Terrible! Food was awful….lines everywhere! Had to wait in line 45 minutes to make reservations everyday. No way to book more than one night at a time. No online availability. Gym equipment was broken. Only one treadmill working. Had to wait in line 20-30 minutes for breakfast buffet. Omelette line 10 deep…cold waffles, day old sausage.BAD!!!!Floors in buffet area were filthy! Couldn’t get coffee refills. I saw people handling food with bare hands and putting it back! No hand sanitizer at buffets… everyone touching same utensils… no COIVD protocol. Not enough chairs at beach. Never did secure one after 5 days. Ceilings are leaking everywhere! Trip fall hazard with slippery floors. Building construction… very noisy.
Couldn’t get water restocked in mini fridge. Called six times.never again.very little entertainment.

It took us more than 2 hrs to check in, imaging yourself in line without A/C in Cancun. This is an all inclusive resort but unfornately the hotel was so packed that the waiting time for breakfast, lunch and dinner was extremely high, also, to do a reservation for other restaurants like the steakhouse or Italian are in person and kinda cut your day because they start taking reservations at 3 pm but you have to be there at least 30 min to an hr before in line, otherwise, you may not be able get a chance to reserve. Regarding the room, I feel that the space was kinda limited and besides the closet, there was no additional area for clothing, so we had to leave clothes on the luggage. Also, during my reservation online, I don't recall any disclaimer or statement about the internet service and when I did my check in I was informed that the room includes wifi for one device only, so if you need to connect additional devices, you have to pay extra, I ended up paying $80 for 3 devices since I was still working remotely and I could not use my hotspot. It would it be nice to know that ahead of time, so I could be prepared for the situation. I hope this review helps to improve the service at the hotel.

Stood in line 3 hours to check in. Only had access to 3/4 rooms the first night and when we finally got our 4th room we walked in to people sleeping in it. Also never got reimbursed for it. Drinks were watered down. Majority of the staff was very rude. Food wasn't awful but it wasn't good. The bathroom in the rooms were extremely outdated and needed renovations. Not to mention one of the doors was falling apart when we got there and gave in the second night of our stay and we were forced to pay for it with them threatening to call the police and having us removed. Luckily we had a great group of friends to make it a great time. (which is the only reason I'm giving at 2/5) But I will be back to Cancun, but I will never go back to this resort.

I ended up here because of a 15 hour flight delay. I walked into the room and the A/C doesn't work well and the room is very dated. But was still okay until I went into the bathroom. For a 2 bed room, there was 1 bath towel, 1 floor mat, and 0 hand towels. Ridiculous. Then the shower head looks 30 years old and gushes water from the top. No way to use the bathtub since there isn't a stop. Toilet wouldn't stop running and I had to fix it myself. The fixtures look like they haven't been cleaned in 10 years. Just not well kept up. The trash can in the bathroom was something purchased at an office supply store. Then the bed doesn't have a comforter, only a very thin top sheet. Usually this is so you don't use the air conditioner so much. There is a massive stain on the wall from water damage (leak). Then when you walk the hallways, there are buckets everywhere from leaky ceilings in the common areas. Basically if you're budget focused, stay here and prepare to complain a lot. But I'd never pay to stay here.

Rooms are old and not maintained well. Worst customer service. Appreciate the room cleaning lady on bldg 2, 3rd floor. Very caring but seems management has no idea how to keep clients going back. Rooms are very small. Curtains falling apart. Bathroom old and dangerous tub. More towels needed for the number of people staying. Had to be asking for towels, coffee, and water. Sunday pool towels were not available. Food needs a lot of attention; most food handler workers look upset or sad! Late night food and snacks advertised, we tried it once, but the place looked awful, food was leftovers of the day; cold food getting warm and warm food already getting cold. Some containers are already empty but the heat was still on. No food servers, only 2 people on the floor telling us there was only whatever was out! Nasty. The first 3 nights, we had to fetch someone to redo our room door key, it didn't work. The manager was sure he didn't know why while promising key was good from then on. Laughable! Do not recommend this place and I will definitely not come back. 2 star because Ocean beach was nice, not enough loungers do😬.

These was my first experience in all inclusive resort and was not fun. We were 3 family and went during the peek season so lots of rush. Rooms are very old and falling apart. We stayed for 5 nights and had rain for 3 days (no fault of hotel offcourse) but what hotels fault was where the rooms had leaked with storms. We asked for room change but found from our family staying in the same hotel had the same issue. The food was awful, few of the family members got sick 😫 during the stay. When we return we all had stomach bug which lasted 4 days for kid. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE. Our first time experience was not good. Only thing good was the coffee in the morning (which did have long Lines) and the Dos Equis on the tap.

Worst place in Cancun. I read the reviews after booking the hotel and decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. Should've listened to the reviewers. Upgraded my stay while checking in, thinking this would improve my experience. All in all, it's just an overpriced and rundown hotel that tricks you into thinking that there is any difference at all between lowest-priced bookings and VIP (spoiler alert, there isn't any at this location). Would not recommend

Don't forget to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking any place. This website will compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is the best rated in this area. I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't be let down. The customer service is excellent. The rooms could be a little bit more updated. However if you're not gonna be in there and you plan on leaving the resort for the price it's a good deal.

Me and my family love this place, been coming here since 2010. Been my favorite spot and everytime it's better and better. So many things to do, from restaurants to night clubs, I have nothing bad to say about this Resort. They also previde entertainment day and night. Everyone is so nice and if anything was off, they strive to make it right! Pool is humongous, and includes swim up bars, for whatever your preference. Definitely a 10 out of 10

The hotel has 3 levels; people who buy day passes, the grand oasis, and grand pyramid. If you want to have the best service and access to the best restaurants, you need the black label "grand pyramid" or prepare to stand in line with tons of people. Food is bland, and everything seems to be watered-down (cheese sauce was awful). Drinks are not strong enough, and the beer is XX equis tab only! They run out of tequila very often. Make sure to make reservations to the best restaurants as soon as you check in and get a reservation paper to present at the restaurant. They will instigate you to death for excursion packages. Do not feel bad saying NO.

We were put up in this hotel because our flight was delayed by a day. At first arrival it seemed quite good but after staying the night we realised how awful it was. This is 100% a party hotel and it is noisy almost everywhere. We were put in a room directly over the nightclub and there was horrendous noise until 2am! And when the nightclub closed, the party goers just carried on partying outside the rooms in the corridor! We were only given blue wristbands, so could not eat at most restaurants or even get coffee!

Good instalations but the food and service let much to desire! Long lanes to access drinks and food, one day they dont have pool towels for the guest, called 2 times to repair a lamp and the fridge in the room with no attention. Some waitress with bad actitudes like if you we are requesting a favor.

This resort is in need of renovations, ASAP! It was VERY dated! Steps are way too high, Stepping into the tub was a hazard! It is also very poorly lit. The staff are extremely unfriendly, especially if you don't speak Spanish or if you are not white. The food selection isn't great and imagine, a resort with NO bacon. I will certainly visit Cancun again, but not this dinosaur of a hotel.

Hotel itself is a bit old but overall nice. Big pool, lots of resturants and rooms are ok. I was there during spring break and didn't like it at all, but it's not the hotel's fault I guess... everyone were 19 years old partying all day and puking at the pool 😶 When i got the VIP (pyramid access) it got a little better as the food was a lot nicer

Although it started with a time consuming challenge trip from airport to the resort, the staff at resort and the awesome family activities made up our stayed very enjoyable. Definitely will come again and will reserve directly with oasis resorts The pyramid Thanks To Emilio and Mike for assisting us in planing our future stay in Oasis Grand Cancun and The Pyramd

The resort is big, and all other resorts or hotels are to close together....there is no private beach for each resort...also to sit on beach lounge chairs you have to rent them...the beach was covered in seaweed. The water is a pretty blue,

I am still here and the storm happened and let me tell you the whole floor was flooded. They had all the staff trying to get the water up out of the hallway. I opened my door and water was everywhere. I took photos of the staff trying to clean it. FYI my refrigerator is STILL NOT WORKING. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. NOT TO MENTION IT IS A 2 MILE WALK TO ANYTHING AND NO ROOM SERVICE OR TO GO FOOD FOR YOUR ROOM. I TRIED BITES AND THAT FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. OLD HOT DOGS POSING AS BRATS IN BEANS AND WEENIES ON BREAD. FROZEN CHICKEN ON BREAD THAT IS THE SAME FROZEN CHICKEN AT ALL OF THE RESTAURANTS. THE SLIDERS TASTED LIKE MEATLOAF AND THE POTATOES WERE DRENCHED IN OIL AND LOOKED SCARY. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE.

Lovely hotel. Wheelchair accessible. Everything was great. Food choices, bar service, beautiful pools and they keep the beach cleaned up of seaweed, trash, etc. Plenty of chairs and cabanas on beach and around the pools. The one and only thing was they don't have blanket on beds. Just sheets. I got a very thin blanket but when housekeeping comes to clean she took the blanket and didn't replace it. Rooms are really cold with a/c so a thin blanket is necessary. I used the bath towels as a blanket to keep warm.

This hotel is not to my standards. It's a 3-star with 2-star food and beverages. The only positive thing I can say is that the beach it is on is stellar. The Beach Club is fun in the afternoons. But I would never stay here again even if you paid me. There are so many better options in the area!!

Wost all inclusive I have ever stayed, the food looks like left overs every day. The hotel is extremely expensive for what it is. Avoid this place, they are trying to recover form COVID charging insane prices in 2023.

The place is bad in general. Don't waste your money. Everything is good the first day, every other day is not, Service is horrible, food is mediocre a site of eating the same everyday is terrible.

Very big hotel with 9 or 11 restaurants, bars, cafes, very near the nice beach and a bus ride for £1 to downtown. Rooms are nothing special, but who will stay in the room if you have a choice of 4 bars, live music and dancing and show every night at the hotel. We liked the Mexican Sushi and the Grill restaurants.

That was the most beautiful hotel I have ever seen. It looked like an airport it was very spacious and beautifully made . We visited it because of the casino. So I don’t know about the rooms .

The Grand Oasis Cancun resort is located in the center of the hotel zone. It has 5 buildings located on one of the longest and nicest resort beaches. There's an assortment of delicious restaurants, including buffets, street-food, and fine Dinning. Great service, a great place to stay, and an incredible view of crystal blue waters. 💙

Absolutely rubbish check in was a nightmare not enough staff they couldn't find our reservation even though I had a printed confirmation they weren't interested and wanted me to pay again the hotel is basically a party hotel for Mexican people with no quiet areas very load music playing all day and late into the night very few English or American tourists people being sick in the pool food and drinks being consumed in the pool the hotel feels grubby and tired we had to request our room to be cleaned after 4pm 4 times and we left our room by 8.30am every day never enough towels or fridge not restocked toiletries not replaced again had to ask at reception joining the queue wasting another hour our room access card stopped working another hour at reception getting it reactivated then to finish off when trying to check out they said we owed money for the room so wouldn't give us a release slip to leave the hotel grounds which took another 45 minutes to sort making us late getting to the airport not once did anyone apologise to us for any of these incidents we went for a relaxing holiday and came back more stressed and tired than when we arrived this hotel is an absolute nightmare
