We spent four days here during July 2021. We specifically chose this resort due to the kid water park in the back. The daycare ladies were great and they do great activities with the kids. The staff was friendly and the room service was fast. The alcoholic drinks were good, but I wish the cups were more aesthetically pleasing. The pools were big and they were never too packed when we were there, but there wasn't many chairs available. The area to the beach was accessible and safe. They had great nightly family events in the front area. The food in the buffet was alright and it wasn't that packed when we would go (8am). The better food is at the restaurants but you have to make reservations and they go by fast. The rooms were big. The only complain is the timeshare presentations you are pushed into doing for "free tickets" to a local activity of your choice. And because this is a family resort, be prepared to hear kids screaming and jumping until late hours of the night.

I would like to give a 3.5 star rating Pro: 1. Great location in the hotel zone. 2. They have family suites that can accommodate for 5 people in the same room. Majority of all inclusive hotels in the hotel zone can only accommodate 4 people in the hotel and have no connecting rooms. We have young kids so stay together is key for us. 3. Lots of activities on a sunny day. 4. The buffet restaurant is good. 24 hour coffee bar, ice cream bar and enough bars to get a drink no matter where you are at the hotel. 5. Staff are friendly when you tip. Con: 1. They sell a membership of a travel agency. Not worth it and don’t waste time to join the seminar. 2. The room is a bit outdated especially the washroom. No bathtub. The shower is not strong. 3. Room mini bar is not refillable 4. Most restaurants don’t take reservations and the wait is more than an hour. 5. The Japanese restaurant food is really bad. It has nothing to do with Japanese. 6. The steakhouse gave our whole family diarrhea and upset stomach. 7. Nothing to do on a cold and rainy day. Overall, good option for families on a budget.

The hotel definitely is aging and needs good repair. When we checked in the afternoon, the AC was not working, so we complained to them. When we came back to the room in the night 9pm they still didn't fix it. We have to call them again, and then they told me they will fix it tomorrow morning because the vent need to be cleaned. I was shocked to hear how dirty the vent must be that is blocking the air and stopping AC to not work. After insisting a few times, they gave another room around 10:45 pm. There are very few options for vegan and vegetarian foods. Unless you like to eat fruit and pizza during your stay. The staff are friendly but the rooms definitely need some work, especially the bathroom.

We loved it here. Everything was amazing and we will definitely come back. It’s a resort for families (the clue is in the name) and has so much to offer for everyone. Staff fabulous, rooms great and just filled with resources and things to do. Seriously don’t understand the complaints about food, we are real foodies and loved it all. Not high end quality (Michelin) but massive variety and very good quality. If I had one small gripe, it’s I would have liked more Mexican food, especially in the evening, but as I said, it’s a small gripe. See you soon, we will be back.

Overall, a decent resort; but temper your expectations! The resort is very clean and staff is friendly and very helpful. I had two negative experiences with staff but nothing too egregious. Room was clean, pool was very nice. The evening shows are a nice touch; gives your family a nice evening activity. The all-inclusive option is nice and convenient. Having said that, the food is honestly pretty gross. The best option is the grill at the pool area. Some of the restaurants require reservations, which require guests to get in line at 8am to make reservations for each restaurant. I was turned away from my reservation at one restaurant due to a dress code which no one made me aware of; be aware of that. The resort does not provide great information. The worst part of our stay was the hotel was constantly out of towels and washcloths. My family and I literally bathed with hand-towels because there were no washcloths. In all, we had a great time and none of these issues ruined our vacation. Thus, as stated, overall a decent resort for the cost but temper your expectations.

We booked this last minute through Expedia. Service was great! Everyone was so pleasant, and we didn’t speak Spanish and had no complaints/did not feel as if we were treated differently. Beach is kind of small but the water was great! Our son loved the water park. Overall, we were very pleased with this last minute trip. Food was decent, the food gallery had several options but food could be cold if you didn’t go when they opened, certainly did not ruin our trip. You only need to make a reservation for the steak house (make day of) and that was good! We enjoyed the Italian restaurant as well. I had to call front desk twice to ask for help with TV and ask for the room to be serviced, each time a person was at the door within 30 minutes. Thank you!

The food at the resort is horrible. Best place to eat is the steak house and you have to wake up at 7am to get in line to make a reservation. Our room was hot the entire time. We spoke with guest services 5 different times. After the 4th time they brought us a portable AC unit. It was on and working but not cooling the room down any. We had an amazing view and paid a lot for the room so we didn't want to move rooms initially. We were going to leave our room and the portable AC shut off. We spoke to guest services again and they said they would send someone up. We went to dinner. When we came back the AC was still off and they had brought us cake to our room. That was their way of trying to fix the situation. We figured it was not worth fighting anymore since it was the night before us leaving. We tried to enjoy the rest of our evening by getting in the hot tub and found the jets didn't work. We got in bed and the TV didn't work, refrigerator was off, and our phones wouldn't charge. This experience was horrible. We were not offered another room we were told they were completely booked full. We came with 7 other guests and another family had bugs in their room. When we all came back from our excursion off the resort there was a can of Raid sitting outside the door and it appears they had found the bugs when they cleaned the room and tried to clean it up and hid the fact they had found the bugs without having to explain to our friends. Guest services and management are not helpful at all. Once you complain enough about something they just start to ignore you.

my wife and I and three children aged 14, 12 and nine years old just return from a week vacation from April 30 to May 7. Kids had a blast . We have previously stayed at this hotel when it was the Parnassus. I will honestly say the hotel is going in a downward spiral. The food used to be top-notch. The Buffet is the same food over and over just displayed differently from section to section. And I’m pretty sure they use the same food from lunch for dinner just re-cook it and add some stuff to it. Not the best but also not the worst. My favourite was the Mexican. As for the restaurants to be booked we did not eat at any of them because I refuse to stand in line at 8 AM to book a reservation for my family. Snack bar by the pool side awesome. Every day at 2 PM they had the barbeque full blast cooking pork ribs chicken and or steaks. Amazing food there. The drinks were top-notch obviously if you want premium booze you have to pay and be a premium member that goes anywhere. Cockroaches I did not see one cockroach or one bug or insect my whole week there. The staff were amazing, courteous always there to answer questions or help out in anyway they could. The cleaning service was good but not to the best as I expected. Had to call them up a few times to come clean the room even though the red light was on and the towels was an issue but we just called downstairs and they were happy to bring them up within a few minutes. What I will have to say is some of the guests are very ignorant rude and some of them are even pigs. leaving their garbage and mess all over the place expecting someone to pick up after them. Yes it’s all inclusive but still have some decency. It’s like they’d never drank or eaten before. We had an amazing time I can’t say we will go back for sure but we’ve always loved going here . even the people trying to sell the timeshares asked me wants to go sit down I told him I had no interest they left me alone for the rest of the week. No pressure whatsoever. Just have to learn how to talk and be firm and also be courteous respect goes both ways.

We spent 1 week at this resort and have no complaints what so ever. Room was accommodating for a family with more kids, cleaned every day. We visited all of the restaurants and bars downstairs and no complaints. I have a feeling that people work here 17+ hours every day 7 days a week as I was able to meet same people working on different parts of the resort during a day from the morning until night. Beach was clean and we were lucky to see the sea-turtles nesting as well as big pelican fish hunting. Staff was very polite and helpful. Food was amazing with shelf liquor plus some local tequila that I’ve tried for the first time. We didn’t encounter any timeshare sales people and they were not bothering us by calling over the phone, which was great. Visitors are mostly families with kids from Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, few from US and Canada and European countries. Easy 5 ✨

Read the reviews and go in with reasonable expectations and you'll have a great visit. It's an older place and the ocean had too much seaweed to really play in but the pool is huge and has excellent ocean views and my son LOVED the kids water park. The breakfast buffet is great. The lunch buffet is alright but definitely pick one of the restaurants for dinner service (the buffet isn't terrible but you'll be much happier at a restaurant). What Seadust lacks in "newness" the staff more than makes up for in service. Tip these guys!!!! There's a museum in walking distance (adjacent but you have to walk .5 mi to the entrance) that was totally worth it. There are small ruins outdoors (we weren't ready for an all day excursion on a bus and this was great) as well as an indoor, air-conditioned exhibit.

Sea dust resort was amazing. Customer service, Food was top notch. Clean, beautiful, friendly staff. One thing only that I would recommend that rooms should be cleaned on daily basis but whenever we told them to do it they did. I want to send a big thank you for chefs who is constantly working around the high temperatures. They’re amazing. Thank you for everything you have great stuff there. ♥️♥️

We were looking for an all-inclusive family friendly resort to stay at for one night at the beginning of our trip. We chose this because it was highly recommended both through reviews and through Google searches but left extremely disappointed. The rooms are very outdated and look a bit dingy in certain corners/areas. We had a nice view but overlooked the terrace where there was a wedding. It sounded like a great time but definitely kept our kid up past his bedtime which was frustrating. The food is terrible. We ate at the buffet for dinner and everything was bland and cold. We then ordered room service for breakfast, hoping for a better experience but that was also pretty bad. The lobby ice cream shop was out of most flavors and only had cones (not sure if that’s standard or they ran out of bowls). Most of the kids water park area was closed on the afternoon we arrived which was frustrating because that was a huge reason we picked the hotel and our child was too small for the water slide. We asked the attendant if the larger pool allowed kids and she told us it was adults only so we went back to our room. We ended up heading to the beach and as we walked by the pool we saw plenty of kids so we were definitely misinformed.

We just returned yesterday from a stay at this hotel with our three kids aged 8, 9, 10. It was our first time staying at a smaller resort in the Cancun strip and there were definitely some pros and cons, to the location and to this resort as well. Pros: The beach at this hotel was AMAZING during the time of our late November stay. Unfortunately, the safety flags were red for most of our stay, but we were still able to walk on the soft, clean white sand and get into the surf a little bit. Our kids LOVED being able to splash in the waves and the water shoes we had purchased were not ever needed as the beach area and water was not rocky at all. The staff at the hotel were very service orientated. When we had issues with our room, maintenance was there within a few minutes. We did not use the kids club so unfortunately can't add any comments to that, however, David at the station where you could take out equipment and go zip lining needs major credit as he really cares about the resort and the guests. He was awesome with our kids and encouraged them to come out to various activities. Additionally, one day they were invited to play soccer on the rooftop sports area and staff member Adrian was great with them! Other general pros included - not having to wait long at all to be seated at the restaurants, the water pressure in the showers was really good and the water got hot quickly, our kids loved getting Mom & Dad to go down the water slides in the kids area, the mattress on our King bed was really nice, our room was cleaned really well each day, check-in and check-out was really smooth and the proximity to the airport was a huge convenience. Cons: Unfortunately, some of the other reviews are correct and there are cockroaches present at this resort. We saw them in our room and in the buffet restaurant. This caused a major sore spot for our vacation because we work with temporary foreign farm workers here and know how easily they can spread. We had to put all of our belongings in an outside garage when we got home to be treated with pesticides for a few days to prevent bringing them into our home. The resort is definitely aging as the appearance of the shower, pools etc shows the updates needed. Like mentioned above though, there is maintenance ongoing ALL the time. The staff here really are trying their best to make it awesome, but there are somethings that just can't be fixed with a paint brush or broom. We enjoyed our vacation here, but likely would not return due to the cockroach situation.

I give it one star for the amazing views. You have to make a reservation for most of the restaurants which sucks if you have all day excursions/day tours. Found 2 roaches in the bathroom, called housekeeping and all they offered was to deep clean the room. After “deep cleaning” the room, I found another roach in the shower. Upon your arrival you are greeted by hotel personals BUT are swiftly taken away by marketing people trying to get you to buy into their travel luxury program. Overall it is a place for kids to have a blast but for me personally I was expecting a little bit more and better

Rooms were being flipped so fast they were not clean. Restock fridge in this all inclusive resort is a we only do that once? The restaurants they have to offer the food is terrible. The only exception is the Italian ravioli and their beef parmigiana were great. The pools and Pool entertainment was excellent Santiago, Enrique, Gloria and Kevin! The rest was all 2 stars maybe. The adult pool kept closing early not so much fun. For the price keep in mind you need to be able to get some food other than just here.

I travel all over the world. This is by far the worst for management especially, food. (8 days, all inclusive, for 67 year old man) My toilet over flowed the first time I used it and it was a mess, flooded 50% of my ocean front suite, they came to fix it. The next day it wouldn’t flush at all they came and said it was fixed. The next day they came and replaced the guts of the toilet. The repair man said it was broken and it was held together with duct tape. The managers were supposed to contact me about it when it happened, after I bugged them and got mad after 7 days a manager Joel came came up the night before I checked out to quiz me on what happened after I went through it all with the maintenance, cleaning people and guest services for several days. He said well it’s working now. Unbelievable! Wrist door key bands would not work, several in our party had toilet, key issues. And several in our party of 16 older adults had terrible diarrhea and vomiting. I chose the most expensive ocean front suite and expected great accommodations and service. They definitely don’t take care of their guests. Worst ever. Will always steer my friends clear.

Cons: - Hotel is in extreme disrepair. It is clear they are trying to make updates and a number of areas are under actively construction, but it will be several years until properly updated at the rate they appear to be going. (E.g. elevators, unstable AC, main and kids pools are in need of extreme repair and cleaning, etc.) - Service was lacking as compared to other recent experiences at nearby hotels. Staff really seemed to care, but they were either understaffed or do not have proper management and procedures in place - likely both. - Multiple of the 6 elevators were out of service for the duration of our stay meaning the waits to get up and down were always excessive. - Main pool IS NOT HEATED or the heater was not working for the length of our stay meaning it was unpleasantly cold and largely unused by guests - Our room was not in good condition - went above and beyond in need of a deep clean - cracked tiles, cracked sink, toilet wasn’t properly sealed (smelled), furniture and doors had all seen better days long ago (need replacement and not another paint job), etc. Judging by the lack of similar reviews, other rooms may have been more updated, but ours was lacking to say the least. Pros: Location, but there are plenty of other nearby better equipped hotels to choose from. Last minute availability - presumably due to all of the above. Decent food quality and variety. TLDR; You could not pay me to stay here again nor would I recommend. This may have been a 4-star hotel a decade ago, but falls short of other options and nearby stays. I’m actually astounded that they’ve been able to maintain their current Google rating and I wish I would have read the content of the other recent reviews before booking.

Better customer service would have made this whole vacation different. Wasn’t the worst place but could be so much better. We arrived at noon, no early check-in available which was fine, we changed and stored our bags and got ready to go eat. Not before we were assigned a concierge who wanted $20 usd from us then and there to book a 90 Min. breakfast the next day to try and sell us on a VIP membership. Who wants to deal with a salesman while on vacation? Also, no welcome drink. That was disappointing. Take one of your dozens of salesman from the concierge desk and assign them to welcoming customers with drinks, snacks and a warm welcome, not a sales pitch. After checking back every hour and being told “20-30 more minutes” many times, our room wasn’t ready until 330pm. Normal check in is 3pm. We arrived at noon. We had 4 kids under the age of 9 with us. Out of 7 mornings at the breakfast buffet I was offered coffee twice, every other morning I had to go asking for it. Every time you ask someone to make change so you can tip for good service they either decline or come back with quantities too large to tip with - couldn't help but feel like this was intentional so they would get a bigger tip. My husband always loves to tip generously but I’ve never seen him tip less than this trip because he couldn’t stand this practice from the staff. Restaurant food at night was all really good. Kids park was great. Main pool was good. Beach was good but our kids are a bit small for the waves. Entertainment at the pool and at night was all really good. Room service was poor - our room was only cleaned/made up 3 times out of 7 days and at no fault of ours. Even when we left tips for the cleaners no towel animals or anything fun left for the kids. Customer service will make or break a vacation and overall the customer service here needs a lot of work.

It is great huge hotel, the room's furniture is a bit older though and not very good quality. If you like newer facilities, you will not be probably happy with this resort. We just came back, it was not 100% capacity as yet but we had lines to buffet from time to time. The food is great, with vast variety of products. The 5 restaurants a la carte are available. The icecream and pancakes are available in the lobby. It looked like there is not enough sunbeds but would always find one. They have kids room and aquapark but my son was more interested in the beach. They have mini-golf and kids zipline. The night shows were played every evening. The personnel of hotel is very friendly positive and helpful. That's the best part I liked the most.

I DO Not recommend this hotel. I travel often both for work and pleasure. This hotel is overpriced for the quality and amenities it provides. The food is mediocre the drinks are less than average. Room service is not 24/7 and they do not bring beverages up to the room. The shows are incredibly boring and a waste of time. The jacuzzi on my balcony did not work and they did not repair it. Upon booking I called to speak with someone and mentioned it was for 2 people for my anniversary , upon arriving to the hotel they stated that my reservation was wrong and needed to charge $150/day to add my husband which made no sense. The views are incredible from the ocean front room but I advise to stay elsewhere for a much enjoyable vacation. Also, do not book excursions through them definitely overpriced.

The worst place to stay! You're either looking into a parking lot with garbage bins, or into another hotel. The food is has no taste. The slide have rust all over them. We stayed 1 night because we had to, and then left. Rooms are run down and not cleaned properly. They promised a refund and we're still waiting. Avoid this place!! It is more like a 2 star hotel.

We spent a week here, and I would have given this place 4 stars, but I'll explain why I didn't. The people that work there. Guest services with Giselle, Gabriel, Maria, and Monica (I hope I got all thier names right) are amazing and really helped our stay be amazing. The shows are great and a lot of fun. The elevators got very congested at times. The luxury travel people were very aggressive and while I had good experiences with them a few completely sucked. Don't waste your time with these people, in my opinion it is not worth it. The people that actually worked in the hotel really made this a 5 star experience.

My stay at Seadust was wonderful. All staff members were incredibly helpful and courteous. I found myself saying 'thank you' a lot because they were so dedicated to making sure that I had a great experience. The room was very clean and I also enjoyed the room amenities. I loved the activities available at the resort. The pool area was super fun. The beach is in walking distance so that's always a plus. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Terrible rooms !! A/c never work in the SUMMER TIME. Waking up in sweats is not how I wanted to wake up everyday in my room. The water stop working as well so no shower or no toilets. I Couldn’t even take a shower after coming back from the beach. And yes I called the front desk to let them know about the a/c and water and the problem still remain. The hotel looks nice on the outside but is terrible on the inside. DONT BE TRICKED!!!

Sorry, I honestly can't believe these reviews are real. Stayed there with my family and had a horrible experience. You definitely get what you pay for. Which is. No AC on the property Old outdated rooms Very average at best food The kids area is dark and nothing much to do The show at night was the only real positive thing I can say Location is fine Your better off spending a little more money if you can afford something a little nicer

My son(6) and I stayed here for 5 nights, he cried when it was time to leave. This place is great for families with energetic kids and even has a kids club that you can take your kid to for a couple hours. The restaurants were great, food was amazing. The only thing I didn’t like was the travel club posing as welcome staff to give you a layout of the place, but then ultimately trying to get you to sign up for their tours and club. They have a company on site that will set up excursions and provide transportation to and from with was nice since you can’t leave off the resort without some sort of transportation due to Covid. The room was great, a private balcony with a nice view and housekeeping that kept everything in order and the mini bar stocked. Will definitely visit again!

This place is a disaster. Claiming to be a “family resort” yet blaring music in the lobby till 10pm so good luck with small children. Several restaurants “no reservations needed” they say at the check in. Then you find out there is an average 2 1/2 wait just to get in. Service very slow, averaging 2 servers for entire restaurant. Buffet service even worse. Nobody wants to make eye contact unless you tip and you have to wait forever for simple cup of coffee. Kids area is a joke and kids pool shuts down for entire day due to “code brown” clean up. We were averaging 2 roaches per day in the bedroom ( 4th floor) and seen several on main floor. Would never consider this hotel again, regardless of the price.

I went early November and enjoyed my stay. The staff is very welcoming. They even made a special dish I wanted to eat. I felt pampered! loved the drinks as well! Although they didnt have 1000 times the quality of food was good. They served traditional tacos with traditional sauces. Night shows were mind blowing.

Think twice before staying here. Recently stayed 4 days with our family. The check-in process was horrible. Carlos was extremely rude. When I asked for the manager, he began talking to her in Spanish and laughing which I couldn’t understand at all how my concerns were comical. The rooms are dirty and icky. The air doesn’t work well. The hotels lobby is beautiful but the rooms definitely need to be upgraded. There are only two elevators for this place that take about 5 minutes to be able to get on because they’re so slow. The restaurants all have two hour waits. Again, think twice before stating here. Definitely better experiences elsewhere.

Had a great trip wit my family of 5, room was nice and clean with a great view of the ocean. The food was excellent! My kids enjoyed all the food and had a great time in the pools and kids club but best of all was the staff, especially Oscar at the bell hop desk he was the most helpful and always took the time to ask how everything is, he really helped us out with everything! I’d go back just because of him. Thanks again Oscar for making our trip amazing you definitely deserve a raise or a position in management.

We recently had an amazing time at the Seadust Cancun Family Resort. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this resort had a lot to offer. One of the highlights was the Food Gallery, which had an extensive variety of food options to cater to all tastes and dietary preferences. As my family and I don't eat beef, chicken, or pork, we were thrilled to find plenty of other choices, including delicious vegetarian and seafood options. The resort truly accommodated our needs in terms of dining. The resort also excelled in providing a wide range of activities for kids. There were zip lines, mini putt, and various pools designed for different age groups. The water park was particularly impressive, as it struck a perfect balance in catering to different age and height requirements. The kids' club was a hit with our children, who enjoyed participating in age-appropriate activities and making new friends. It was a great way for them to socialize and have fun while giving us parents some much-needed downtime. The staff at the kids club were fantastic with the children, creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment. A hidden gem at the resort was the adults-only pool section located in a separate area. It remained relatively empty throughout our stay, offering a peaceful and quiet spot for relaxation. Additionally, cabana beds were available by the adult pool, although they were not occupied, possibly due to the hot weather in that section. Adjacent to the adult pool, there were basketball, soccer, and tennis courts. However, due to the open and hot location, not many people utilized these facilities, including us. We attempted a game of tennis but quickly realized it was too uncomfortable in the heat. It's worth noting that June is known to be one of the hottest seasons in Cancun. In terms of service, we found the hotel staff to be excellent. They were attentive and ensured we had a pleasant stay. The cleanliness of the resort was top-notch, with the staff doing an exceptional job in maintaining cleanliness throughout our visit. It was impressive to see our room being cleaned daily despite not being necessary. The housekeeping staff even replenished our water bottles, drinks, and snacks regularly, which was a pleasant surprise for our kids. The coffee bar was a favorite of ours, and the availability of crepes from 4 to 8 PM added a delightful touch. The ice cream booths were also a hit with the kids, providing a sweet treat during our stay. With seven restaurants to choose from, we were spoiled for choice when it came to dining. The food quality was excellent, and the service was commendable. The only area that fell short of our expectations was the massage spa. As individuals who regularly get massages back in Canada, we found the spa's offerings to be subpar in comparison. We did communicate our concerns, and the staff went the extra mile by offering us an additional 30 minutes for both of us to address the issue. However, even with the second chance, the experience didn't meet our expectations. It's worth mentioning that our friends at the resort had a different opinion and enjoyed their massages, so it may vary from person to person. Nevertheless, the spa facility itself was beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious enough for our family of three kids and two adults. It featured a bunk bed with a pull-out mattress underneath, as well as a king-size bed for the parents. Although we had a lovely side beach view, we didn't spend much time in the room to fully enjoy it. The air conditioning in our room worked perfectly, but our friends encountered some issues with their AC and had to switch rooms multiple times without finding a satisfactory solution. Each night, the resort treated guests to entertaining shows.

At first, I wanted to only give 1 star because the hotel and rooms need much work. The other reviews about conditions are correct. However, they have taken the advice on the reviews and the service is excellent and very kind. I was able to easily practice my Spanish with the bartender and he was very friendly about it. We enjoyed all the service. Second, the restaurant reservation system is gone and it is very pleasant to dine at any of the restaurants at Seadust. They have made it easy. Finally, the food at all the restaurants we tried was very good. One review said it was the same food at each restaurant, but that is not true. They each have a unique style of food and they meet it. There is Japanese with sushi, Italian, Mediterranean, steakhouse, grill, and my favorite was the Mexican. Each had their own distinct dishes. They have definitely made improvements from reading their customer reviews. It was worth the stay. It's a very good value.

Great resort for children Staff was friendly and spa staff was extra attentive; Daniella, Isabella, Martha and Emily were amazing! The crepería was an amazing place for coffee and snacks and we definitely got our use out of there absolutely fantastic The only reason I wouldn’t give this place a 5 star rating was the ongoing construction everywhere. Every morning we had a jackhammer directly above our room and the buffet area was super loud with construction noises.

Great family hotel right on the strip. Def an older hotel and decent vacation spot for those on a budget. Our kids loved the buffet, the beach, pools, water park area and all the shows. Staff who went above and beyond: Giselle from hotel front desk, Mario from entertainment, Marco and enrique from outdoor bar. We have stayed at nicer 5 resorts, but also paid a lot more for those. Improvements that could be made: AC, self serve coffee at coffee shop since it usually took over 15 min in line, and better drinks. This is a great resort for families on a budget.

Excellent resort. Friendly and helpful staff. Food was good. Drinks were better. We unfortunately had to use the doctor on site and he took AMAZING care of our 6 year old. He was attended to within minutes of needing him. I forgot my wallet for hours at one of the pool bars. It was promptly returned to me by security with everything in tact. Room service was beyond our expectations, the maid even washed our personal belongings after one of us got sick. The only negative I could possibly say….. the downright ignorance of some of the guests. If we ever decide to return to Cancun, Seadust would be our option! Thank you for an incredible family vacation.

The service at this resort is fantastic. My family had an amazing time. My four-year-old loved the kids club and the water park. My 12-year-old participated daily in the water sports that were going on in the main pools. Overall I would recommend this resort! We had an amazing nine days!!😀

We purchased a food and drink inclusive package. With it's numerous restaurants and bars there was always a variety of foods and plenty alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks 🍸 available. The beach was lovely and the pools remarkable. There's an adult pool area with hottubs, and outside beds for lounging, reminiscent of a set from Big Brother. After dark there is also a karaoke bar and a game/sports bar with pool tables. Fun was had by all.

The good: nice view. We were on the tenth floor. The food at the restaurants was pretty good. Almost all the employees know enough English to help you if you don't speak Spanish. Cleanliness of common areas was acceptable. It's easy to catch a bus to go down the strip. The bad: Saw two cockroaches in our room during our stay. The cleaning maids won't do much to clean your room unless you leave tips for them. Got sand fleas at the beach just outside the resort.
