We had to cut our honeymoon short because the representatives not only hounded us about becoming members but they darn near would not allow us to leave the resort. Do not listen to the membership spill!! They say it will only be an hour and a half it took a whole day of our vacation and when we declined they kept pressuring us. We felt unsafe with the level of pressure. One of their representatives followed us out of their office to the elevator and begged us to sign as she was shaking she stated that she would be in trouble if we didn’t sign. This was the absolute scariest experience I have ever had. I just knew my husband and I would be the next missing couple in Mexico. We left the hotel two days early and caught a flight back to the US! We were there 2 days and it was nice but DO NOT DO THE MEMBERSHIP Spill. They will offer resort credits if you do it but I promise you it’s not as wonderful as they make it seem when you read the fine print. Which they didn’t want us to do!!! Honeymoon ruined but happy to be alive. Wasn’t sure we would make it out alive.

Wow wow wow! This resort is fantastic. From the food to the service to the room, everything is amazing. Le Blanc very much has a spa vibe everywhere you go. It's maybe not as big as some of the other resorts, but the amount of staff per guest is incredible. Every floor has a butler that helps with whatever you need. There are a bunch of restaurants, but unfortunately we only stayed one night, so we only got to try one. We opted for Terraza that served us some delicious chicken and the catch of the day and incredible dessert. Our room was luxurious with its own minibar with alcohol dispensers, jacuzzi, big shower and a super comfortable bed. There are two infinity pools with swim up bars and access to the beach. We'll definitely be coming back here!

Food and staff were great. Everything is a money grab once you check in. Please do not try to look into membership. They attempted to run my card for a large sum of money before they even showed me the contract. Fortunately my bank blocked it. They refused to email me the contract so I could review it but they had no problems trying to charge my card for something I didn’t sign up for. Also the yacht experiences are not worth the money. The boats (except for the large red one) are in terrible condition…I could go on and on here but you definitely don’t want the details. The resort itself is great if you just want to eat and chill. Aside of that no good.

Beware, not a “five star” experience unless you are a member of the Le Blanc Vacation Club. Like many resorts in Mexico, Le Blanc has a members-only club which is similar to a timeshare. Unless you are one of the members of the club, you will be treated with last priority. Pros: - Best food we’ve experienced at an all-inclusive. - Nice alcohol selection. - Attractive and clean facilities. - Relaxing and quiet environment. Note: if you’re looking for a party resort this is not it. Cons: - Did not receive the same kind of service that members did, as everything on property is catered towards them. - Emailed the resort prior to our stay to make dinner reservations and no one responded. Upon arriving to the resort, we were informed that there were no available dinner reservations at any of the restaurants until 9pm or later. This is because the desirable times (5-8pm) are reserved for the members. - More than half the pool and beach chairs are automatically reserved for the members leaving the less desirable locations available to non-members. Beware, we witnessed first hand that the pool attendant, Carlos, will make the pool chairs for the non-members look like they are reserved with personal items, and the only way you’re able to get one is by tipping him. Otherwise, he will claim the pool to be at full capacity and tell you to go elsewhere. - The honeymoon suite was nice, but we’ve stayed in better suites in Cancun for less. I’d also say that the way the room is set up is quite unsafe, making it very likely for someone to slip and fall after use of the jacuzzi. Overall, unless you're a member or fine with paying a high price for mediocre service, I recommend avoiding staying here.

We have a very good time here! Exactly what I was hoping. The view (beach and pool) is so nice. The service is the best. All the staffs are trying their best. All the restaurants are delicious, especially the Japanese restaurant, food quality is super. We feel so pampered and relaxed. One thing I don't like is, the timeshare/membership sales, are so pushy! But I did not want to knock off one start, since everything else is so nice.

We aren't the typical "all-inclusive" type, so we were skeptical going in on this option. However, our friends are members here and wanted to go as a group. That said, the shuttle was easy from the airport, the check-in was easy, and we were impressed the whole week. My first impression: I had some trash in my hand, and thought, "Ya know, if this is truly a 3 Diamond 5 Star resort, wouldn't it be cool if someone actually came up and took my trash?" Sure enough, within 30 seconds, a worker asked if he could take that from me. I was super impressed. The meals were all fantastic. The beach is great. The pools are a nice temperature. The room was impressive, the view was great. The service all-around was very charming and more than willing to help with anything. I had low or unknown expectations, but this resort definitely surpassed my dreams. We were thrilled.

This May a friend and I decided to take a vacation to Cancun for the first time. We decided that we should stay at the Le Blanc Spa Resort All Inclusive Resort. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a Welcome Drink (not sure what it was, but it was delicious) and a warm weighted pad for our neck after our travels. Our luggage was put away until our room was ready and we received our wristbands to access the property amenities. We decided to enjoy that time on the beach until our room was ready and ordered some lunch as well. We walked around the property and it wasn’t too large or too small. It was very nice and well-maintained. When we arrived at our room, our luggage was brought up to us shortly after. The room was very clean and spacious for 2 people. We made dinner plans at a few different restaurants on the resort: Blanc for breakfast (no reservations); Lumiere French Restaurant, Bella Italian Restaurant; and Yama Japanese Restaurant. All the places we chose were delicious. My only complaint is the serving sizes are a lot smaller for Americans :-). I also think things didn’t stay open long enough like places to get a snack or ice cream. Sometimes I like to stay up late and a nice snack would be great. The small time window it’s open isn’t enough in my opinion. Otherwise, everyone was amiable and the resort was very nice. There are plenty of activities to keep you occupied and you may not need to leave the resort. I highly recommend which is why I’ll be returning to one of their properties again next year.

If something goes wrong, this is extremely commercial property where the staff in charge have no power to solve or rectify issues appropriately. The lights stopped working in our room at 6pm. By the time someone attended at 7pm they couldn’t fix it in time so we had to get ready for dinner in complete darkness. When we came back at 10pm we assumed had been fixed as we had not heard anything but we were wrong! Complete darkness with dirty plates from lunch still there. Asked to speak to duty manager whose response was well it’s your last night do you just want to stay in that room. When we replied no it’s dangerous we can’t see anything we were given another inferior room and asked to wait 30mins whilst the maid prepared the room. We then had to pack all our belongings in the dark and move rooms in the middle of the night. No apology or compensation offered. Pay over £1k a night for this experience. I have stayed all over the world and in circumstances like this and have never experienced something like this - almost surreal. A hotel of this standard should be able to handle these issues more appropriately. On complaining at check out we were offered an upgraded room for our next stay….they don’t value normal guests or invite an environment where you want to return unless you join their membership they do not care about loyalty. We will not return!

Do not go to Leblanc….you will be SPOILED for the rest of your life, your expectations will be heightened and it will be difficult to go elsewhere after. First off, I am an extremely picky person and have stayed in many good hotels throughout my life. However, when my husband and I first went to Leblanc Cancun we fell in love! The hotel grounds are impeccable, the food is a 10/10 in every single restaurant and the pool is perfect temperature year round. My favorite restaurant was the Italian one, all the dishes are delicious. But what makes this place truly unforgettable is the service warranted by the staff. It’s as if they can read your mind and can anticipate everything you can possibly want or need. My husband and I made it a point to return in less than 6 months on another couples trip and we also became members. I do have to mention that the night entertainment is a bit scarce, especially if you like to dance, this is not really a party resort, it’s more of a relaxing place. They do have a lounge where they play music at night but it’s somewhat geared towards an older crowd. However, this was not in any shape or form an issue for us because otherwise this place is perfection! Thank you Leblanc for creating such an ideal place, keep up the amazing work!

Our first time visiting Mexico and our stay at le Blanc was wonderful! This resort screams luxury! The staff was top notch - all very genuine and kind. The facilities were insanely clean and well kept, and the outdoor areas were beautiful! The dining options were delicious (we def recommend the restaurants that need reservations as their food was better quality). We were able to truly relax without having any interruptions! The only negative was the pushy sales people you will experience during check in/out. They will present you with deals for “resort credits” but will ultimately push for you to become a member or make a payment at the end of your trip to receive credits for the next time you return. Luckily, our friend who recommended Le Blanc warned us of this, so we were aware that this would happen. If Le Blanc removed the sales tactics, I would def be providing a rating of 5/5! We just felt very uncomfortable walking back into the lobby everyday seeing the sales employees we turned down. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our time here and will most likely be back!

If you are looking for a Quiet, relaxing atmosphere that will treat you warmly and assist with anything you may need than this is definitely the best place to go in Cancun. if you are looking for a party place with lots of bars and discos you will not find it at Le Blanc. I've seen several reviews that say there is nothing to do but lay by the pool or on the beach...that's exactly the reason we go to Le Blanc, to unplug and relax and shut down from the craziness of life. I wanted to book reservations for dinner before we arrived and their concierge immediately took care of it for me sending me my reservation schedule for the whole week 2 weeks before we went! Rene and Salvador are amazing! Thank you for all you do to make our stays so wonderful. I bought their room spray to bring home because we loved it so much. Now when it smell it makes me happy and it makes me want to go back that much more. If you want to book with a discounted rate...let me know and I will use my membership to save you some money and you still get the $1500 resort credit!

Service was for the most part fantastic with the exception of the outside restaurant. Also got harassed about wearing my kilt even after clearing that with their dress code before my visit. Eduardo was our floor butler and he was amazing. I also think I had one of the best massages I have ever had at the spa. I was truly disappointed that the excursions were removed from what used to be offered. The room had minor issues with the phone being dead, no hot water the first day, bad caulking near the shower. Biggest complaint was 2 double beds, recommend replacing one with a queen for a couple to sleep in.

This place is beautiful. It’s the second time we’ve been here. The food is outstanding, especially at the nighttime restaurants. Service is also exceptional. Two problems which are not insignificant. First is that we were promised $500 resort credits which could be used in a number of ways. So on the phone in the United States that sounded wonderful. When we arrived, it wasn’t so wonderful. The resort credits were not given to us so I had to complain. The second issue is the room. We were sold the honeymoon suite which sounds like an expansive room. In reality it was a little more than a standard hotel room. Not what I was expecting for a “honeymoon suite.“

Everything about the hotel itself is good! GREAT staff, good food and fun atmosphere but the membership marketing tactics was awful. Basically from the day one they are trying to sell you their membership. They were pushy and rude! They wouldn’t let go even by saying no thank you! at check out they were pushing it again! Definitely won’t be back despite the fact that it’s a great property and can’t stress enough their staff hospitality( except the rude and pushy sales people specially their financial managers).

So relaxing, every restaurant is delicious, so clean and everyone is so kind and helpful. The room was huge and spotless. The food (sushi, steak, traditional Mexican food etc) is stunning. No one was smoking cancer sticks in your face and there were no kids allowed. Will come back!

We have previously stayed at Le Blanc Cabo, which we loved. Cannot say the same for Cancun Location. Positives....The beach, pool area, and Massage were amazing. We did not feel comfortable in Room. The AC was terrible. It cooled the room but did not control humidity. The room was very muggy, stale. Terrible and uncomfortable. Also, we did not have hot water. We had to call front desk daily to adjust and fix hot water. Speaking of hot water. On our third day there the pool was freezing cold. No one got in pool until later in afternoon and everyone was complaining. As far as food, it was Ok, not terrible but not great. All the pool chairs were taken, reserved, by 6:00 AM. I was able to get a chair for my wife and I but I went down in dark at 5:45 AM to do this. What a joke. We plan on retiring to Cancun but will never stay at this hotel again.

This was our second time at LeBlanc Cancun, it was a really good time and is still a great hotel, but the quality definitely went down from last time. The first time we visited was in 2022, and the second time was 11/2023. Our first stay we thought the hotel was very nice and ranked it up there among the best hotels we had stayed at in terms of service and amenities. These are the things that have declined over the last year. 1. Food quality: our first visit the food overall was very good, we didn't have a single thing to complain about. This visit the food just didn't seem as high quality in any of the restaurants. Especially at Lumiere, we actually cancelled our second dinner at Lumiere and switched it for Bella. I was pretty disappointed with the food at Lumiere, I think I would have rather paid and gone to somewhere outside the hotel than eat there again. Bella and Yama were still pretty good. Yama was probably our favorite dinner. Breakfast at Blanc has definitely gone down hill as well. 2. Service/Availability: First, I will say that the workers at the resort are awesome and work very hard. I made sure to tip them well for the service that we did get. The problem is, they seem very short staffed for all the restaurants, and pool/beach service. We got all our dinner reservations put in six weeks in advance, but when changing one from Lumiere to Bella we were only able to get a 9:30pm slot. Once we got seated, we looked around and only about 1/4 of the tables were being used. After we were seated, there were a few parties that had to wait 20 minutes past their reservation to get seated, and only 1/4 of the tables were being used. That seemed to happen at all the restaurants. We waited in a long line at Blanc for Breakfast, and when we got seated only about 1/2 of the tables were even being used for breakfast. Not enough workers to accommodate all the guests. I think the line to get an omelette cooked for you was about 40 minutes long. Down on the beach, they have roped off about half the beach for exclusive members. So on that side, there are a lot of empty loungers and chairs. On the crowded side it was pretty difficult to get a lounger and umbrella. I think they had 2 people taking drink orders for the whole beach. So for the first 2 hours of the day, I just went and got my towels, drinks, water etc. The 2 people they had were working very hard, but there just wasn't enough of them. 3. Getting more pushy for selling memberships: I don't really like the idea of having a membership or being part of the points. I see the upside to it, but for me, the opportunity to choose to go where I want when I want is more important. I'm happy to pay extra for massages etc when I'm there. They didn't have many staff to run the restaurants, but they had a ton to come try to get you to sign up for the membership. I had 4 different people come talk to me, some of them 3 times each, within 30 minutes while I was waiting for my shuttle to the airport. If they took half those people and put them on the beach, pool, or restaurants it would help tremendously. There are a lot of other hotels that offer better service, especially if you go the non all inclusive route that will end up costing about the same, but you will get better food and service. I would try one of those instead.

Spectacular spa hotel resort. Amazing rooms facing either the lagoon, ocean, or both. Service is always very accommodating and pleasant; however, it can be slow. The food is good. Sometimes great. Sometimes fair. Loved our stay. The most relaxed I have ever been.

The absolute BEST experience and I can't recommend Le Blanc enough! The staff goes above and beyond and is always around for any little thing you need. The food was really good including excellent selection at the restaurants, even their poolside food is amazing (get the fish tacos and shrimp/octopus ceviche), and the cocktails were craft cocktail good. The spa is the best I've ever been too - definitely do the free hydrotherapy and book a massage. The beach is clean and beautiful. The resort is also very clean - I was never able to even find a trashcan outside of our room because the staff is always right there to take the trash. I'm shocked that this level of service and food is an all inclusive (usually I dislike all inclusive because the food and drinks are so bad). If you're considering Le Blanc just book it! I'm already looking forward to trying out their Cabo location. Tips: make your dinner reservations before you arrive (I did this via email) and if you want the best spots at the pool or beach then claim your chairs around 7am.

This is a beautiful place to enjoy a thoroughly luxurious stay. We came for four nights for our wedding anniversary and were absolutely pampered! The service was impeccable by everyone. Too many to name specifically, but all the staff aim for and achieve top notch service. We had two delightful meals at the Japanese restaurant Ya Ma and thanks to Alejandra, Freddy the chef and Naxheilly our Sunday evening was truly excellent. I enjoyed my spa facial with Freyci and hydrotherapy with Anna. It was so relaxing and the products are beautiful. The weather gave us delightful beach days and Sunday by the pool was very relaxing. We also had the amazing privilege of participating in the release of newly hatched turtles into the sea. Highly recommended.

Probably one of the greatest all inclusive resorts I have had the pleasure to be at. Wonderful service, food and location. This place met all expectations and went beyond. Food - best place for me was the Mexican Terraza. The Italian pasta was actually excellent too. On Wednesdays the fish market outside is incredible. One confusing thing I had was that when we reserved for places they told us they had no availability for that time / fully booked but then when I went there it was empty... Something that they should work out a bit more. Rooms - beautifully looked after, clean and got everything you need. The attention to detail of the cleaners is astounding with them wrapping up charging cables, folding clothes. Truly wonderful. Staff - attentive and really lovely. Always there to help and knew exactly who you were. I must say fantastic all around. A highlight is the quality mobile app that they provide which is actually head and shoulders above what I have used before. If I had one niggle about it it would be to be able to see your restaurant reservations as I had no idea when I booked mine.

Worth every penny. Service and food quality was exceptional. Pool and beach area was very luxurious, comfortable sun loungers nicely spaced. Infinity pools and swim up bars were very well maintained. Beautiful aromas permanently wafting through the building make it an unforgettable experience....

Best hotel I have ever been. Great room service, the room maid cleaned up room everyday and helped me to organize the power cable. There are 24/7 butler and in room dining service. It's convenient and I can order through app. There are 3 edgeless swimming pools and plenty of empty seat to relax around beach. The service here impress me most. There will be attendant there to provide help wherever we go.

Le Blanc is unlike any resort I’ve been to, the service was phenomenal and the attention to detail to make an everlasting experience is amazing. Pilar was a sweetheart, I bonded with her so much, she felt like my mother and her need to make us feel welcomed and enjoy our vacation is simply astonishing, I only wish I could have said goodbye. While on the trip our first day we ate at Bella where Geronimo went above and beyond, and during our trip the workers at the beach Esteban and Christian took care of us making us feel welcomed and had a surprise for my Birthday, they brought us Tacos and lady worker had Churros waiting for us, champagne and everything I could have asked for! At Blanc Restaurant our Waiter, the cooks and Chef Roger provided the best service and made us a traditional Mexican Dinner and it demonstrated that Mexican Cuisine is top tier, apart from that they went off the Menu just for our family an unbelievable experience, with the best staff. Will definitely be returning. The resort is only as good as the staffs Morale and great customer service, and it’s miles above any other resort I’ve been to.

It was a beautiful beach location and the pools are great. The bars were pretty good but drinks were inconsistent in quality. The Asian and Italian had very good food but the others were just ok. The butler was hardly seen. Not quite sure what value they provide. The aromas in the lobby were nauseating sometimes but I am sensitive to certain scents. The massage was excellent. We enjoyed ourselves but not likely to return. I didn't get much value for the cost.

we had a great time staying at Le Blanc Cancun for 4 nights. I wish we were able to stay longer. Everything was amazing. The food was great, service was great, availability of activities and events, and the resort had an awesome pool and hot tub. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning in the future. This may be our new "go-to" spot in Cancun. Thank you Le Blanc!

Came here in an attempt to relax and have a good vacation. You will be BURIED in sales people trying to sell you a timeshare package. I am in AAA and will definitely be reporting this they should NOT be a 5 Diamond resort! Very upset literally the first night we were here they were calling our room incessantly early in the morning for us to go to the presentation on the 6 th floor. My wife and I came here for a relaxing restful anniversary and it was ruined by this sales team.

Nice building and great staff. We liked the appetizers and desserts from all the restaurants, but the main dishes were somewhat lacking. The spa facility was very nice, but the massage was not worth the money. The masseus pretty much just rubbed essential oil around the body and applied barely any pressure even when I asked them for more pressure. Also, the hotel credits can not be used at restaurants, and you have to pay 16% service fees when using the credits.

What an amazing experience. I was a little nervous when I first arrived since our luggage took a bit longer than expected to arrive in our room (about 40-50 minutes. Not sure why). In any case, things looked up from thereon. To get the cons out of the way first: The hotel in general could use a bit of TLC, maybe some personality as well. I am aware that they wanted to go for a more classy, and subdued look, but some parts of the hotel are a little boring to look at, such as the hallways to your room and especially the elevator areas (everything is just plain white). Some more sculptures or even some paintings placed throughout the hotel would help. I think they should be far and few between still to retain the subdued look that they want, but I think it would go a long way. I think the pools would benefit from artistic tiling. It's all blue tile which is fine, just a bit boring and beat up. The "quiet" pool on the lagoon side of the hotel in my opinion is the worst offender. There is a gap between the pool and the walkway that makes it look like the pool is detached from the ground. I am aware that this is to avoid overflowing water from going onto the walkway, but it just does NOT look good at all. Check-in is a little longer than I would have liked. I wish there was more they could get out of the way ahead of time so we could get to the room sooner and start relaxing. Took about 45 minutes to finish the check in process if I am not mistaken. My last complaint is with the look of Lumiere. The restaurant which I will get into in the pros section is amazing, but it just looks worn down. The rug looks so old and the walls are chipped. Bella by comparison looks significantly nicer and kept up much better. Pros: THE FOOD. Holy cow is the food here amazing all around. The Bella and Lumiere restaurants in particular are standouts. We had Emilio as our waiter at Lumiere and not only was he very knowledgeable on the food he was serving, but he was very kind, very thoughtful on how food was presented, and all around, made the experience so much better. We went to Bella twice and my goddddd what a fantastic restaurant. It's a 4 course restaurant that left me full and still wanting more from how good everything was. The standout meal for me was the lasagna Bolognese. The staff there was fantastic as well. Other restaurants we tried were Yama, poolside "snacks" (it's an insult to the food to be called snacks. The poolside food was amazing), and Pure. At Yama, we met a staff member named Naxhielly who was incredible. She wasn't even our waitress, but she took a liking to my husband and I. She went above and beyond to make sure our last dinner at the hotel was amazing. She booked us a second reservation at Bella, made some amazing honeymoon accommodations, and managed to surprise us with one of the best desserts we have ever seen and eaten. Pure was also great, but not much else to say. Loved the banana shake. Another large pro was the service. Every single employee was amazing. They all remembered our names, they were very kind, very respectful, and at every turn, went above and beyond. This especially goes for our butlers Luis and Antonio. They did everything in their power to make sure we had the best experience possible. If I ever go back, I want to stay on the 8th floor again just to work with them. Made my morning each day seeing them, they're both seriously such a ray of sunshine. Random other pros- hydrotherapy being included is a gigantic perk. After a day in the scorching sun, this is exactly the thing to do each morning. The hotel is supremely clean unlike other all inclusive hotels I've stayed at. The lack of kids is amazing. The shows and events were unique compared to other hotels I've stayed at and all were great. I enjoyed the small size of the hotel, as it gave the experience somewhat of a White Lotus vibe. You will see a lot of familiar faces, so do not be afraid to talk to other people. Everything smells SO good except the room (which smells fine), unless you do the aromatherapy.

Everything has been fantastic. The food while having the same menus has come up a notch and has been excellent. A particular shout out to Isidro our beach attendant and the ever pleasant Jose our butler. Both gave outstanding service! Also La Terezza is excellent both in food quality and service!

Le Blanc is an incredible resort. One of the smallest I've been to, but that actually grows on you after a day or two when getting back to your room is only a few minutes away. This resort is about service and luxury, not about trying to impress you with size and numbers. The gym and spa are wonderful. Le Blanc is exclusive and creates an intoxicating atmosphere. The food is fabulous, and drinks are top-shelf. There is nothing more to ask for. Treat yourself.

Our first visit the LeBlanc and our third Palace property in Mexico. An absolutely perfect week. Staff and facility are wonderful. Tuma ( Japanese) and Bella ( Italian) were so awesome for the food quality, presentation, service and atmosphere. Other food options were slightly better than average. Outside pool and beach service are fantastic and the food options there are wonderful. Would return again for certain.

My family and I spent a week at this resort and they did not disappoint. This hotel provides the entire package! This is definitely a resort that I would highly recommend. Anyone who has anything to complain about at this resort there is just no pleasing them. Staff is right on top of any issues that may arise. My husband and I travel extensively and have had the opportunity to experience many different hotels around the world. That said, every year Cancun has always been included as one of our go to guaranteed “great weather & beaches” family vacations. When booking a vacation in Cancun we have always selected a different 5-star hotel and have experienced almost all of the 5-star Adults Only Hotels in Cancun and surrounding area. With that said, we (8 adults varying in age) would rate La Blanc Hotel as the best in Cancun! We were all so impressed with this hotel. This is based on cleanliness, accommodations, food, service, beaches. A very relaxing, peaceful, small resort with exceptional service. We were pleasantly surprised with the restaurants. You rarely get this quality in an all-inclusive resort and yet, the food was very good. Beautiful presentation with amazing service at all the restaurants. In the end, the staff is what truly sets this resort apart from other luxury hotels. Their attention to detail is incredible and they clearly care about providing exceptional service. Such as, laying by the pool and having cucumber slices placed on your eyes & cool cloth (nice!!). The Butler’s were outstanding! Always greeted us by our names and wanted assist us with any needs we might have. The staff on the beach were amazing. We never had to chase anyone for a drink or food. Hydrotherapy staff were incredible. This experience is a must for anyone that goes to this resort. So relaxing and peaceful and included with your stay. Everyone tried so hard to ensure everyone has an amazing holiday. Standouts were difficult because all the staff provided exceptional service however, special thanks to the following individuals: Isaac (Public Relations-a true standout!), Edgar (Japanese Restaurant) Manual (bar), Patricia (Spa-best massage I have ever had in my life-seriously!), Carlos (beach) Rodrigo. Thank you to all the staff, as they are truly what made our holiday incredible.

Had a great time on a couples trip. Their food and service was amazing, although you sort of need to play the "wake up early and snag a chair by the pool" if you go at peak times of the year like we did. Favorite restaurant was the Japanese. If you want to eat at the French restaurant make sure you make reservations early!

This was our first stay at LeBlanc, but there will be many more. Our experience was phenomenal. The service was impeccable. We were pleased with every one there. We LOVED it. The food was most excellent. The pools were amazing, and the ocean was so beautiful. We WILL be back.

I have stayed in many hotels all over Mexico and this is so far my favorite. The whole hotel is luxurious and the staff and everyone is very accommodating. This is where you go if you like to be pampered on vacation They have everything you need. Food is great. Staff is great. Your safety is important to them. If you need late night entertainment head down a short distance to clubs in downtown Cancun. This hotel has more of a laid back peaceful vibe.

I can’t imagine staying anywhere else next time when I am in Cancun. I spent 5 days here this week - Best, freshest food; best service; amazing views from my balcony. I originally thought LB is a bit pricey, but after my stay, I feel it’s worth every penny! Not expensive at all for what you get. I also liked how the resort is smaller, more intimate, enabling the most attentive service for the guests.

This resort continues to far exceed my greatest expectations. We just had such an amazing private transportation to the airport. Our driver Juan Jose loaded us all up in a gorgeous Cadillac Escalade, offered us water and hand sanitizer if we wanted it (not required). We were going to walk to a store to pick up a special item before our transportation but Juan Jose graciously insisted that he take us there on the way to the airport and even guided us to go to a different store that was nicer. When we got there he even escorted us INTO the store and asked sidewalk vendors not to bother us. It was like having a big brother lovingly look after us and protect us. He was so patient and so kind. Then the conversation we had on the way was simply astonishing. He was so caring and concerned about our experience. This was world class, exceptional, train everyone else to be like this... kind of service! Its the reason we will keep coming back here and recommend EVERYONE to experience this place. We have made so many friendships and relationships here!
