We are an early 20s couple and we had a great time. The average crowd was all 30+, but it was amazing.. Definitely recommended if you enjoy spending time with mature crowds that know how to have fun. A plus if you are comfortable in the lifestyle as well. food was great and drinks were strong. The staff are so hardworking, nice, and amazing, be sure to tip them. They gave us a room that was right next to the main pool and music. We didn’t mind at all during the night since we’re used to loud music. If you’re in your early 20s it’s a place you should experience.

When you first get to the hotel they set you up for a presentation the next day and advise that they only need 60mins of your time and you’ll get a free bottle and a coupon off the couples massage. The presentation was for a time share 🙄. They insist that’s not what it is , but it is. They wasted 2 hours of our time trying to convince us to get it. You have to pay extra to get “top shelf” liquor even though it’s suppose to be an all inclusive hotel. The food was horrible ! The staff pressures you into leaving tips with everything. The staff was always trying to sell you things all day even though it’s suppose to be all inclusive. There’s only a small portion of a beach. All of the things listed were not noted to me prior to booking or arriving. They charge for every little thing. The oils from my hair got on the pillow cases they charged $22 for it

I would give this a 3.5 rating at best. If the food was better , the alcohol and drinks weren’t watered down , also the staff wasn’t always trying to sell you things all day when it’s suppose to be all inclusive, I would have given this a 5 star. The parties were great to attend , the pool is very nice, the people are very nice . The massage was also a great experience. Plenty of things to do at the resort and off the resort that’s still near by. I would recommend going at least one time . I will come back but not in a rush to do so. They must improve on the food quality and alcohol selection immediately!

WON'T BE BACK. (Timeshare please read) Definitely not what I was expecting. The pros...if you are looking for a place to walk around with your breast out and dress in lingerie at parties then this is the place for you. It's liberating for that. However, if I am just comparing it to other 4 or 5 star resorts it fell short. The rooms nor the resort felt luxurious at all. If you have ever stayed at a real luxury property you will know the difference. Also the harassment and I do mean harassment about trying to sell you on a timeshare is very annoying. They knocked on my door 4 times and called my room. I disconnected my phone. Food was good. Drinks are blah. I get better drinks in the states. Staff, outside of the timeshare sellers, are nice and friendly. Entertainment is cheesy. All in all, to me it wasn't worth the price.

Beware!!!! Please Google this timeshare!! They will take your money and break the contract on false promises!!! I was paid up and all I asked for was a credit because I stayed at the resort and I had ants in my bed. No call from anyone to talk about my experience but I get a email about payment. You responded back to the email apologizing but that's it. I have the pictures of the ants in the bed also the staff came and seen the ants. I understand sometimes you can't prevent things from happening but not correcting the problem is not good business. I'm very disappointed. When you guys wanted me to sign up for the timeshare you guys kept me in a room giving me drinks and promised you guys will always be there to help if I have a problem. Well I have a problem but no help. I would like a call to fix this problem. Stop sending bills if you can't fix this problem.

Its okay if you are into seeing a lot of topless people. They had an amazing pool atmosphere and we had Japanese food Hibachi style and it was AMAZING. I dropped 2 stars just because the resort is very noisy at night and we has people screaming and causing a commotion on our floor. We came for 2 nights to try it out but checked out after one day. The hotel gave us a refund without us asking, so, for that, they score 10/10 for customer service. It was super bowl weekend so maybe that is why it was so noisy. The staff where pleasant and the food was good. To be honest my score is about personal taste. The vibe was not my style. I guess im a bit more Conservative. Rooms where clean but VERY contemporary if you like that style. Beach was clean.

We were there just GeForce Christmas and had a blast. It’s an eye opening experience to say the least. Everyone is super friendly and the food is 5 star. The pool bar staff is phenomenal and the rooms are so clean and comfortable. Parties were a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend for those open to new experiences.

Had an amazing time at temptation Cancun resort. The events are well organized, and will keep you very entertained the weekend. Pool parties are very fun and engaging. The food could be a little better at some of the restaurants. everyone was extremely friendly. Staff was very nice. Keep in mind that this is a resort so you will get drawn in to a tour in which they are trying to solicit similar to a timeshare. I do plan on visiting again. This is in adults only property and is lifestyle friendly. The pools are also topless optional. FYI. under no circumstances are cameras and or photos from any device allowed at any time in the pool area. The privacy of all guests are taken very seriously.

I hope I can fit all my thoughts into this post because this might be the longest review I've ever written. To start, all timeshare properties should work on their sales tactics, and this one is no different from others I've visited. The "welcome breakfast" involves a sales presentation to become a member, and while I don't discourage anyone from attending, be prepared for persistent haggling. They're trained not to take no for an answer, making it sound like the best thing ever. I won't be getting a timeshare ever; & the credits you get I think it’s like $600 that I’d only if you attend this presentation. These are things that are only explained when you check in it’s a lot of information they will try to gloss over so ask questions and tell them no if you don’t want to go and take your phone off the hook I heard they will call your room often to ask you to go. Despite requesting a site inspection as a travel agent, my request to the sales department was ignored. However, I won't let that overshadow the good parts of my stay. I booked the Trendy Ocean View Playful Experience, which had a great view despite not being part of the tower rooms. Note that no other part of the property has an elevator so you want a high floor adjacent to the main tower so you only have one flight of stairs to walk up. Yes only the tower has an elevator. It was offered to book a tower room at $170 more a night during check-in. The lack of details about the tower's benefits, including a cabana, a better view, proximity, and more amenities, left me unaware so I didn’t upgrade. I ended up booking a cabana separately, and it had a two-bottle minimum, costing about the same as an upgraded room. Clear communication about all details matters when making a sale. I definitely would’ve preferred to spend $500 up on the upgraded room plus the cabana had it been explained better. The playful experience outside the tower includes amenities like a bottle, a romantic dinner booking, Sultry reservations (booked at the concierge), a 25-minute spa massage, and 25% off extra services. Also, it includes sky lounge access which has the absolute best view at the top floor of the tower. The concierge was sweet she had the room decorated for my birthday and she was the most helpful in answering questions. Everything we tried food was enjoyable, especially the buffet with Mexican and American breakfast options. The hibachi and Italian restaurants stood out, but other options may be eclectic. Foodies and open-minded eaters will appreciate the variety. Everything was fresh especially the fruit and juices. The adult playground experience was a blast in this 21-and-up resort. The sexy pool from 11am to 7pm offers non-stop fun. Despite hearing horror stories, I felt safe, staying close to my partner, and security was thorough about phone policies they will go through your camera roll and make you put your phone up. The resort has a rewards program for agents, so that is a neat perk. I think I have found my go-to resort for good times and met a lot of cool people. Excited to return, and I've heard Mocha Fest hosts here – probably my next visit!

Food was amazing and fresh. But the all inclusive comes with nothing but free drinks and food. Drinks don't even let you use the good alcohol. You have people trying to sell you stuff all day long. Should just be included in your price. Won't be coming back. Stay somewhere less expensive and do more with your visit

Fun, fun, fun. Like a party just for adults. So many activities to do, nice clean rooms, great service and good food. I enjoy all the activities they have. They keep you engaged. It's topless optional and they also have a quiet side. Nice restaurants and great nightly entertainment. I do recommend especially if you're looking for a fun time.

I love this resort! It's been far too long! For those of us who know about this place, we know! Had a great butler, Andres. He did a phenomenal job during our trip. On his days off, he made sure that we all were well taken care of. Can't wait to come back!

Husband and I went here completely last minute when other vacation plans fell through. The food was good - the drinks were good - the music nah not great. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the shade in the room so I could sleep in a bit. Don’t waste your time going across to the island - we did and it was a waste of our time. Massage was good (Javier). If topless or even fully nude offends you this place is not for you.

Good: Place is very well managed, staff is courteous, food is excellent with good variety of restaurants. Fun parties, can dance your heart out, participation in parties is optional & can simply watch n enjoy. No judgement overall. Bad: Wasted 2 hrs selling their package. Beach is not prettiest at their shore, but good vibe makes up for it. Overall, can consider staying again.

This place did not meet my expectations. The food is absolutely horrible. They serve you cheap and tough meats and sides dishes straight out of a can. The beds are hard and cheap which gave me body aches. Management was no help at all. When I made a complaint about the bed, they only offered me a mattress cushion which was nothing but a thin comforter.. They acted as if they could careless about providing good customer service. The beach had no waves, full of seaweed, and was extremely dull. We had to call maintenance a couple of times because so many things in our room was not working. For this to be an all inclusive resort they charge for almost everything. If you want room service you have to pay. If you want better food you have to pay. This has literally been the worst experience I have ever had at any resort. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!

Came for the first time and stayed a few days. The staff is awesome. Very attentive and caring. Food selections are fantastic. Day and nighttime activities and entertainment are very fun!! The only downside is some rooms that face the ocean are close to snorkel shops that start classes at 8 am using a loud speaker and you hear it in the room. Also the marina brings a lot of tourists to the beach that detract from the experience

I would’ve rated this place 5 stars but our jacuzzi wasn’t working and they didn’t come by to fix it and the food could’ve been better. However…everything else was sooo fun and better than expected. The room was clean and beautiful. The pool parties are so fun and entertaining. Night time activities were fun and entertaining as well. I would go back with my husband again.

The most incredible, freeing, non judgmental, fun place I have ever been to. It’s so clean and safe. The food is great, the stash is super friendly and accommodating. The butlers are truly butlers and cater to all your needs and needing. I love this place and can’t wait to go back!!

Temptation is a party resort! The service and food was good but they are money hungry!! They have hookah it is about $55usd, they don’t refill the coals you have to buy another hookah. The music is mixed more tech at night. They use to have more options for premium liquor for premier guest but now you have to purchase them. DO NOT BUY THEIR TIMESHARE!!!! it is so many hidden clauses in the contract it’s not even worth it. They dress it up real pretty just to get your money, they will give you a lock in rate but forget to mention it goes up every year. I was told $290 a night now it $318-$384. It’s not worth it. They tell you they will give you a free week there but after you pay off your contract.

I was a little disappointed. My pillows were dirty, I was told I was put in an upgraded room and it was a room with a view of the roof I rather had my garden view. The tiers of liquor was never explained, I went to the bar and placed an order twice and was turned away because I didn’t have the color wrist band for the liquor I was ordering but it was never told to me I had to get a certain color for certain liquor. The concierge said she would call me when the manager arrived to give a resolution and still no call. It’s sad ppl take your money and treat you like you anything. Other than that it’s a super nice resort

If you found this resort and are thinking about taking a risk to try something different. Do it!! It ruined other resorts for us. The people are inclusive regardless of your background, wants and desires for your experience. It is definitely a spring break for adults resorts, if you want a quiet vaca go elsewhere. If you want to party and let loose go here.

I loved this place! Free and exciting. Service is great in the dining area. Food is not as good as I expected, except a few things here and there. Lots of rules as far as the room bands, if you lose it it's $200. Rooms are beautiful with white floors. Scene and views are so beautiful. The nightly entertainment is fun, awesome how your dancers go out and crowd interact. The alcohol drinks need to be better. No way I had that many drinks and still NOT DRUNK. Something wrong. Next time shots only. Spa was relaxing. Swim up bar at the SEXY pool was very exotic and free spirited

Loved this place! My wife and I went for our honeymoon. It was the best time. The staff was awesome and they do a really good job keeping everything clean. When you walk into the lobby the smell is one of the first things that you notice. They have commercial essential oil defusers that really elevate the experience and the scents change throughout the resort. The drinks are great and the food is to die for! The play makers keep the party going all day with games and activities all day. If you go, plan to participate in the theme nights. The experience is what you make of it. Pay the extra money for a room in the tower. It gives you access to some of the bars and restaurants that the garden view rooms don't have.

We knew the type of resort this is prior to arriving, what we didn’t know was how SMALL the resort is. We also were not expecting the older man that hosted the “games” at the pool, to be so incredibly pushy and perverse with the crowd. Gave off major creep vibes. The pool, is far too small for how many people are there everyday. You have to pay for a cabana, so wake up early to get a decent spot. All the chairs are VERY close together. No space whatsoever. If you’ve read any reviews regarding the sales pitch they try to talk you into doing, they’re all 100% accurate. The lady we had was super nice until we said we were not interested, three different times. We spent the rest of the time there trying to avoid her because everytime she saw us she asked if we were coming to the presentation. The drinks and food at the restaurants were delicious (room service sucked). The staff at the Sky Bar were SO nice. That pool area is also small, but not crowded, so it was a nice area to swim and take in the views of the beach. The circus show was incredible. We also went to the SHE experience, which was very unique. We enjoyed the show and the food was decent. We had higher expectations of the room itself. We got a room in The Tower thinking it would be worth the extra money, I’m not sure what the other rooms are like, but we were not satisfied with this room. No full length mirror, the one in the bathroom is all you get, and even then the view is very limited. The all black cabinets were a nice touch. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was small and the lighting was terrible. No liquor in the mini bar, which was odd to us. We’ve had full size bottles in our room at other resorts. The room key being a bracelet you must wear the entirety of your stay was both good and bad. The idea is phenomenal. Having your key on you at all times is so nice. The bracelet itself Is a little annoying, and they will charge you $200 if you lose the bracelet. So that was a little stressful. It also took 4 trips to the front desk to get them to work. Overall experience was poor. We even moved our pickup time to an earlier time to get to our next resort quicker.

I would give this a better rating. If the food was much better, had a better selection, the alcohol and drinks weren’t watered down. The music is terrible, it should be a variety of genre's not just house & techno. Not in a rush to go back. On the plus the staff are very friendly and hard working. They must improve on the food quality, alcohol selection and music!!!!immediately!

The service that we receive every time we go to Temptations is top notch! from the minute we check in Edith always has a smile and gets us checked in very quickly then our favorite butler Ivan make sure that we have everything we need the entire time that we are there. He is by far the best butler we have ever had, I will usually text him ahead of time and let him know when we are there and he has everything set up for the entire vacation I never have to ask him to do things, He just knows what we like and always make sure we have it! I also have to give a shout out to Mike and Lily at the pool that always make sure we have our chairs and cabana ready. We are so grateful for the entire crew!

The only good thing was the Party environment, and even that sometimes got way too repetitive. Music was always the same, aiming for the house/electronic music. The rooms were ok at best. The first night we had to sleep in a double room because they didn't have King bed available. Second night we had to change rooms but it was not in the best location, you could tell they were old and not very well kept. Noise level from the street and hallways was very high. We didn't see elevators unless you were in the main lobby/tower. Food options at restaurants were extremely limited. Basically the same options in all restaurants. The worse thing for us was that there is way too much difference made between regular guests and their "Premier Members". So even though it was an all-inclusive, certain drinks and food were not available unless you were member. In my personal experience, I would not come back to this hotel.

Went for my birthday weekend. It was horrible. Ants in my bed and the refused to refund my stay. The staff came to the room and seen the bugs in my bed. I keep emailing them and no response from them. Food and drinks were okay. Horrible timeshare!!! People its other timeshares that treat you much better. Thank you for the the response back but still no call about my refund or credit for my room.

Overall a good experience. Good party vibe in the hotel and by the pool. Hotel also has a relaxing pool for those who prefer a bit of quiet. Spa is also nice. The beach is small and not very good. Although there is plenty of food options I would say overall it is average. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

I had so much fun. 99% of guests were respectful and friendly. There was one incident with an unruly guest who was too drunk and the staff handled beautifully. They tend to catch those things early. Only gave the rooms a 4 because it's not 5 star quality but they are nice. Did not stay in the room much anyway.

This place is amazing. Went for the first time in August 2020. Today we just came back home from our second time. A lot of employees recognized us from the first trip. We feel very welcomed. Mary the server at the sexy pool made sure to take care of us all. Very sweet , hard worker. We are definitely very spoiled with this resort. We’ve gone to many different resorts. But there’s nothing compare to this. We are definitely coming back again soon. Thank you Temptation. We are officially addicted to this place 🥹

Loved absolutely all the staff. My encounters with Miguel,Israel, Bany, Carlos,Juan #1, Cecilia, Lulu, Ivan my butler and the guys at Bash grill,they know my name order and drinks down to the T. I think that's pretty cool considering the fact there's hundreds of thousands of people who come through the hotel every year. Every visit I'm made feel very welcome and special since I go for my birthday every year.

Staying at Temptation is a really good idea in every aspect. You're going to enjoy: * Lots of activities daytime and nighttime as you wish in an adult-only resort. * Fantastic drinks and food (just 1 of 7 restaurants was hard to book; others were either easy to book or no booking required at all) * Very good location * Exciting and Exotic environment * Even nice to relax

The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. We especially appreciated the friendly service from two of our friends in the Breakfast and Lunch Restaurant. Israel and Gabriel went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Outstanding guy's all around.

I dont recommend this hotel to anyone they tried to sale you a time share, no lobster or shrimp only for sale, the drink are bad quality they dont use brand names on liquor. The food in the buffet is almost the same every day. The hotel beach area is not clean we could not even enter the beach super dirty. I will never return to this hotel… the only great thing about this hotel is that rooms are nice clean and hotel areas are clean, and staff are nice..

Just ate at She. Amazing show, even better dinner. I have a special diet, and they made sure i had a special meal made, and even made a dessert that had no gluten, and way less sugar. I haven't been able to eat a dessert in awhile! I cried...my husband believes it is the best steak dinner he has ever eaten...the dinner was as elegant as the show.

The staff is always amazing and especially our man Luis at the sexy pool! He was amazing and our drinks never went dry! We had an absolute blast. Not in the Lifestyle but sure have a great time there! My wife’s private parts need a vacation from all the love I gave her! 😉

Rooms aren’t what I consider luxury but were nice and clean. Bright, vibrant colors. Food was good. Drinks were okay. They’ll tell you that top shelf is reserved for premium guests. Definitely a grown and sexy, party vibe. We enjoyed the theme nights and entertainment. The only gripe I had was that my husband’s wedding band mysteriously disappeared from our room after our turndown service. We checked with the concierge to see if anyone had turned it in but no luck. I’m not saying housekeeping took it, buuuut… do with that information what you will. Also, they will try to get you to purchase a timeshare.

Perfect place to go if you need to let loose, and get your fill of socializing! The room was nice except we had a few tiny ants here and there. That’s to be expected when you leave your balcony door open. The bed was comfortable. However my only complaint with the room was there wasn’t enough light in the bathroom to do my makeup before dinner and the parties. The food was okay as far as grabbing something fast. The restaurants were good though. The staff really was the best! So helpful, and nice. Just brush up on your Spanish for common words. Also if you’re going to stay here make sure you have an open mind because you will see and experience things you don’t see in everyday life. Everyone was nice, and respectful!! And me more thing you will not have to worry about safety here. They have Armed guards near the beach, and security everywhere.

My stay at the hotel was fun I went during Mocha Fest so it's a non stop party. However if not for those festivities and the people there my stay may not have been so much fun. I had to constantly ask for double shots in ny drinks. The food was not the best in my opinion. They charge a $5 charge everytime you order room service called a delivery fee. I'm not used to that in my all inclusive stay. I had a terrible ant infestation in the room I was staying in. The sinks plumbing was no good. I will say all issues were fixed and cleaned immediately upon reporting though. It's not rated amongst the best of hotels but it's definitely not the worst and you'll definitely have a great time at this resort. The people here are truly amazing and super friendly. Definitely worth a try for yourself and I'd love to hear your experience.

This place is a beacon for the traveler that wants it all. The employees are amazing and extremely helpful and accommodating! Fransisco and his team in the restaurant took spectacular care of us! If you can score Mayanin on the pool deck you'll get no better care! I will say the food could use some work, the all inclusive buffet and items at the stand alone restaurants weren't fantastic. That being said, if you're coming here for the food it's probably not the place for you anyhow. The rooms are great and the beach views are amazing.

We just had a blast here. It's a spring break for adults all year. It's a party every night! The food is good as well and they definitely keep the drinks flowing. If you get a chance, I highly recommend a massage and hydrotherapy session at the spa. So very relaxing and was one of the highlights of our trip.

What can o say about temptation? First of all the resort is amazing, clean, great food and amazing staff. The entertainment gets a 5/5. I’ve been to this resort twice and had fun both times. Will def return. The only downside that knocks a star off is the music selection. They need to play better music. It’s like you can’t even dance to some of the selection they play. It’s old house music. Would be better if they played more Spanish music. Other than that I have no complaints. Can’t wait to come back

So far it was going fine! Initially, we encountered an issue with the room, but it was promptly addressed the following day, which was appreciated. However, there was a notable inconvenience with the check-out time of 11 am and the check-in for the new room at 3 pm. Regarding the dining experience at Flames, their restaurant, we encountered a disappointing situation where the steak served appeared to have been precooked and frozen, to the extent that it arrived at our table quite cold! Gotta do better job with steaks! You may ask why try steaks at this place, but it’s not fair to serve some part of steak frozen. Changing the rating little higher considering service people are nice!

My second time visiting. I did not have a great experience. The floors were too slippery when wet I fail so many times 😥. The food was ok, but even with all the options it was hard to eat sometimes. The party was nonstop it was hard to sleep. The front desk didn’t tell me they didn’t have the room I booked for them tried to blame it on me using a third party website. I talked to 4 people who had the same experience. They didn’t want to accommodate. The pool games were fun. It isn’t handicap friendly the resort didn’t have elevators unless you paid extra for the main tower. The floors are so slippery when wet, I have been injured by staying here on vacation. The extras aren’t really even that good. I was planning a group trip here next year since I am a travel agent but after this experience I probably will choose a different resort. I did appreciate Lucio in the Rain restaurant for his superb service. If you came to drink tequila and party all day this for you! It’s a bunch old couples though but sprinkles of young people.

Overall the entire experience was sensational! The staff that works there is extremely great to be around and you can tell they take pride at working at resort. The only complaint I have would be the air condition system quality is extremely poor causing the first room we stayed in to be extremely hot even before the entire system crashed. Second thing I find that could be better is the food. Great presentations and appeal, but I find the quality to be a little less desirable.

The resort was so-so at best. We stayed in the bash tower. The rooms are acceptable. The balcony view was awesome. The worst thing about our stay was the hard sell to their timeshare- like package.

We’ll, what I can tell you is the day pool parties are amazing!! There is a band system but service was amazing and bartenders kept the drinks flowing! We only stayed for 1 day and loved the service! We could see an area of improvement would be the buffet. We stay in Mexico many times a year and look forward to the many choices in the buffets.

Temptation Temptation Temptation!! From the moment we stepped foot on the resort, everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and gave us nothing but good vibes. Once you enter the lobby, it's nothing compared to other hotels! Clean, tidy, and everyone is uniform. Not to mention the unlimited food and drinks. We had a sea view room 😍! Our room got cleaned daily, with new bed sheets, towels, etc. The restaurants there are top-notch 👌 ! We love everyone there, Martin from "Sea Flirt " awesome customer service he made sure that we were able to enjoy our dinner, and he even came back the next day to check on us. Carlos & Lou from Rain were very friendly, with great customer service. They knew off the top of their heads what we wanted to drink 🍸 and I think that. That was very awesome. We asked for Mango, and Lou was able to get us Mangoes before we left. Our butler Leo was also great. We will definitely be back to Temptation to unleash our sexy side again, lol 😆 ! They don't have a section for music. But our only thought with the music is that we were hearing the same music at the daytime party and nighttime party. And when we requested a song, the dj didn't play or tell us he couldn't find the song requested. Otherwise Temptation was an awesome get away !
