The
beaches
were
very
nice.
The
servers/bartenders
had
a
great
attitude.
Housekeeping
did
great
and
visited
often.
The
only
option
for
food
is
the
buffet
for
breakfast
and
lunch
and
it
was
not
impressive.
The
Italian
restaurant
had
a
few
menu
options
but
also
were
not
impressive.
Breakfast
is
an
absolute
madhouse
in
the
mornings
and
the
options
were
very
basic
American,
then
in
a
small
section
there
was
food
that
looked
like
it
came
from
the
dinner
buffet
the
night
before.
When
we
went
to
the
next
buffet
for
lunch,
there
was
more
variety
but
even
the
food
that
was
sitting
under
the
lamps,
were
lukewarm
at
that.
It’s
not
appetizing
when
you
get
a
piece
of
beef
that
you
expect
to
be
hot,
only
to
be
surprised
that
its
boarder
line
cold.
We
had
a
rainy
day
while
we
were
there
and
wanted
to
catch
Bingo
that
they
were
hosting.
After
arriving
to
the
area
and
asking
multiple
staff
where
to
find
it,
we
never
came
across
it,
so
we
figured
we
could
do
painting
since
it
started
at
the
same
time.
Went
to
the
painting
area,
only
to
be
welcomed
by
a
closed
sign.
We
were
a
bit
disappointed
that
this
limited
our
free
time
even
more.
We
weren’t
entirely
bummed
that
this
hotel
wasn’t
completely
for
us
until
our
checkout
day.
This
experience
alone
is
the
factor
on
why
we
will
never
return
to
this
property.
We
went
down
on
checkout
day
at
9am
to
grab
some
breakfast
because
check
out
is
at
noon.
When
we
came
back
to
our
room,
our
keys
no
longer
worked
and
had
to
ask
housekeeping
to
let
us
in
so
we
could
finalize
packing
and
move
our
way
to
the
lobby.
Once
downstairs
my
husband
asked
to
checkout
and
they
immediately
wanted
to
cut
our
resort
bracelets
off,
which
I
told
him
no
because
I’d
like
to
use
the
facilities
since
we
have
an
hour
and
a
half
left
until
our
pick
up
for
the
airport.
I’d
like
to
still
get
food
or
drinks
if
we
need
to
before
we
leave.
So
we
went
and
sat
down,
minding
our
own
business.
Next
thing
we
know,
Alex
the
bellhop,
is
walking
towards
us
and
approached
us
with
open
scissors
asking
to
cut
off
our
bracelets.
We
said
no
thanks
we
are
not
ready
to
check
out
yet
and
asked
to
speak
with
a
manager
(mind
you
we
are
sitting
down
while
this
is
happening)
.
Ira
comes
over
with
Alex
and
I
said
‘thank
you,
we
will
speak
to
her
about
the
issues
we’re
having’
and
he
responds
with
a
big
smile
and
laughing
and
says
to
me
while
he’s
looking
at
my
husband
(my
husband
is
now
standing
so
he
can
speak
with
Ira)
Alex
says
“I
need
to
be
here
in
case
someone
wants
to
start
a
fight,
I’ve
seen
some
crazy
stuff
here
at
the
hotel”.
My
husband
and
I
are
so
calm
because
we
just
wanted
to
get
a
better
understanding
of
why
we
were
locked
out
of
our
room
before
checkout
and
why
they
were
so
desperate
to
cut
off
our
bands.
If
Alex
or
the
manager
felt
so
threatened
by
us,
they
should’ve
called
security
or
another
manager
and
not
the
bellhop.
Alex
then
leaves
after
about
1
minute
of
listening
to
our
conversation
because
it
turns
out,
surprisingly,
no
one
wanted
to
fight
anyone.
Ira
explained
to
us
their
policy
that
Tina,
the
front
desk
agent,
was
not
able
to
explain
because
she
was
uneducated
on
the
matter.
I
asked
Ira
for
the
Director
of
the
hotel’s
information
and
as
she’s
behind
the
front
desk,
Tina,
her
coworker
and
Ira
are
back
there
smiling
and
laughing
with
each
other
while
Tina
and
her
coworker
are
staring
at
us.
We
were
not
in
a
laughing
matter
and
felt
very
disrespected
at
this
point.
Ira
comes
back
with
a
generic
card
holding
no
information
regarding
what
I
politely
asked
for
and
after
asking
again,
she
finally
wrote
down
Pamela’s
name
and
a
generic
complaints
email
address.
We
ended
our
conversation
there.
We
tried
to
keep
our
complaints
strictly
to
the
manager
and
in
private
but
when
we
left
it
felt
like
our
entire
experience
here
was
not
genuine.The
front
desk
are
the
first
and
last
people
we
see
on
this
trip
and
it
started
great
with
the
welcome
but
ended
terribly
with
the
goodbyes
