Amazing boat dock & ocean views!!! Staff & rooms were great, so relaxing sitting at the cool little pool right by the restaurant & dock watching the boats pull in & out. Great place to take kids and have a family getaway in paradise. I loved my stay and the people were very friendly. You must give this spot a look before you book a room. Very clean place, plus the food was Good as well!

Absolutely horrible! There is so much wrong with this place. 1. Language barrier. People here don't speak English at all or in a very basic manner. And please don't tell me, I should heve lernt Spanish. If you go China will you speak Mandarin? Fluently? I think not. The receptionist couldn't help me with my question, the lady in the restaurant couldn't serve me. This is a hotel, located in a tourist area. So many people from all over the world. And they can't be bothered to hire people who speak international language?! FYI, English isn't my first language. 2. Restaurant's staff is incompetent. I waited 30 min for ONE COLD scrambled egg and some sauce on the side, no bread, had to ask for it (using google). Coffee that I asked for shortly after sitting down didn't arrive at all. People who came after me got their food and drinks with no issues, before me. Just because they speak Spanish? That's absolutely discriminating!!! And let me add that breakfast was all the same for everyone, they simply ignored me. 3. Bed bugs/ fleas in the room- had to apply insect repellant for overnight. I'm 100% sure something bit me in the room as after trips I had not a single bite, but in the morning I felt fresh ones and they did not look like mosquito bites. 4. Mould - all over the ceiling. Day after day, it was getting worse. And after rainy days, it came out on the walls too. Also, curtains (widnow and shower) are covered in mould. 5. Damp - Room smells horrible. All my clothes stink now. Nothing dries here. My bikini was wet for over 48 hours ! There was no balcony or little dryer that I could put out of the window to dry my little things. 6. Broken air con. One day, a cleaner left it on. It was freezing when I came back from my tour. You can't adjust temperature. I wanted to warm my room up a bit, but I wasn't able to. It will only blow cold air, even though there is an option for more than 18°C. 7. Widnow doesn't have a lock or mosquito net. Someone can slide it from outside and go in the room. 8. Lights keep flashing. 9. One day I went to the bathroom and heard crack. The light on the wall burst into pieces. Luckily I wasn't in bed, otherwise glass would go all over me. I went to report it to the reception but obviously he didn't speak English. Got lucky some other guy was there to help. 10.There is a pump that goes on when people are using water. Kept waking me up because people took showers at different times, any time. Pipes make a lot of noise too. And noise coming from rooms next door or corridor. It's like walls don't exist. 11. You seriously need to control your guests. Why was some guy singing at 4 am in the corridor? Drunk like a skunk, probably. Where was security? 12. Dirty mirror. I don't think it was cleaned one time during my stay there. 13. Brownish spots on bedding and towels. How can I address those issues when staff barely speaks English. The hotel is way cheaper compared to others located in the Hotel Zone. Still, I wouldn't expect conditions to be that bad. I really didn't have time, money or nerves to look for different hotel after noticing those problems. I wish I could get back in time with all that knowledge. I would have booked something different, even if I had to save more, postpond holiday for extra few months.

Very basic hotel. They provide two towels and that's it. The shower leaks all over the floor but no bath mat is provided. Our rooms air conditioning was not working properly. A maintenance man was sent in but said it was working fine. We asked the hotel for a fan. Said they had none. We will not be staying here again.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been in my whole life!!! I arrived in a room smelling of super strong Clorox, impossible to stay I asked to move to another room, second room the AC was broken and there was water leaking inside the closet, they moved me to another room again, I went in quickly and I thought it was ok, I went to the market when I came back the room smelled like mold, the curtains and walls with mold, the safe totally rusty and old, the towels are grimy, the bathroom was dripping water from the ceiling, the AC dirty full of dust! A horror show! Of the 6 hours I stayed inside the hotel, the first 2 were just changing rooms (3 times) and the other 4 hours I spent a few hours in the market. After all this bad situation I decided to change hotels, because it was impossible to stay, communication was very complicated because not everyone spoke English. The receptionist advised me to leave only the next morning, but I refused to stay, as the smell made my allergy attack. I left the room around 9pm and tried to get my money back, but the manager wasn't there, I came back the next day early as I had an early tour and couldn't speak to the manager again. It took me about 3 days until someone gave me a return of my money and to my surprise they didn't return everything and charged me a daily rate, even though I wasn't satisfied at the hotel and I didn't sleep there either. A total lack of respect for the customer! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! Terrible!!!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had staying in a hotel. After checking in, I get the key to a room that is not yet cleaned. When I tell that to the person on the front desk, he totally ignores me keep playing with his phone. Finally I check in to another room to find that the place smells like a chemistry lab.

This is a great hotel that isn’t over developed. Its more of the riviera and less tourist trap. I came here for scuba diving from the Fiesta Americana and I honestly wish I had booked this place instead. It’s much more natural.

Rooms are clean and neat, what I loved the most was the AC, it's very powerful and it can cold the room very quick. Also beds are comfortable and sheets very soft.

THIS PLACE IS REPULSIVE, THE WHOLE PLACE IS FALLING APART, OUR ROOM WAS NASTY AND HORRID, I HAVE NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE HOW I FELT WHEN I FOUND OUT THAT ,THERE WAS BLOOD STAINS IN OUR BED SHEETS AND PILLOW CASES, AIR CONDITION WAS BROKEN , TURNING ON AND OFF NOT COOLING , THERE WAS A COMPUTER MONITOR INSTEAD OF A TV WITH NO CABLE ONLY TWO LOCAL CHANELS BAD RECEPTION , THERE WAS A PHONE ( disconnected btw) BATHROOM WAS NASTY, MOLD ALL OVER THE WALLS AND CEILING , MOSQUITOS EVERYWHERE, PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK HAD A REALLY BAD ATTITUDE, First of all at the check-in The person at the front desk told me I had two reservations, I said I only had one for three people 2 adults 1 kid, he said in order to cancel one he was going to charge me a cancelation fee for the other room which didn't make any sense, because it was already paid for and I said I will keep both, since I paid for them in advance through Expedia, he said no you can't keep both because you only reserve one, so I had to contact Expedia they didn't know what was happening, and the guy at the front desk made me wait about an hour to check in, when I finally did. First thing I found was one of the beds had dry blood stains, I took pictures and went back to the front desk and show the pictures to them, and they said they looked like chocolate stains, the lady at the front desk sent the room service lady , there was two ladies knocked on my door and said they came to change the sheets , one of them looked like it was the supervisor and told the other that the stains look like chocolate stains and they made it sound like it was no .." big deal..."that make me furious. I told her that this whole thing was unacceptable, I didn't want to stay one more minute she said I should talk to the front desk lady she would change us to another room, but I was already terrified of this whole bad experience!!

It was very clean, however there was no wifi in the rooms and too many mosquitoes in the lobby where wifi was available.

The humidity in the room was a nightmare, even with the air conditioner on.

Great hotel with really good service. Cleaning service very good, reception staff really helpful. Good size bathroom and room. We was there for 10 days, no problem at all. Only concern was breakfast eggs every morning a part on Friday. They should change that! But a part of this we was really happy with the place. If we again in Cancun we will book this hotel again!!! In our opinion underrated this hotel.

Small but very enjoyable if your looking to relax true Mexican layout has what you need. If your looking for night life this is not your place, otherwise I love the place I've been here many times and I keep coming back.

Easy check in, comfortable beds (2 full), warm and cold shower, nice hospitality. You can add in continental breakfast for $75 (pesos mexicanos) per person, per day. Wi-Fi does NOT work in bedrooms, only common areas as pool and reception.

Ok. This is the skinny on this hotel: Many more good things than bad things with this property. First....best shower I have ever had. Water pressure off the chart. If your goal is to have a comfortable bed, amazing shower & very friendly staff for a great price in the Hotel Zone....please book. The grounds were quirky...staff was great, location was great. I would stay here again as the price was around $20/night. Rooms are definitely older & dated....but the restaurant is good, the pool is good, the marina view is nice...scuba diving lessons onsite... I'll take it :)

Great hotel, excellent location - just next to a bus stop and the Embarcadero. A little slow service at the reception but the garden and the spacious rooms made us forget about that. Recommend it!

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!! 1) The rooms are super dirty. There are lizards in there, ants, and cockroaches. The swimming pool was very dirty too. 2) It is unsafe to leave your belongings. Their staff enters the room unannounced and uncalled for. They claim it’s to clean at 7:30am in the morning. 3) The shower is super super dirty. There’s rust all over the shower head. The mirrors are dirty too. 4) There is no fridge, no kettle, no wifi in the rooms. Also we saw no remote for the AC. So you either freeze in there leaving the AC on, or you burn in heat if you leave it turned off. 5) location isn’t great either. You need the bus for everything. Also, there are cats and raccoons all over the property. The plus point of this is at least they greet you. Please I repeat, DO NOT STAY HERE! Very unhygienic and very unsafe.

The worst hotel ever. There’s no wifi in the room, unfriendly and rude staff, cockroaches everywhere. I got ticks bite from the bed sheets when I was sleeping. We tried to call front desk to tell about super dirty bathroom but the phone was unplugged. Do not stay at this hotel. I even want to get refund from them.
