My
family
and
I
decided
to
book
this
resort
for
Thanksgiving
week.
We
had
2
other
families
join
us.
We
had
an
issue
with
our
flight
and
we
were
unable
to
make
it
the
first
night.
We
asked
if
they
could
extend
our
stay
or
offer
us
a
refund
and
neither
was
offered.
Even
though
we
arrived
a
day
late
we
still
had
to
wait
for
our
room
which
was
unbelievable
that
they
would
charge
us
for
a
room
for
the
night
before
and
then
it
was
not
ready
upon
our
arrival.
The
room
was
not
very
clean.
We
found
cobwebs
and
spiders
in
the
room.
The
floors
felt
like
dirty.
The
bathtub
in
the
room
when
we
started
the
jets
let
out
black
dirt.
The
beds
were
comfortable
and
the
room
is
very
spacious.
The
furniture
is
dated
but
everything
was
comfortable
and
in
working
order.
We
originally
had
picked
a
pool
view
room.
The
elevators
broke
in
the
building
we
were
in
and
they
could
not
accommodate
us
with
the
pool
view
room
and
gave
us
a
room
with
a
jungle
view.
There
was
no
compensation
for
that
as
well.
It
was
very
hard
to
get
reservations
to
the
restaurants.
The
only
restaurant
we
were
impressed
with
the
food
was
the
Hibachi
restaurant.
The
rest
of
the
food
was
mediocre.
We
did
not
like
that
there
was
no
food
options
by
the
pool
or
waitresses
walking
around
to
take
orders.
The
restaurant
that
is
by
the
pool
area
requires
you
to
be
fully
dressed
and
dry.
It
makes
no
sense
because
that
is
located
by
the
pool
area.
There's
no
grab
and
go
food
by
the
pool
it
is
just
restaurants.
The
one
thing
I
will
give
them
is
that
the
kids
camp
is
very
nice.
There
was
a
lot
of
activities
for
the
kids
which
is
why
we
originally
picked
the
resort.
We
found
that
there
wasn't
much
for
the
adults
to
do
though.
Especially
towards
the
night
time,
everything
closed
early.
There's
a
club
and
the
atmosphere
is
nice
but
the
music
was
terrible.
I
did
not
go
to
Mexico
to
not
be
exposed
to
any
of
their
culture
or
music.
They
played
top
40
all
night.
Everything
else
in
the
resort
closes
at
11pm.
The
resort
is
huge,
be
prepared
to
walk.
It
is
next
to
impossible
to
get
a
golf
cart
summoned
to
help
you
get
from
one
location
to
other.
We
found
the
app
to
be
useless
for
the
resort.
It
doesn't
list
all
the
activities
that
are
going
on
at
the
resort.
We
were
finding
things
that
were
going
on
and
they
weren't
on
the
app
and
by
the
time
we
got
there
they
were
wrapping
up.
Honestly,
we
wouldn't
recommend
this
resort.
It
was
not
worth
what
we
paid.
The
staff
was
friendly
but
overall
the
issue
with
had
with
the
pool
view
room,
elevator
not
working
and
no
help
with
figuring
out
the
one
night
we
missed.
We
wouldn't
come
back.
BTW
we
stayed
on
the
"premium"
side
of
the
resort.
I
can't
begin
to
imagine
what
the
other
side
of
the
resort
is
like.
