This room was uninhabitable. It smelled extremely musty due to the harmful black mold throughout. It was so bad I couldn’t stay there and had to check into another hotel. Even though the front desk lady agreed with me she refused a refund on a grimy room we never used. Additionally the pictures they use to show the hotel are fake. There is no parking lot out front it is on a scary rundown side road. The pool is not on the same side and the rooms are way way smaller and run down.

There is nothing sweet about this suite. I would not recommend this place or stay here for free. Room service is every 7 days. If you stay less than a week your room will remain a mess until departure. If you want to request room service that would require more money upfront. Washers and dryers are not cheap. The kitchen provided is pointless considering you have to pay/buy to have any pots or pans. If you are looking to save money and just use the microwave going anywhere else at a better price with a microwave would be better. There is no proper air circulation. This means your floors will remain wet for days if you aren’t using your towels to dry the floor. Did I mention that you personally have to get towels every day from the front desk to get them replaced and including toilet paper? It’s not enjoyable if you are in any of the upper floors every day. The windows don’t have bug screens and don’t help the air circulation, bees and mosquitoes every day. Ubers and any taxi apps will not pick you up at this location. You will need local taxis at extortion prices. I do not recommend those and this comment will be edited once uber is allowed here. The only mirror is the bathroom mirror. If you need a mirror this is very unpleasant way to go about it. Worst of all just entering the hotel you will notice a strong cleaning product smell. I wonder what scent they are covering because my room smelled like mold.

Extremely unbelievably rude and unprofessional and disrespectful staff. Especially the long kinda tall dark haired lady at front desk whom is a manager I believe. Absolutely horrible customer service. Do yourself and your family a favor pay an extra 20 bucks and stay At Hampton or another hotel. I have stayed at hotels on business or personal trips my entire life over 48 years I have never encountered such disrespect at any hotel stay in any country. I am beyond shocked. I AM VERY CLEAR IN MY REVIEW I BELIEVE SO LETS SEE WHAT CHANGES YOU MAKE AND WHAT ACTIONS YOU TAKE. YOUR STAFF AT FRONT DESK ARE ALSO CHARGING MORE THAN ROOMS ARE LISTED FOR FYI ANOTHER ISSUE I ASKED FRONT DESK 4 DAYS IN A ROW FOR EXTRA BLANKETS AND PILLOWS NEVER GOT EM. AND HOUSE KEEPING LADIES ARE AFRAID TO GIVE ANY OUT UNLESS DIRECTED BY FRONT-DESK. I HARDLY GOT FRESH TOWELS AND TOLIET PAPER AND MY TRASH WAS NEVER CHANGED OR EMPTIED. YOU ALL NEED TO KEEP IN MIND YOUR JOB IS AVAILABLE TOO YOU BECAUSE OF GUESTS IF NO GUESTS NO JOBS. SO YOUR MOST IMPORTANT AND ONLY JOB IS TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR GUESTS AND PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

VERY dirty room! We stayed for 2 nights and it was an awful stay. Rooms and beds are not cleaned properly and there was a lot of garbage left in the sink. The shower in room 332 is horrible and all the water comes out so that the entire bathroom was flooded. The AC is very loud, there is no mosquito net and you can only tilt the window a little bit to get some fresh air as the room feels very humid. There are no kitchenware or utensils at all. Not even a bottle of water as courtersy. We complained after the first night and were told that the manages is not there. They seem to be SAVING money on everything. Far from the center too. The wifi was very good though!

Very average setup, has a fully functional kitchen but you need to buy all utensils to use it. Service at reception and cleaning stuff are excellent

Good stay for the price. Would have appreciated some pots and pans and cutlery in the rooms, but I was able to buy these from the Walmart nearby. WiFi was fast enough for my needs, and there were a lot of great restaurants in the surrounding area. For the price, I highly recommend staying here.

The room had two noisy fans in the ceiling (for air circulation) that couldn't be turned off. The staff was aware of the issue but couldn't do a thing.

Quiet clean cheap. Beds nice w refrigerator. What not to love? Front desk person didn't have change but nice. Would come back.

Very very clean hotel. Really nice rooms but if u turn down the AC so that you're not freezing the vinyl plank flooring gets covered in condensation I guess 🤔?? . It's weird. But super nice. Location is super great for a stay coming from or going to the airport .. super close . Not so great for views obviously. But also an excellent location for getting food and drinks. Rooms have microwaves and fridges to keep and then heat your food. Nice clean little pool with some loungers. Good price too :)

Nice rooms with a kitchenette and service is polite and courteous. Restaurants and malls are a walk across the street. Relaxing and quiet place.

Very reasonable rates with friendly staff and a laundry room, gym and swimming pool for the humidity in the air. Overall a nice location close to everthing.

The Hotel is new and nice. Furnished with a good looking furniture. We had to wait more than 20 minutes to the receptionist who went to buy something in the near shopping center for tomorrow's morning breakfast... The "security" guy in the meanwhile wasn't helpful as he didn't speak English. But we used google translate so it was fine. It is a good and not pricey solution for a short stay and to be near to the airport and close to a shopping center. Finally, we asked the receptionist to order for us a 4 am taxi from the hotel to the airport and the driver was there perfectly on time (450$pesos one way). That was very convenient. Overall, if we will have to stay near the airport again we will choose this hotel again.

small tiny bugs everywhere!!!!! I think it is worse because they are so small you don't see them until they all over your things. kitchen has nothing so bring your own pots, utensils everything! Left after one night, paid for five never refunded. Stay away

Great alternative if you haved stayed with the normal hotels 10 minutes ..those offered for around $100.00 but Extended was half the price. We have a car for transport from airport.

It was cheap, clean, and comfortable. It is in a quiet and safe area very close to the airport. We only needed for one night and it worked great. Nice shower with great water. AC if you need it (we didn't and it was the 29th of December).

My flight got canceled so I needed a cheap last minute hotel. This hotel was the best in the area got the price.

For the Showers they're NO doors water comes out all over the restroom didn't like that nothing a bit berry disappointed 😕 😒
