This is the most disgusting resort ever. They have little food options and you're unable to get food after 10:30 pm and drinks after midnight despite advertising as all inclusive. They did not have washcloths and asked us to go and buy them from the store across the street. They advertise 24 hour room service but did not have it available. I walked to the nearest store in the middle of the night and ate cup of noodles soup on a resort I paid to have all inclusive food. The next day I asked to get food and they told me I was unable to eat even though check I requested a late check out at 1pm. I went to order a burger at 11:45 and was told they could not accommodate me. The sushi was horrible and made us sick and the gift shop was closed when I wanted to purchase souvenirs. DO NOT COME HERE! YOU WILL BE UNHAPPY!

The view of the hotel is AMAZING! This is one of the best beaches in Cancun, but not small kids friendly: big waves. Employees are VERY friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is really good, but the dinner chef cooks for old people: flavorless! Nicely decorated meals in small portions (gourmet stile), but they are bland! - skip all inclusive: choose breakfast only unless you're a heavy drinker. The rooms are comfortable and clean but the air conditioning doesn't work well: We stayed at a lake view room and the view at sunset is amazing, but the heat in the room at that point is unbearable! We have some friends that where staying at a sea view room and they told us that at 8AM you couldn't stay in the room because the sun at sunrise will make the room extremely bright and hot. This is on late February/March where you can still open the windows and get some air. I won't reccomend coming on July/August where summer should make it unbearable. All and all is an AMAZING hotel that just need a better management and more money to change the central air conditioning for independent units that can be controlled independently in each room - they will even save a lot of money doing this, because the air keeps on even when the balcony is wide open!

Amazing experience, the room bathroom is a little old , but the service makes up for it tenfold , we were treated like royalty and the restaurant staff accommodated for the fact that my girlfriend is vegan. They surprise us with a vegan meal every lunch and dinner and everything they've cooked for us has been phenomenal! Great hotel , will definitely be coming back !

The view was breathtaking, the beach was kept clean in front of the hotel. Bedsheets and bathroom seemed clean and the room service for tidying up did their best to be timely but they weren't thorough, but much appreciated nonetheless. The pools were kept clean as well. Getting beachside or poolside service was possible but not timely or efficient and not always easy to catch, seemed like they might have been understaffed in that respect, because it was either 1 or 2 gentlemen trying to get the orders from and to everyone in these places. Locks to the rooms aren't the most reliable, the anchor for the chain part of the lock just came out of the wall like it wasn't even screwed in. Also had a moment where we didn't hear the staff at the door and they just took initiative to open our locked door for the purpose of offering us some sweets, very disconcerting. Our room key had to be re-charged many times sometimes several times a day due to the fact that it stopped unlocking our door. Many outdated and dilapidated/rusted over looking outlets and fixtures. Cleanliness and thorough room service was not at the highest standard. The food offered at the restaurants at this resort was not very good and the drinks seemed watered down. The hotel is affordable though and it might be you get what you pay for but that's my honest observations and experience.

First things first, the pool and beach staff are amazing, Emanuel and Daniel held that area down like true bosses making sure me and my Fiancee were were topped off with drinks and food with the most courtesy. Room service was also on point. Room quality overall you get what you pay for. Would have been five stars but the fact I had to share a balcony with the room next to mine gave me some Anxiety, but the view is amazing. Checking in we were greeted with complimentary mimosas and the process was painless. One of my favorite parts about this place also is the fact that no kids under 12 are allowed, so no snotty brats running around making noises or babies crying. All in all, I would gladly do a return visit to this hotel.

This place is absolutely amazing!! Staff are incredible!! This is the best hotel I've stayed in by far. The view of the ocean is breathtaking. The spinach juice in the morning is to die for and the place is spotless. Definitely recommend this place. It's only 12 minutes from the airport, there's an amazing Mexican restaurant across the street as well as a grocery store that sells hot food, alcohol, ECT. Also my tour was only an hour ride from the hotel. Also there are buses and taxis you can grab right outside so transportation is easy.

Place was horrible. We had stairs that were so small and we had to get six suitcases up them and the toilet was clogged they sink wasn't draining another woman who was from brazil payed for a master suite and she said that it was disgusting and that there was blood everywhere and it stank. Please don't go here the building is old and you have to wait five years for the elevators to work. plus the wifi sucks

Amazing staff and beautiful service. The food was basic but well done. They didn’t have much variety in the food which is the only reason why I called it basic. Having unlimited drinks was a plus but their liquor option wasn’t too robust. The view was to die for. Just a gorgeous view of the beach. Definitely a good experience for the price we paid. Wished the hotel was a little more fancier but nonetheless awesome place 👏🏾

Great hotel. A little older building, but well maintained. Service was great. We had a little issue with our door lock being jammed and they sent the custodian with his assistants to help drill it open. Once it was done they switched our room happily. The pool was very nice..a little too cold for me to go in. The breakfast which was included in our deal was fabulous. The hotel is located near the end of the strip..so it's pretty quiet area. You wilp need to taxi or take a bus. We enjoyed our experience.

The general quality of the hotel is good, the swimming pool is very pleasant with the pool bar and the access to the beach is immediate, very appreciable and beautiful. The food is excellent. The services are good but some things need to be reviewed in depth. The all inclusive service of the hotel works but is absolutely not optimized. Every time you take a drink or eat something you have to give the room number, name and signature. This is really annoying in all inclusive where the consumptions are often many. If you are a family of more than 6 people expect to have problems eating all together. We were 8 then 10 and we were refused many times at the restaurant, having to wait for places to become available. Some roadside rooms are noisy because of the state of the windows. It's very important to check the equipment s in the room before unpacking, especially the air conditioning. A plus for the waiters, the reception and the animation who do their best (thanks Felipe). We are still very happy with our stay in Mexico and Bel Air Cancun.

Very Friendly staff. Great music. Good food. Nice rooms. Great price. I loved the authentic feel of the resort. Definitely not a corporate feel. I also loved the tour guide rep Israel who hooked us up with night club entry tickets and water activities ;)

Comfortable place with everything you could need in the room, small kitchen with appliances and china, beach towels in the bathroom, safe, balcony with beach sight. The person in charge Claudio provided an exceptional service. You will be getting the convenience of an apartment for a very reasonable price.

I’m not sure who is leaving 5 star reviews but I would be very skeptical if any Of them are real. From a disappointing hour long check in where the lobby should have been the first warning to walk out. long overdue for for care and maintenance. The whole place has the feel that they have given up and are just taking the money out waiting to get bought out. The room was in complete disrepair. Although they photograph reasonably from a distance. I have tried to include some closer photos to get a general idea. I was unable however to photograph the fact it was 30 degrees in the room with no working AC and a reception that didn’t answer the phone when calling to send maintenance or get moved Restaurant staff were friendly but the product they had to offer again after almost an hours wait were unappetizing at best. There are a lot of hotels to chose from in this location. I will be requesting a refund from the company I booked through
