Good communication but very very disappointed by the room. In a nutshell, ants in the bed, puke on the pillow sheet, no hot water, and everything smelling quite bad or being broken (pictures attached). I really don't advise to sleep there.

Clean but simple. Breakfast was sad. Bathroom sink did not work properly. The help was nice and it is very close to the Immigration office. However we probably won't stay here again. I prefer nicer digs.

I’m not one to review negatively but I feel I have to so others don’t have to go through what we went through. We were greeted at the main property and taken to a 2 story house across the road. Then the following began: - Toilet didn’t flush - shower didn’t work - bed sheets were stained - bedroom door didn’t lock - air con control didn’t work - people were screaming in the hallways at 3am in the morning. Besides that, the WiFi was pretty good. Avoid this place until they improve.

This house was super clean and decorated nicely. The girls that are in charge of the house are super friendly. Marcela, who we spoke to most, was very attentive and caring. There is free parking on the property or on the street. The area is very secure. Plus, they have free breakfast from 7a-10a!

Mario, the owner was extremely helpful and kind. He even offered to get us a lift from the airport when we were in a hurry searching for accommodation at midnight. Thanks for the great first impression of Mexico!

Low key, but near everything. Bus station is also very close. Clean room , shared kitchen so i enjoyed cooking my own meals. Been visiting for over 5 years.

😐 Really good place for a power nap. In transit. The room is very clean. Need a little more cleaning on the exterior, the stairs and to make the entrance more visible.

👍👍 We stayed a night here and Sandra was such a great and communicative host! Self check in directions were clear and it was located in a nice neighborhood in Cancun. We loved the little pool area and enjoyed a home made breakfast by the pool the morning we left to head back home. It was a great way to...

😐 The home, room and neighborhood were nice. The man who received us was kind and welcoming. But once we had brought our luggage in we were unwelcomed by a nagging woman who has poor tact and zero people skills. No hello, no introduction to who she is, just complaints about where we parked our car and...
