Absolutely
horrible!
There
is
so
much
wrong
with
this
place.
1.
Language
barrier.
People
here
don't
speak
English
at
all
or
in
a
very
basic
manner.
And
please
don't
tell
me,
I
should
heve
lernt
Spanish.
If
you
go
China
will
you
speak
Mandarin?
Fluently?
I
think
not.
The
receptionist
couldn't
help
me
with
my
question,
the
lady
in
the
restaurant
couldn't
serve
me.
This
is
a
hotel,
located
in
a
tourist
area.
So
many
people
from
all
over
the
world.
And
they
can't
be
bothered
to
hire
people
who
speak
international
language?!
FYI,
English
isn't
my
first
language.
2.
Restaurant's
staff
is
incompetent.
I
waited
30
min
for
ONE
COLD
scrambled
egg
and
some
sauce
on
the
side,
no
bread,
had
to
ask
for
it
(using
google).
Coffee
that
I
asked
for
shortly
after
sitting
down
didn't
arrive
at
all.
People
who
came
after
me
got
their
food
and
drinks
with
no
issues,
before
me.
Just
because
they
speak
Spanish?
That's
absolutely
discriminating!!!
And
let
me
add
that
breakfast
was
all
the
same
for
everyone,
they
simply
ignored
me.
3.
Bed
bugs/
fleas
in
the
room-
had
to
apply
insect
repellant
for
overnight.
I'm
100%
sure
something
bit
me
in
the
room
as
after
trips
I
had
not
a
single
bite,
but
in
the
morning
I
felt
fresh
ones
and
they
did
not
look
like
mosquito
bites.
4.
Mould
-
all
over
the
ceiling.
Day
after
day,
it
was
getting
worse.
And
after
rainy
days,
it
came
out
on
the
walls
too.
Also,
curtains
(widnow
and
shower)
are
covered
in
mould.
5.
Damp
-
Room
smells
horrible.
All
my
clothes
stink
now.
Nothing
dries
here.
My
bikini
was
wet
for
over
48
hours
!
There
was
no
balcony
or
little
dryer
that
I
could
put
out
of
the
window
to
dry
my
little
things.
6.
Broken
air
con.
One
day,
a
cleaner
left
it
on.
It
was
freezing
when
I
came
back
from
my
tour.
You
can't
adjust
temperature.
I
wanted
to
warm
my
room
up
a
bit,
but
I
wasn't
able
to.
It
will
only
blow
cold
air,
even
though
there
is
an
option
for
more
than
18°C.
7.
Widnow
doesn't
have
a
lock
or
mosquito
net.
Someone
can
slide
it
from
outside
and
go
in
the
room.
8.
Lights
keep
flashing.
9.
One
day
I
went
to
the
bathroom
and
heard
crack.
The
light
on
the
wall
burst
into
pieces.
Luckily
I
wasn't
in
bed,
otherwise
glass
would
go
all
over
me.
I
went
to
report
it
to
the
reception
but
obviously
he
didn't
speak
English.
Got
lucky
some
other
guy
was
there
to
help.
10.There
is
a
pump
that
goes
on
when
people
are
using
water.
Kept
waking
me
up
because
people
took
showers
at
different
times,
any
time.
Pipes
make
a
lot
of
noise
too.
And
noise
coming
from
rooms
next
door
or
corridor.
It's
like
walls
don't
exist.
11.
You
seriously
need
to
control
your
guests.
Why
was
some
guy
singing
at
4
am
in
the
corridor?
Drunk
like
a
skunk,
probably.
Where
was
security?
12.
Dirty
mirror.
I
don't
think
it
was
cleaned
one
time
during
my
stay
there.
13.
Brownish
spots
on
bedding
and
towels.
How
can
I
address
those
issues
when
staff
barely
speaks
English.
The
hotel
is
way
cheaper
compared
to
others
located
in
the
Hotel
Zone.
Still,
I
wouldn't
expect
conditions
to
be
that
bad.
I
really
didn't
have
time,
money
or
nerves
to
look
for
different
hotel
after
noticing
those
problems.
I
wish
I
could
get
back
in
time
with
all
that
knowledge.
I
would
have
booked
something
different,
even
if
I
had
to
save
more,
postpond
holiday
for
extra
few
months.
