issues. We got locked out of our room 2 nights in a row, key reader wasn’t working had to wait outside for 40 min. Found several cockroaches on the bathroom floor. Food is nasty, paid for all-inclusive we tried giving it a chance ended up going out to eat for the rest of our trip. Lastly they charged us for losing a keycard.

Beware the check-in scam. They will try to take you for money at check-in claiming that the price online is for Mexicans only. They want you to pay in cash and the check in guy pockets it. If you are persistent, read him the terms and conditions, they will relent. Management has to get a handle on this. It really makes guests hate the rest of their stay. First impressions are everything. Otherwise, food was good but cheap. Very few options. Drink selection was the worst of any all inclusive in the region. Beds hurt my hips sleeping on them. I'd have been more forgiving of the rest if they weren't running such an obvious scam at check-in.

Expensive for what was offered. Pictures looked much nicer than the actual hotel. Very noisy at night. We also had cockroaches in our room. If you are looking for something fun stay closer into the hotel zone and if you are looking for something more casual/romantic head to Tulum. We wished we had stayed there instead.

Scam alert-as many previous reviews have stated, the prices you see anywhere apparently are for Mexican citizen only (even though it does not state the online anywhere) and they force you to pay double when you arrive. Apart from that the hotel is very old, not very nice, barely any international visitors and at least half the staff doesn’t speak English.

I highly don’t recommend this hotel. There is literally no air conditioning anywhere except your room or the restaurant (which aren’t that strong) the staff is okay, they wanted to charge me $50 if I lost the bracelet, that’s insane! The view is nice but both the beach & pool suck. While it is a cheap spot I rather spend a couple of more dollars to stay at a better spot.

It’s a nice place to stay and it is affordable. They will ask for $4 USD per night as an environmental fee which I think it is fine if they take care of the cleanliness of the beach. The pool also is nice and it has a place for kids. I ate one breakfast at the restaurant and I honestly did not like it. They also give you a kind of bracelet and you have to have it all the time unless they charge you $50 USD. This was really really annoying for us!!

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. This website will compare countless booking websites and typically will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the best in this area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you won't regret it. Great Resorts and absolutely great customer service.

This hotel is definitely a low budget one. They gave us all of one washcloth for our family of three, pillows were uncomfortable, holes in the curtains, only one plug to charge phones in the room and it’s nowhere near the bed, the AC light is so bright it’s hard to sleep at night as it glares in your face. The food is not great. I would reccomended water shoes as the beach is rly muddy/lots of seaweed so you sink into sludge as you walk. No fridge in the room, The kids area is ok, there’s a nice little splash pad for kids and a bucket that tops over. Service staff were kind and great, it’s just clearly a rly low budget hotel.

Beautiful hotel with friendly people and staff. Our room was lovely with marble floors and plenty of space. I loved the breakfast (we only included breakfast) it was delicious and made me want to fry plantains when I got home, yum! Loved the beach and the pools. A lively place and I hope I can return!

Overall is a good option if you are in a budget. There is also amenities for the kids which helped keep them busy. The service was also not the best personell keep on walking without checking on you or even greeting you. My least favorite part was the room I almost never wanted to go back to it.

Warning: hotel staff claim no visitors from outside hotels may be allowed upstairs to a guests room, even with the supervision of the guest. This is nowhere in the documents signed and the security guard will literally stop any individuals from entering and leaving the lobby. This is ridiculous Ramon the security guard with the counter staff appear to be making up rules undocumented anywhere.

Rooms are OK, you can rest and have all you need. They clean it every day. My only problem is the noise. For some reason you can hear everything from the other rooms, specially the one above, you hear chairs, etc., and there is a lot of noise early in the morning. The best part of the hotel is the beach, you can rest there and have a good time. The food of the hotel is not the best and it is expensive. My recommendation is to go to the Oxxo in front and have breakfast there or in the Starbucks nearby. And for lunch and dinner go to a better place. You can go to the best hotel zone using the r1 and r2 bus lines which are taken in front of the hotel for 12mxn. The hotel also do fun activities for kids and grownups.

Nice place, they do have programs during the day as part of a entertainment. At evening they have often live music. The beach, specially the sand is very nice. I did not eat at this place but what i saw it looks very nice. The have more than one pool and also for Kids some offers. Yes i give them 4 stars mostly because of the beautiful view and the nice sand. Had a very good time at this place in Cancun

Checked into this place January 15, 2023 and showed my US passport. Receptionist there said the prices we had paid (through our Chase points) were for Mexican nationals. I explained that I was, so I had to produce documentation. As I was born in Mexico I had to show him proof, which I pulled up on my phone. He insisted I had to print it out at the convenience store across the hall, where I paid $1 USD per page. CHECK-IN: Finally checked in once I provided the printouts and paid the necessary taxes for the room. Then, the employee proceeded to hand me a TV remote to take with me to the room! As we head to our room, a lady near the lobby tried to give us what sounded like a timeshare speech, but I thanked her and quickly got in the elevator. ROOMS: The rooms were stale and had a “vintage” vibe. There was a foul sewage smell coming from the sink, so I closed up the drain and opened up the water to keep the smell at bay. Checked for bedbugs as a precaution - thankfully none, but found the mattress had come apart at the seams! PROPERTY: The beach is okay, but the views are obstructed by the boats on the marina. Don’t expect a lovely sunset, as the sun sets behind you over other hotels. The pool is decent, and you can check out towels for use. There appears to be an abandoned building across the parking lot. CHECK OUT: As if the checkin process wasn’t tedious enough, at checkout January 16, 2023, where I had to bring back the remote, the lady says the room had to be inspected before I could be checked out, and that we had to wait 5 minutes. We sat there at the lobby and waited. 40 minutes later I go back up to the desk to ask if the room had been inspected and she said, “yes, all good!” Could they not have let me know so I could leave the awful place? Only upside is there are decent restaurants within walking distance to escape to.

I heartily recommend this hotel! this is the nicest and nicest staff, the nicest people work here and the guests are also very nice people! I've been to several expensive hotels in Cancun, but I liked this one the most 😍 thanks to the staff and the people at the reception 😍 ☀️☺️🍀💙

Very clean! Super clean. Staff is very helpful and kind. Price is good for the service. Location is excellent! No doubt I’d like to come back soon.

Room was clean, food not very good. Seems the hotel caters more to vacationing Mexicans and not much for international customers. Staff acted as though any request was a major inconvenience for them. No refrigerator or microwave in the rooms and as for the microwave none available to guests and had to ask the convenience store in the hotel to use theirs. The location is less than desirable as you are not near anything. Two restaurants near by that are mediocre. The place could be a lot better but would require significant effort by management to improve.

Pros price was pretty good. Hotel was pretty clean and it's right by the beach (I guess they all are). AC worked great. 😂 Everybody there was super accommodating and nice. That's where it ends unfortunately. Didn't have a mini fridge in our room.. (which is pretty much standard practice everywhere else (except maybe in Mexico)). There was a door to connect to the room next to us. It was a very thin door at best, got a lot of noise from the neighbors. The Outside Door had some holes or cracks in it where you could see the daylight.. Which is something I have never experienced before, should have taken a picture..

Absolutely awful! Do not waste your money. Upon arrival they couldn't find my reservation. Not one person waited on me for a food or beverage order. Dinner is a buffet which I couldn't eat. Went to a nearby restaurant for real food!

Beautiful view from hotel. Nice pools. Private beach is not crowded. Beach chairs available for no cost. Good place to stay.

If you come to this hotel 🏨 book it but make it all-inclusive. I did not do it this way and the services within it are somewhat expensive for a family of 4 people.

Nice hotel. Need to extend gym hours, 8 - 5 pm is not reasonable. Need to do a better job about cleaning the beach. Some of the beach seats need to be replaced. Good service at the beach area. Nice rooms, bathroom is too small.

Reserved this hotel because we had previously booked here and had no issues. But it was different this time around. All our reservations were done through Best Day, upon arrival we waited in the reception area and there were two gentlemen who dismissed us and acted like if we weren’t standing there waiting to check in. Then they did not want to check us in because according to the staff we were charged the “at the mexican rate and not the us rate” which made no sense because if we had to be charged a different rate Best Day would’ve charged us as such. We asked since when was that a policy and they stated “it’s always been a policy”. We have always booked with Best Day and never had that issue in any other hotel or resort including this one. Upon asking what difference did we have to pay they purposely made us wait to see if we would loose our patience and pay extra. I was not going to pay additional cost if everything had already been paid for. Once they finally came back to attend us they stated we did not have to pay anything because we had additional funds in our favor. Once they started handing us the keys to the rooms we had reserved (which were 3 rooms, for 6 nights and 7 days) they stated they had to upgrade one of our rooms because they didn’t have anything else available. They told us we were not allowed to use the kitchen area in that room if we did we would be charged an additional $900 pesos daily. We still had to pay the additional taxes required. We gave the gentleman checking us in the total for the taxes and he stayed standing expecting us to give him more money, I asked is there money missing and he nodded his head telling me yes. At this point my sister tells him no that’s more than enough and he proceeds to give us our change. The housekeeping I have zero complaints about other than they would turn our AC off every day after housekeeping. No one wants to return to a hot room and have to wait for it to cool after a full day of being out on the town. Housekeeping staff are very friendly and respectful I have to give them that. It’s the front reception staff that have the worst attitude. It’s very loud, most nights I wasn’t able to get much rest as other guests have zero respect for others and will yell at your door at all hours of the night. The beach area is very dirty. The pools are clean and decent. They won’t change your towels daily so make sure you take your own towels. Bed sheets aren’t changed daily either.

Clean rooms. You'll only sleep until the first kid close to your room wakes up, or the construction site nearby starts the day (7:30am). It is cheap indeed, but if you want to sleep... Avoid like the plague.

Terrible service from the moment we walked in. They told us they would have an early check in, and they didn’t. So I was waiting hours for a room. I purchased a rental car, so ended up leaving the hotel for a few hours while waiting for a room. When I arrive, he tells me there’s no rooms available, and it took him about 15 minutes to find me one. I get a key card into 615, walk in, and it’s filthy. Room service didn’t even come, to clean the room. It was a 2 bedroom, with 2 balcony, ocean view. I was upset I lost that room, but he told me he had another room available. I walk into the room & it’s 2 twin size beds (I did not pay for that). The fridge wasn’t even plugged in. The room is humid and hot & when I called the front office it took 4 employees to not even know what I was saying. They ended up hanging up after placing me on hold. The rooms are nice, views are nice. But the staff were very unorganized, and unprofessional. I will never come back here again
