THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE STAYED IN 1 The name says “suites” well they are NOT they are a tiny room literally. 2 The second and night staff were horrible they had no type of customer service always gave us attitude. 3 They will charge you for a a towel if there’s a stain on it $158 pesos and your not allowed to take it out of the hotel otherwise there will also be a fee. But the worst part was they will argue with you over a towel in my personal experience the towel had a stain from my hair dye I did not know the sea water would take the dye out. So this B.... literally told me “ here you wash it and return it to us clean otherwise you pay it” when it’s on the rules that’s the towels are specially for the use of the body and that’s just what I did, now they do not give you a do not disturb sign for your door so at 8am they will be knocking to clean your room. Now I do want to clearify the guy that helps with luggage he’s awesome and the other receptionist skinner with glasses. But the rest pure trash and attitude. Would not recommend and would not stay there never again.

Don't stay here! The whole place smells like mold, the pictures do not give an accurate image of the place. Also, you can hear everything from the hallway and other rooms so it is very hard to sleep. The A/C is directed towards the bed. We could not stay there and ended up changing hotel. The wifi is very inconsistent and does not work very well. We did not have tovels to dry our hands with.

It’s really basic room. Not very nice. After rain and electricity blackout didn’t go water at all. Really noisy. Personal doesn’t speak much English. So far Wi-Fi is good. :)

I would give - stars if I could but unfortunately we don't have the option here. Location is a NO, the staff was not engaging at all even though it shows they rent or facilitate car/scooter rental when we asked was like she didn't know what we were talking about. Room was terrible, the safe didn't work, the shower cubicle door was broken on the side one is suppose to go in so we had to climb over the toilet to get in the shower and good luck trying to find main sockets they are veeeery limited in the room. WiFi is non existent even though our room was on the first floor. STAY AWAY

Price / Cost at Gaby suites is amazing. About 35$ USD for a super clean room w/ air-con and a hot shower. High quality towels changed daily and also a breakfast that is included depending on who you book through. I would recommend this to fellow travelers looking for a great budget room during their travels of Mexico. Muchas Gracias !

Stayed at one night before exploring the rest of the country served the purpose as a base to get accustom to the Mexican lifestyle It is near market 28, banks, main square of cancun, Oxxio, vegan restaurant and great breakfast place

Nice hotel, OK rooms, price is in line with expectation, good breakfast, very slow service.

The staff is friendly. Rooms were clean. Combenient location to go out in downtown and mercado 28. The sheets and curtains can use an update for sure.

Place is nice and clean. Quiet. People are friendly. Bed was made everyday and toiletries replaced. Our toilet flush did not work, water overflowed. We had to insist multiple times to change the room. I had left pocket change near the safe and my belongings, it vanished. They don't really have a full continential breakfast either.

Stayed 3 nights, too much noise from people calling in hall way, and next door.

Dont book here , they just throw away my earplugs and my medicine. Also old and dirty everything.

Old and stinky rooms. Don’t stay here.

This was my meeting point to be picked up for a whale shark tour. While i was waiting at 645am, there was another couple waiting for a different tour. They also didnt stay at this hotel, they walked here for their meeting point. The hotel looked decent. The entrance was clean (the pic below shows some garbage and leaves but it was just after a storm on a different day) and secure. But i did not stay or even enter the building.

The staff are so helpful and friendly. It's a great location with restaurants less than 5 minute walk. There is a tourist stand inside for trips of you're interested and the air conditioner is cold and the bed comfortable. Walls are thick but the doors not so much.
