What
an
amazing
experience.
I
was
a
little
nervous
when
I
first
arrived
since
our
luggage
took
a
bit
longer
than
expected
to
arrive
in
our
room
(about
40-50
minutes.
Not
sure
why).
In
any
case,
things
looked
up
from
thereon.
To
get
the
cons
out
of
the
way
first:
The
hotel
in
general
could
use
a
bit
of
TLC,
maybe
some
personality
as
well.
I
am
aware
that
they
wanted
to
go
for
a
more
classy,
and
subdued
look,
but
some
parts
of
the
hotel
are
a
little
boring
to
look
at,
such
as
the
hallways
to
your
room
and
especially
the
elevator
areas
(everything
is
just
plain
white).
Some
more
sculptures
or
even
some
paintings
placed
throughout
the
hotel
would
help.
I
think
they
should
be
far
and
few
between
still
to
retain
the
subdued
look
that
they
want,
but
I
think
it
would
go
a
long
way.
I
think
the
pools
would
benefit
from
artistic
tiling.
It's
all
blue
tile
which
is
fine,
just
a
bit
boring
and
beat
up.
The
"quiet"
pool
on
the
lagoon
side
of
the
hotel
in
my
opinion
is
the
worst
offender.
There
is
a
gap
between
the
pool
and
the
walkway
that
makes
it
look
like
the
pool
is
detached
from
the
ground.
I
am
aware
that
this
is
to
avoid
overflowing
water
from
going
onto
the
walkway,
but
it
just
does
NOT
look
good
at
all.
Check-in
is
a
little
longer
than
I
would
have
liked.
I
wish
there
was
more
they
could
get
out
of
the
way
ahead
of
time
so
we
could
get
to
the
room
sooner
and
start
relaxing.
Took
about
45
minutes
to
finish
the
check
in
process
if
I
am
not
mistaken.
My
last
complaint
is
with
the
look
of
Lumiere.
The
restaurant
which
I
will
get
into
in
the
pros
section
is
amazing,
but
it
just
looks
worn
down.
The
rug
looks
so
old
and
the
walls
are
chipped.
Bella
by
comparison
looks
significantly
nicer
and
kept
up
much
better.
Pros:
THE
FOOD.
Holy
cow
is
the
food
here
amazing
all
around.
The
Bella
and
Lumiere
restaurants
in
particular
are
standouts.
We
had
Emilio
as
our
waiter
at
Lumiere
and
not
only
was
he
very
knowledgeable
on
the
food
he
was
serving,
but
he
was
very
kind,
very
thoughtful
on
how
food
was
presented,
and
all
around,
made
the
experience
so
much
better.
We
went
to
Bella
twice
and
my
goddddd
what
a
fantastic
restaurant.
It's
a
4
course
restaurant
that
left
me
full
and
still
wanting
more
from
how
good
everything
was.
The
standout
meal
for
me
was
the
lasagna
Bolognese.
The
staff
there
was
fantastic
as
well.
Other
restaurants
we
tried
were
Yama,
poolside
"snacks"
(it's
an
insult
to
the
food
to
be
called
snacks.
The
poolside
food
was
amazing),
and
Pure.
At
Yama,
we
met
a
staff
member
named
Naxhielly
who
was
incredible.
She
wasn't
even
our
waitress,
but
she
took
a
liking
to
my
husband
and
I.
She
went
above
and
beyond
to
make
sure
our
last
dinner
at
the
hotel
was
amazing.
She
booked
us
a
second
reservation
at
Bella,
made
some
amazing
honeymoon
accommodations,
and
managed
to
surprise
us
with
one
of
the
best
desserts
we
have
ever
seen
and
eaten.
Pure
was
also
great,
but
not
much
else
to
say.
Loved
the
banana
shake.
Another
large
pro
was
the
service.
Every
single
employee
was
amazing.
They
all
remembered
our
names,
they
were
very
kind,
very
respectful,
and
at
every
turn,
went
above
and
beyond.
This
especially
goes
for
our
butlers
Luis
and
Antonio.
They
did
everything
in
their
power
to
make
sure
we
had
the
best
experience
possible.
If
I
ever
go
back,
I
want
to
stay
on
the
8th
floor
again
just
to
work
with
them.
Made
my
morning
each
day
seeing
them,
they're
both
seriously
such
a
ray
of
sunshine.
Random
other
pros-
hydrotherapy
being
included
is
a
gigantic
perk.
After
a
day
in
the
scorching
sun,
this
is
exactly
the
thing
to
do
each
morning.
The
hotel
is
supremely
clean
unlike
other
all
inclusive
hotels
I've
stayed
at.
The
lack
of
kids
is
amazing.
The
shows
and
events
were
unique
compared
to
other
hotels
I've
stayed
at
and
all
were
great.
I
enjoyed
the
small
size
of
the
hotel,
as
it
gave
the
experience
somewhat
of
a
White
Lotus
vibe.
You
will
see
a
lot
of
familiar
faces,
so
do
not
be
afraid
to
talk
to
other
people.
Everything
smells
SO
good
except
the
room
(which
smells
fine),
unless
you
do
the
aromatherapy.
