Really nice place to stay in Cancun and walking distance away from food and entertainment. AC works wonderful and the view from the balcony is great! It can get a little noisy with coco bongo being next door, but it didn’t bother us too much. The pool has a kitchen area where you can order food and it’s delicious!

I will give it 2 only for being in a great location and value. Do not expect to be welcomed with a smile from any of the staff. The security are not trained to deal with you as a guest, they treat you as a suspect. And, make sure you have a translator handy as english is not spoken well in here. I stayed in 2012 in this hotel, and it was better back then, but needed to improve.

לא ללכת! Salvia Cancún Aparts - Worst hotel experience ever! I recently stayed at Salvia Cancún Aparts for two nights, and it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. On the first day, the electricity went out for five hours in the middle of the day. The staff told us that we would be refunded for breakfast as compensation, but when we went to breakfast the next morning, we were told that we had to pay. The room was also never cleaned during our stay. When we asked the staff to clean the room, they said that they were too busy. The service was also very bad. The staff were rude and unhelpful. When we asked for help with something, they would often just ignore us. Overall, I would not recommend Salvia Cancún Aparts to anyone. It is a dirty, poorly managed hotel with bad service. Here are some additional details about my experience: The electricity went out at around 10am and didn't come back on until around 3pm. During that time, we couldn't use the air conditioning, the lights, or the TV. It was very hot and uncomfortable in the room. When we went to breakfast the next morning, we told the staff that we had been promised a refund. They said that they had no record of this and that we would have to pay. We argued with them for a while, but they eventually agreed to give us a discount. The room was not cleaned at all during our stay. We had to ask the staff for towels and toilet paper on several occasions. The staff were rude and unhelpful. When we asked for help with something, they would often just ignore us. For example, we asked the front desk to help us book a taxi, but they just told us to call a taxi ourselves. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at Salvia Cancún Aparts to reconsider. There are much better hotels in Cancun.

Really the staff is very friendly and attentive, the place where I stayed is very comfortable, the restaurant although it takes a while the food was exquisite so it is worth waiting, the pool has three parts, one for very small people or babies / children, the second for people who want to relax and the other deeper than 2.10 m, I did not have time to go to the beach of my hotel because I spent too much time outside visiting places. The only drawbacks I got in the place was that there was not enough cutlery, it is supposed to have a kitchen but they do not have napkins, the stove did not work, the knives did not cut anything, it would be nice if they put an electric oven, but really the rest was pretty good, the building was quite quiet. Even though it is next to Congo Bongo, as I spent a lot of time outside visiting a lot of places, when I arrived at the condo to sleep I didn't hear the loud music or anything else because I was very tired. Really nice place.

They will not return your deposit according to their policy. I canceled the very next day like they told me I could, and the lady just said no without explanation. Be careful not to fall for this trap. I had to to through the struggle with my bank and thankfully my bank was able to recover the stolen money.

Great rooms. Pool is no good and it at the front of the building so no view of the beach. The restaurant/ bar is very lacking.

Very friendly service. The shower was too cold and was set too low, especially for men. And the water pressure in the bathroom was also very low. The nightclubs next door made a lot of noise almost every night

Nice view but only gets worse. Some how pictures of the pool make it look decent. It’s a cesspool. The hotel is right next to coco bongo. Don’t go to this hotel if want to get any sleep. Music blasted until 4:00am and started back up at 8:30am. We got stuck in the elevator for 10 minutes going to our room after check in. Checked out the next day and went to one of the nice hotels away from the “party zone”.

Rooms are slightly above average hotel size rooms Wich contain a kitchen. You can get two rooms that connect together and have the view to the Lagoon as well as to the Ocean Beach. The hotel is beach front with amazing views which can be viewed from the comfort of your bed. Highly recommend this place which is also located in the heart of North zona hotelera. Walking distance to clubs, food, and much more.

Most of the review are fake. No normal human would stay in this dump. No hot water, smell of waste in the hall way, the ac. Doesn't get cold. People peeing out side. And the host will try to take you with fees that don't exist.... Stay away

The rooms are old, badly maintained and dirty. At the reception the stuff was annoyed when we arrived. During the entire night there is loud music. The windows are almost non-existent so you can hear everything. Horrible stay

Old but gold. Ocean front room for a bargain price. Stays around 100m far from Coco Bongo and I barely listened to the noise. It's kind of low class but the location is worth it. Reception personal is great and caring. Front gate people think they own the building. Rude and useless.

Service was good, the staff are friendly and helpful. Hot water was all but nonexistent. You have to turn on both taps and wait 10-15 minutes for luke warm water and it never gets hotter. This might be because we were near the top floor? Room was clean with nice kitchenette. The TV was ridiculously small considering how cheap TVs are. Club next doorish blasts bad dance music from 1pm to after 2am. And I mean baaad.

This place was amazing I stayed in Apt 402A very up to date. Near everything. The view was so amazing. All the apts aren't the same & are privately owned so don't be fooled by this review.. This review is solely on Apt 402A inside of Saliva.

The view is awesome, the price is according to the location and nightlife is really close

Super nice place to stay in Cancun if you’re on a budget. Rooms are very big, in our case there were 2 queen size beds + a sleeper sofa — more than enough for 2 travelers. There’s also the option to buy a barrel for the water dispenser for dirty cheap money. It’s great that there’s a 7/11 just next to the hotel, so all your needs are covered. The room was fully equipped as well. The only drawback I can find is that this place is right beside Coco bongo, which might be an issue for light sleepers Personnel were really attentive and helpful, and made us feel welcome at every moment.

Very nice place, right on the beach. No complaints, parking availability, it's not bougie but it's great if you're just looking to stay in Cancun and check out the city, right in the hotel zone.

Highly recommended. Excellent value for price. Right by the ocean with sunrise views to see from your bed. Close to food and night life. Excellent service and safety. They go above and beyond to take care of you :)

Friendly place right on the beach. We were on the top floor "penthouse" apartment. The pool is not heated and was freezing and the gym is not very good but this place is worth it for the price, especially considering that it's right in the center of everything. The one major downside (removing 2 stars) is that next door is a disco/beach club that blasts music from morning until 6pm.

Coco Bongo next door is very loud all night. Some staff are friendly, some are rude. Location is perfect. Miguel was amazing and increased each of my ratings by at least 1
