This place is absolutely DISGUSTING!!! They gave us a room on the 3rd floor which was not cleaned at all. I found lots of hair everywhere on the floor, shower, bed. After my intervention they gave us another room on the 2nd floor. I checked and the floor was semi-clean (still some pubs on the floor - absolutely gross) and I discovered there were pubs in the bed after lifting the duvet!! They do not change linen at all!! I immediately asked one of the cleaning guys who I met on the corridor to change our bed and I pointed all those hair to him. He knew what was going on, he offered to change it right away. I have never seen anything like this.. the room was dusty, the bed was worst quality linen. The management of this place replies to all negative comments using the same copy paste messages which only proves they don't know how to run a good hotel. There is about 30 people employed by this hotel who hang around, have private conversation by the pool, having their lunches in the middle of the lobby and bothering guests (walking in front of guests who rest by the pool and staring, then dropping some jokes to their colleagues) They clearly hate foreign tourists here. We did not feel safe here! This place was the dodgiest place we've stayed in the whole Mexico. Bad representation of Mexican culture and they should be ashame of themselves. The front desk gave us the worst service, first pretending they didn't speak any English and then once confronted about the room not being cleaned they suddenly started speaking fluent English. In front of me they made some nasty comments about me in Spanish. I don't recommend this place and I hope whoever reads this will be advised to spend their money in a better place.

I had a terrible experience at check in. The man at the front desk wasn't patient with my mother and I. We speak English, but we don't speak Spanish very well, so it was difficult but not impossible for us to speak with one another. He was probably having a bad day, and ready to leave work... regardless, we didn't let it didactic our experience at the hotel; the place is super cute! I'm giving 5 stars because of their bed. IT'S SUPER COMFORTABLE! It feels like you are in heaven. Their pillows are divine. Forget their simple breakfast that I couldn't eat anything of... I'm vegan, so bread is usually my only to go option, but they didn't even offered bread. Forget their bad customer service. Forget all the bad experience JUST BECAUSE OF THEIR COMFY BED, MATTRESS, BED SHEETS, PILLOWS 😇😇😇

Great location right on main strip, within short walking distance of bull arena, a handful of diverse restaurant options and an active town square day and night. Just a bit farther you can walk a waterfront park to see the hotel zone across the ocean, or venture to any of the parks, several malls and a large flee market.

DONT STAY HERE. WE WERE STRANDED WITHOUT A PLACE TO STAY AT MIDNIGHT DESPITE A CONFIRMED RESERVATION AND THE HOTEL AWARE OF OUR ARRIVAL DATE AND TIME THE SAME DAY. They sold our room without telling us at 10pm even though they had our flight details indicating we were arriving at 11pm (sent the SAME day when they failed to arrange a taxi for us after Back and forth about this) and they say their policy is they can sell it after midnight. Breaking their own ridiculous policy that is not stated anywhere. They don’t care about anything other than making $$.

You can't lap swim in the pool. Photos are misleading. About 2/3rd in the length of the pool there are stone barriers all across, separating the kids area from the deeper water. In all the photos I've seen it's been hidden and I think on purpose to make it look like the pool is bigger. When you stand at the pool those stones are easily visible. ALSO, Forget about being able to sleep soundly on the weekends. Super loud music from outside plus the fact that it's on a busy street anyways, makes it impossible to sleep well. Also forget about being able to sleep in late in the mornings all week. The cleaning crew, which is amazing and the reason this isn't a 1 star review, is working and banging on the floor above you and the rooms next to you. Knocking on doors in the hallway sounds like they're knocking on my door. The entire time I was there I heard knocks on doors. Very annoying. ALSO, the WiFi is very problematic. First day I was there it wasn't working. 3 nights during the week I was there it stopped working all of a sudden around midnight. Breakfast isn't really breakfast. It's cereal and some muffins. That's it. And if you wake up too late, all muffins are gone. Last thing, I asked if I could check out at 1pm instead of 12pm and they said I had to pay for an extra night. If you don't have a choice stay there, but don't expect much.

This is a good place. Standard suite with 2 double beds which were very comfy. Air conditioning is excellent, location is good, the pool is big and warm. The shower is really good and bathrooms spacious. Breakfast is a selection of tasty baked pastries, coffee, some cereals, and juice. Only fault is the juice which had a slight aftertaste. Checkin is simple and easy and there is an Oxxo store conveniently situated just outside. Hotel staff are friendly and relaxed. The overall experience is very pleasant. I’d only change the juice selection to a better one. Recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay.

I was here to pick-up a girl who was staying in one of the rooms. We were going for a walk, so I left my heavy stuff in her room to come back later. When I get back to the lobby, the staff treated me like a burglar...staff could definitely be friendlier. The security guard is cool

Very clean rooms/hotel. The staff was extremely helpful with arrangements of COVID-19 test in order to fly back to the states. Good place to crash before our flight back.

This is my first time taking a Vacation and I must say I had a pretty awesome time at this resort. Front Office Edilberto this guy is freaking amazing, the customer service has been second to none. Thank you for great time Edilberto. The food that they served at breakfast was not so good at all, we had to go to the Mall and get Kjc and McDonald's

Room cleaning will be done only on alternate days. Fresh towels and sheets will be given only for 5 days once. You have to pay if you want fresh towels. Pool was dirty after the rain. No one bothered to clean the pool and it looked disgusting. Mosquito problem. Faucets are bad and splash water everywhere. Pros: internet was good. safe place.

Used this hotel while visiting Sani Dental group across the road. At $44usd a night averaged per person (2 guest) for a 2 double size bed room for 4 nights it's a great deal. The rooms were clean, the staff were good, the continental was adequate. The location is great. Just a short walk from great food like Cafe Nader and the Mall.

This place is very nice. It’s close to everything you need and the price is very affordable. The room we got has lots of space, and the bathroom is perfect. We use to stay at Hotel Krystal close by, but they are over priced and we got a bunch of surprise charges when we checked in. Hotel Bonanpak is up-front with all charges, and they place is clean, organized, and everyone very helpful. We def recommend this place.

Rooms don’t have a refrigerator and we needed it really bad we stay 7 days, also no iron in room, very few parking lots about 5-6, no laundry room either, no gym, breakfast was awful, person in front desk not Rude but not very friendly. I was disappointed pay too much for hotel not to have this amenities. Oh and you can hear loud music from outside and cars passing by at night, very loud you can’t sleep. And I don’t care for the owner to asnwer back I really don’t care if nothing changes. Don’t copy and paste

Seconding Eyal Naveh review. In addition, - hotel threatened to cancel our booking by sending emails while we were on a long haul flight despite everything being already confirmed. - they did not reply to emails sent after departure to recover items left behind. Generally best to avoid this hotel but if you have no choice you will be just ok

Great location, clean hotel, nice staff, the only problem is the water pressure in the shower, which is really slow. ok for the price

The beds were comfy and there is a water jug in the buffet area to fill your bottles whenever you wanted. The wifi worked most of the time but very intermittent. The hallways were also very echo-y. Everyone coming home late or waking us early you heard. Very tasty coffee but breakfast is only pastries and cereal
