We had a great time here for 8 nights in a beach front room. The service from everyone: check in, breakfast, room service, and at the royal market was exceptional. We were very comfortable here, with nice beds and linens. I'm not used to sleeping with air conditioning so when it turned on/off at night at first the noise woke me up, but I'm a light sleeper and I travel with earplugs so the problem was solved quickly. The room had plenty of space with a nice & big closet and an easy to use safe. The water pressure in the shower was strong and the temperature got really hot. Our view was amazing and it really made it a special vacation to have this beach front room!! We enjoyed the pools and the beach. Both were very well kept, I saw the pool being cleaned every morning (I'm sure they work on it even more than what we saw it's constantly spotless!!) and the beach was well groomed. We enjoyed a daily breakfast buffet which has a great variety, I am missing having a breakfast like this every morning now that we are back home. There was a request to attend a timeshare presentation when we checked in since this is also a timeshare resort, but we didn't attend that. Thank you to every single employee of the Royal Caribbean, who really absolutely made this the BEST stay!!

Nice hotel, loved our room with fully equipped kitchen!! We didn't like hotel buffet much so were happy to have a kitchen, make breakfasts and eat on the balcony with an amazing view. The hotel beach is very nice, but you can't swim after 6pm. It's perfect for families and young people who are seeking for a more quiet hotel. All the clubs, bars and restaurants are 15min by car or 20 min by bus. Buses operate 24h.

Wonderful place to go for a family vacation. The room was very spacious for all 5 of us. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. On the main floor there is the royal market which has pretty much everything you need except fresh meats and vegetables ( although there is frozen). The view I had found pretty amazing from the large balcony. It over looks the pool and restaurant with the ocean in the background. Next door in the royal islander there is a heated pool!! That was a big bonus since the first hotel we stayed in May have had ice in their water pump. I could not go in it because it was too cold.

I enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were clean and well kept. The AC was amazing. It was very nice to walk into the cool rooms after spending all day outside whether it be the beach or walking on the boulevard. The breakfast was very good. So many choices and all very delicious! Tradewinds steak with vegetables was good too. The pool was big and clean. Staff was very courteous, respectful and attentive. Very satisfied with out stay there.

Staying in Royal Caribbean was a wonderful experience. The room was really spacious and spotlessly clean. View from the room was breathtaking. They have all the facilities anyone can expect within the resort boundary. The memories of spending the evening with loved one by the private beach is worth to remember. The breakfast was superb with ample choices. We ordered Ribs from the restaurant at dinner and it was amazing. Even after the memorable experience some point worth mentioning. The building of the resort is not aesthetically pleasing. The pop-corn paint throughout the building makes it look outdated. The elevator of the building is not well maintained. Some simple renovation work can make this resort unbeatable.

What a beautiful resort! We checked in earlier and the process was very smooth.We got upgraded to a suite with an amazing view of the ocean. The only issue with the room was that the ac kept condensing leaving a pool of water. At check in, they will try selling you some of their tours (which is obviously more expensive than going through options and buying them online), but you can just tell them that you already have your trip planned. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We absolutely enjoyed the beach, the water wasn't cold and lounging on the beach chairs was extremely relaxing. The best thing about the royal resorts is that you can avail all the services at any of the sister resorts. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at different resorts each day. The buffet is good, but their a la carte menu needs some update. Overall, we had a great time and can't wait to visit again.

All the staff here are fantastic. The grounds are well kept and our room is spacious with a large balcony. The food and drink is very fresh & fair priced at the resort and there is a small supermarket on site. Good variety nearby to see and do and the tour desk is very helpful when trying to decide on excursions or activities to sign up for outside the immediate area. Both the beach and pool have plenty going on without it feeling over crowded. We are midway through our week long stay are are really enjoying it here.

Once again I have a hard time giving a place 5 starts. However our stay at the Royal Caribbean's was that of 5 stars. The people at the hotel were awesome. The Room service was exceptional and we had our breakfast included every morning. The selection of food was amazing and there was something different every day. The beach access was very easy to get to. There were plenty of pools so much that we did not get to use all. We got to do arts and crafts that will be priceless memories. However they will go renovations beginning September 2019 until April of 2020. At this point. We can't wait to return.

I stayed here for 4 nights in a villa with my family. The room was very clean with the nice view of the ocean. It was also equipped with lots of the kitchen utensils so we were able to cook dinner one night. The supermarket was near the main reception building and sells lots of groceries and sunscreens at a reasonable price. The breakfast was also good and had lots of varieties. The pool was also very big located at the center of resort and easily accessible from our room. They did some activities and parties during the day. They also took really good care of our bags when we had to store them to go on a tour. They put the cables around the zippers so other people can't open them. The only thing that bothered us was that the resort was located inside, so sometimes taxi drivers couldn't find the place.

Staff are very nice; rooms are spacious and beach view is amazing. Pools are nice and well kept, in-resort "grocery-store" is well stocked and has basic necessities and is very helpful. Clubhouse has some good (American!) food and drinks are delicious. Other that, great place to stay for travelers. 9/10!!
