Very nice property with great service, beautiful rooms, good restaurants in a beautiful setting. The atmosphere of the property is super luxurious and the facilities reflect that. It’s really gorgeous. For dinner there’s a steakhouse, Mexican restaurant and Asian restaurant. None are inexpensive. For breakfast there’s a restaurant with a great buffet and for lunch a nice Peruvian restaurant near the beach. The pool is really beautiful. The only downside if there is one is that most of the rooms are not close to the lobby (although there are rooms in the main building) and it’s a hike to get to them. The resort provides golf carts to pick up and drop off guests. Overall a really great resort but very expensive and in a remote location.

Great place for a relaxing getaway. Customer service is top notch. The ocean is not very deep because it’s an inlet. Fun to jump off the pear. You see fish swimming around. Food was great. Monster oysters at the grill. Stayed at the penthouse. Love the large outdoor area.

We visited Mexico for our anniversary and we stayed in the Nizuc for 2 nights and they absolutely surpressed all of our expectations, the resort is out if this world beautifully designed with a upper class unique open air model and the atmosphere is so relaxing and quiet. The staff is so helpful and do a lot to make your stay amazing. The room service make sure to give your room a special touch every day. The beach areas are spread out so you don't see too many people. There are activities to do in the resort to keep you busy for days.

Amazing hotel, stunning design and excellent service. After a few days here we left feeling fully relaxed and chilled so I can happily say it did it’s job. Prices are a little on the steep side but that can be expected, perhaps good value for what you’re getting. Would definitely stay here again :)

Beautiful resort, v clean and modern, great pools and beach for young children...Staff were v kind, but in comparison to other high end resorts in Cancun this resort had far fewer staff (than Le Blanc for example) in every category. The only thing preventing me from giving it five stars is that I've stayed at several other very high end resorts in Cancun and Mexico, I also prefer the clean aqua blue ocean side of Cancun (as opposed to the much more tranquil and "lake-like" side where Nizuc Resort and Spa is located.) -->Food--good, nice presentation, but again in comparison to other resorts in this price range the value wasn't there--as an example Le Blanc is all-inclusive with higher end food, more options and twice as many restaurants . . .the Nizuc breakfast buffet is fantastic on Sunday with a raw seafood bar, but was much more limited on Monday... it does include champagne and bloody Mary's. . . -->beaches--extremely tranquil, peaceful, shallow and safe for toddlers and young children. . .Great beaches for young families; decor reminiscent of Bali or Tahiti with touches of modern concrete, black canvas umbrellas, teak furnishings, I prefer the ocean aqua blue side of Cancun with less seaweed and more tropical-looking so the Nizuc beach wasn't my favorite, but it's v safe for young families Kids club and kiddie pool-->nice kiddie pool with tables for adults--good kids club activities, but small physical room and for a hotel that had so many young families I was surprised it was impossible to find a diaper changing table--I recommend Management have a few young moms and women give feedback on how to make it more friendly for parents Decor-->dark, modern, high ceilings in lobby...grounds decor and landscape design looks like a resort in Bali or Tahiti. . .I personally prefer resorts that are lighter and brighter, but this resort is beautiful (I'm just not a fan of darker resorts). Layout--resort is on ~6 acres so need golf carts to get around...we got drenched going to the gym one day when it was raining because all the buildings are disconnected and open air between each other. . .floors are super slippery when wet because lots of marble. . .first floor rooms have a more garden view, we stayed on the 5th floor and a very peaceful view of the water (ocean view, but it was peaceful like a lake view) -->gym--two big and separate rooms to workout in, but almost no classes offered and none offered on Saturdays (?); only two classes on Sunday one was at 8am (who is up at 8am on a Sunday morning in Cancun? 😂) I was told there was only one trainer (which seems v limited for a resort of this size). . .the gym was clean and good variety of weights and modern fitness equipment, including two "mirror" workout machines, but again far less staff and nearly no classes seemed odd for a resort of this caliber (gym offered towels, waters and fruit -- as is customary in comparable hotels we've stayed at in Cancun) -->spa--my husband enjoyed it, said it was at least as beautiful as other spas we've stayed at in comparable hotels--but his first $500 + massage was just "ok" -- he asked for no scents and v light pressure, then the masseuse proceeded to drench him in scented oil and used her elbows on his back 🤦‍♀️...if you're going to charge premium prices for your spa services then they should be near perfect...the spa manager then offered him an additional massage complimentary to make up for things--that was very kind of the spa manager -->rain plan--it rained two days we were there and at other resorts we've stayed at the hotel management would offer alternative plans of indoor activities for guests in case of rain...this resort didn't offer that as far as I was aware A nice hotel, but management needs to step up their game and poll their guests for honest feedback -- as much as we enjoyed it, I don't think we'll be back as there are other resorts we like even better that offer better food and way more activities and amenities in this price range

1. Limited Availability in Adult Section: Initially, we aimed to book a room in the adult section, but it was said “sold out” despite observing only a few couples there during our stay. 2. Lack of Transparency with Credit Card Holds: We were surprised by a $500 per day hold on our credit card, which was never mentioned during booking. 3. Inconsistent Food Quality: The food experience was quite erratic; one day we'd enjoy great meals, but the next day left us disappointed. Overall very overpriced 4. Pricey Wine by the Glass: The hotel offered wine by the glass at an astonishing $45, while the retail price for a whole bottle is around $40. 5. Mixed Service Quality: Service seemed to be hit or miss, suggesting room for improvement in consistency and quality. 6. Stunning Room and Property: On a brighter note, the room and the property itself were truly remarkable, offering an excellent overall ambiance. 7. On second day when we arrived to adult pool section we discovered that it was booked for private event and unavailable. No notification, no nothing..

Love this place! Especially how they embraced nature and not destroyed it. Rooms are very spacious, clean and with great views. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Will definitely be back! The beach access is amazing with calm water in the bay perfect for a swim.

I cannot recommend this resort enough. It was simply paradise in every way. My wife and I stayed there for four nights in September 2022. We enjoyed this resort and every aspect every single minute we were on the property. The staff is meticulous in thier attention to detail. They care so much about making your stay perfect. The only question we have is when are we returning.

I had the most beautiful experience with my beautiful best friends and couldn’t have imagined a more perfect place to blow any standard I had set. This place is the adult Disney. Absolutely stunning and the customer service is beyond phenomenal. Breath taking views. The warmest hospitality.

The BEST resort in Cancun. This is my 10th stay & every single time it’s superb. Excellent service, delicious food, welcoming staff, they always refer to us by last name, it’s literally my second home. You can request a separate bed for kids, with a pool in the room so you can relax after a day at the private beach. I prefer resorts that aren’t crowded & with high standards. They also offer a ton of water activities like kayak, scuba & motor bike. I recommend you ask for Gabo in the water activities & Rodrigo as your butler.

One of the best hotels where I stayed ever - gorgeous rooms, gardens, beach, pools, several perfect restaurants, but the best of all is the impeccable service. So friendly, welcoming, caring, professional, polite... Hospitality at its best. Nizuc is a place where you can relax and enjoy to the max. An unforgettable vacation.

Very nice luxury resort& spa which is great for vacation and honeymoon. Every staffs are very kind and respectful, I really appreciate their good service. However, it was really hard to reach out to front desk through phone, it feels like they never pick up the phone. We chose to stay in junior suite where has a private pool. First day was perfect, and the next day, pool water was turned off. So I talked to one of the staff around 1pm about our pool situation, but no one came till 5pm so I called front desk to get help. They weren't picking up for 15mins so i just talk to the person who was on the phone and it was 5:20. I was informed that they will call me back but till 6:15 i didnt get any calls so i call them back. Eventually they turned the water back on but we missed half of the day for pool. On the third day, I saw the water wasnt circulating so I call the maintenance guy. He took all the bugs in the warer and turned water more so it circulate properly. After he left it started over flowing so the water was all over the balcony. I had to call someone again to fix it. I think it was too much headache for the pool situation. I didnt want to call so many times and wait, also didnt want to get interupptred by others. Overall, I enjoyed beautiful property and scenery as well as friendly staffs but i wish i wouldnt have to deal with this.

And for traveling to Mexico, I highly recommend this resort. The security is great. They assure that you're checked in and out and they get the names and the driver's information that's picking you up. Very secure, status friendly, welcoming, warm go above and beyond to assure that your needs are met. However, the downfall is the food is terrible

This resort was simply beautiful from beginning to end. The service was superb, special thanks to Jorge, Doris and Gabo for making my trip great and made sure I felt safe. My only con the restaurants were very expensive and though do not disturb sign was placed outside the door, staff still entered the room on 2 separate occasions. Aside from that, the experience was tranquil and allowed me a peaceful reset.

By far my favorite resort in Cancun! The food and service are unmatched by any other hotel. Hansel by the adult pool & beach was very attentive through our entire stay and ensured we were never thirsty! Indochine is one of the best Asian fusion restaurants I’ve ever eaten at! We will be back again!

Stayed here for my 50th birthday with a few friends and it was amazing. The rooms were nice and comfy with lots of amities. We had a private butler and chocolates on our pillow for turn down service. The food was divine and the service was impeccable. We spent the day on the beach under the cabana's and the waiters kept the drinks coming and always made sure we were taken care of. One of them even tracked down a bagel for me... :) We had some time before our flight and they set us up so we could shower and get ready before we left. My entire party enjoyed our stay from start to finish. I would recommend and definitely will be coming back.

Nice hotel but check in is not done correctly. Told our room was clean but just needed to be “inspected”. Was informed it would be ready in 40 min. Almost two hours later and still waiting. For a 5 star hotel the communication is very poor.

I am having a relaxing day at Nizuc Resort. great hospitality. I had a day pass for 4 people after 90 minutes presentation, we are using the day after the representation to enjoy a full day.

Most amazing resort I have ever stayed at!! You are greeted by the most kindness staff! They are all there to make sure you are taken care of. The resort is very large. You are surrounded by large tropical plants and trees that give you a sense of privacy and beauty. Get out your camera…every spot is an Instagram Photo! The resort has electric carts with drivers that will take you to wherever you need to go around the resort. You can walk if you want…but, the humidity was too much for us to walk. The rooms are amazing! They have high ceilings and large windows that overlook the ocean. Each building comes with its own Butler to make sure your stay is comfortable. If you need anything for your room or if you want to make reservations at the spa or a restaurant…the Butler will be there to assist. We loved the Pool! The staff is always checking in to make sure you have everything you need. Our drinks were never empty. I recommend the LA PUNTA GRILL & LOUNGE for either lunch or dinner. The atmosphere and views of the pool and ocean are amazing! SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE!! Can’t say enough about the wonderful Staff!! Can’t wait to go back!! Thank you all so much!

Nizuc hotel. One of my favorite hotels and I am in love with it. I could return many times more. It is expensive but what makes it more expensive is the food and drinks. The views, the architecture and the atmosphere is outstanding. The food from all places is high quality and tasty. The drinks could be improved. The rooms with ocean view and mini pool are so amazing. Must come!!! Sept. 2022 & July 2023

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the NIZUC Resort & Spa in Cancun, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The level of service provided by the staff was truly top class, and every aspect of my stay was nothing short of perfection. One of the highlights of my visit was celebrating my wife's birthday, and the resort went above and beyond to make it a truly unforgettable occasion. They surprised us with a thoughtful gift for my wife, adding an extra touch of joy to her special day. The birthday celebration itself was absolutely incredible, and our dinner at the renowned LA PUNTA Grill & Lounge was a culinary delight. The delectable food and delightful atmosphere made the evening truly memorable. Throughout our stay, we encountered numerous staff members who went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. In particular, I want to express my gratitude to the lobby door men, including Jose, Adiel, and Carlos, who were always readily available to assist us. Their help in making calls to verify our car drop-off location and their valuable recommendations on places to visit made our experience even more enjoyable. I would also like to extend a huge thank you to the shift lead of the Chichen building, the gentleman in the black uniform, who tirelessly assisted me with various matters during the night shift. His support was invaluable. I cannot overlook the remarkable service provided by Gordon, the gate #3 man, who consistently treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. His personalized approach, addressing me by name, truly demonstrated the attention to detail that sets NIZUC Resort & Spa apart. It is gestures like these that make guests feel truly valued and appreciated. I would also like to acknowledge the first staff member who warmly escorted me to my room during check-in, even though I regrettably forgot their name, though he did not forget to greet me in Arabic (My mother tongue language) once he knows that i am from an Arabian origin. Having experienced such outstanding service and hospitality, I can confidently say that I will return to NIZUC Resort & Spa without hesitation. It has truly become my favorite destination in Cancun. 13 minute drive from the airport. Set up transport via hotel and was seamless. Driver was there and waiting when we exited the terminal. Immediately met with super helpful and attentive staff when arrived. Upgraded to ocean suite. Service all around was excellent, staff was very friendly. Spent all 4 days at the adult pool, highly recommend for semi-quiet, yet great vibe. Pool staff was incredible - super attentive, and always the right amount of service the entire time. Snorkeled one day which was fun hour long activity and got gear on the beach at the hotel. Drinks were excellent, food was also very good. Asian restaurant was the best. Prices are definitely on the higher side but you get what you pay for in Mexico and highly recommend. Happy to pay a premium for this level of hotel and overall guess experience.

On the website it has misleading information that guests at Nizuc would have access to the other properties but on arriving they tell us that we have to pay extra $99 per person per day to use Grand that is ridiculous - overall Nizuc was a much older rundown property and the staff is not knowlegeable at all - service was bad and the room service was a joke as the food takes two hours to arrive sometimes and that too cold. Food was very average at Nizuc and barely has three restaurants. We were there for 5 nights and despite requesting several times hardly had any healthy or decent food specially for people with any allergies - never going back there again! The resort credits are a scam as you end up paying the actual price after their taxes and fees! The only saving grace was the golf course and the golf course spa where service was great!

Everything from when we landed to when we got to security at the airport was amazing. Once we landed and got our bags, there was a employee from Nizuc at the airport waiting for us. Helped us to the car and off we were. Couldn’t have been easier. Once we pulled up to the resort we knew this was the place to stay. Amazing entrance coming in. Open, modern concept, amazing feel and atmosphere. Helpful at check in. Wish they were a little more helpful pointing out the restaurants and things to do. My wife and I had to do that on our own which wasn’t the end of the world. We checked in lot building 9 which is the last building. We found the pick up golf cart service to lack a little and my wife and I were forced to walk. But once we saw a cart, they of course offered us a ride. Rooms are magnificent all with an ocean view. Beaches are pristine. Pools are all infinity overlooking the water. Adult pool and beach is where to be if you don’t want to hear the kids. Very private. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. The food is incredible. It really was an amazing experience and by far the best resort in Cancun. You get what you pay for! As for the trip back to the airport, the same guy who greeted us coming in was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. Took us right to check in then walked us up to the security checkpoint. These guys have it down! An unbelievable experience! Highly recommend

You can tell by the pictures how beautiful this place is. But you need to stay here to experience service and support the staff provides here. Specially mention to Fabricio and his colleagues from guest relations they were amazing and super helpful for our private gender reveal event. If not for these guys our event would not have been this wonderful. Rest of the hotel staff is also very pleasant and helpful

Such a beautiful resort! Things to highlight.. we stayed in Suite 202 and the view was AMAZING. One of the best we have ever experienced. We had.. A BUTLER.. what??! (Miguel) who was so on top of everything, and so accommodating, so much so that I considered trying to take him home as my souvenir haha! It just made the whole stay over the top. I hope management recognizes him and the whole concierge team for their efforts. Over all I would rate it 5 stars but there were some things I wish there had been or were a little better. 1. We would have loved some music at the adult only pool. It was great having this section because there were so many kids but it was so quiet and kind of dull. 2. The breakfast was great, so many options but the pool menus were just so so and were the same at each pool. We would highly recommend, and plan to come back!

Would definitely stay here again. Several different restaurants on property, the spa experience changed my life, water toys, the multiple pools each have their own atmosphere, and top notch service everywhere on site. Thank you for the lovely stay!

It was a wonderful place and stay, we stayed here just after covid in july 2021 & everything was just so hygienic neet and clean. The resort itself is so so beautiful that we will definitely come back for our relaxing getaways. The staff also, was just so humble and sweet to help us around with everything.

Not a single detail is missed at this resort. Impeccable service, kind staff, well-appointed rooms that are each unique, a variety of food and activities, and a very well maintained resort all comes together to make a perfect trip. Will definitely be visiting again...can't say enough good things about this place.

Very nice place if you like all the nose Up in the air guest. Too fancy for me . Upgraded our room to a King suit however to us it was a downgrade. Who needs a two room suit. No view whatsoever. To far from everything. Got in around 6:30 for check in and couldn’t get anything to eat due to restaurant being booked . So went to bed hungry and tired. Made the best of next 4 days the food and service on the beach was the best . So called Mexican restaurant ( Romonos) was a joke at a cost set for rich people. And definite not Mexican cuisine. Where’s the Taco Bell at ? Spa was allot of pre wash stuff that I felt was just to disinfect you before the massage . Way overpriced for the final result. Not very private at all . Felt like a public gym. Breakfast was the best part superior service and food! Definitely recommend this but not at a cost of staying in this overpriced mansion. Communication was poor between staff and lack of English speaking staff.
