We
recently
had
an
amazing
time
at
the
Seadust
Cancun
Family
Resort.
From
the
moment
we
arrived,
it
was
clear
that
this
resort
had
a
lot
to
offer.
One
of
the
highlights
was
the
Food
Gallery,
which
had
an
extensive
variety
of
food
options
to
cater
to
all
tastes
and
dietary
preferences.
As
my
family
and
I
don't
eat
beef,
chicken,
or
pork,
we
were
thrilled
to
find
plenty
of
other
choices,
including
delicious
vegetarian
and
seafood
options.
The
resort
truly
accommodated
our
needs
in
terms
of
dining.
The
resort
also
excelled
in
providing
a
wide
range
of
activities
for
kids.
There
were
zip
lines,
mini
putt,
and
various
pools
designed
for
different
age
groups.
The
water
park
was
particularly
impressive,
as
it
struck
a
perfect
balance
in
catering
to
different
age
and
height
requirements.
The
kids'
club
was
a
hit
with
our
children,
who
enjoyed
participating
in
age-appropriate
activities
and
making
new
friends.
It
was
a
great
way
for
them
to
socialize
and
have
fun
while
giving
us
parents
some
much-needed
downtime.
The
staff
at
the
kids
club
were
fantastic
with
the
children,
creating
a
welcoming
and
enjoyable
environment.
A
hidden
gem
at
the
resort
was
the
adults-only
pool
section
located
in
a
separate
area.
It
remained
relatively
empty
throughout
our
stay,
offering
a
peaceful
and
quiet
spot
for
relaxation.
Additionally,
cabana
beds
were
available
by
the
adult
pool,
although
they
were
not
occupied,
possibly
due
to
the
hot
weather
in
that
section.
Adjacent
to
the
adult
pool,
there
were
basketball,
soccer,
and
tennis
courts.
However,
due
to
the
open
and
hot
location,
not
many
people
utilized
these
facilities,
including
us.
We
attempted
a
game
of
tennis
but
quickly
realized
it
was
too
uncomfortable
in
the
heat.
It's
worth
noting
that
June
is
known
to
be
one
of
the
hottest
seasons
in
Cancun.
In
terms
of
service,
we
found
the
hotel
staff
to
be
excellent.
They
were
attentive
and
ensured
we
had
a
pleasant
stay.
The
cleanliness
of
the
resort
was
top-notch,
with
the
staff
doing
an
exceptional
job
in
maintaining
cleanliness
throughout
our
visit.
It
was
impressive
to
see
our
room
being
cleaned
daily
despite
not
being
necessary.
The
housekeeping
staff
even
replenished
our
water
bottles,
drinks,
and
snacks
regularly,
which
was
a
pleasant
surprise
for
our
kids.
The
coffee
bar
was
a
favorite
of
ours,
and
the
availability
of
crepes
from
4
to
8
PM
added
a
delightful
touch.
The
ice
cream
booths
were
also
a
hit
with
the
kids,
providing
a
sweet
treat
during
our
stay.
With
seven
restaurants
to
choose
from,
we
were
spoiled
for
choice
when
it
came
to
dining.
The
food
quality
was
excellent,
and
the
service
was
commendable.
The
only
area
that
fell
short
of
our
expectations
was
the
massage
spa.
As
individuals
who
regularly
get
massages
back
in
Canada,
we
found
the
spa's
offerings
to
be
subpar
in
comparison.
We
did
communicate
our
concerns,
and
the
staff
went
the
extra
mile
by
offering
us
an
additional
30
minutes
for
both
of
us
to
address
the
issue.
However,
even
with
the
second
chance,
the
experience
didn't
meet
our
expectations.
It's
worth
mentioning
that
our
friends
at
the
resort
had
a
different
opinion
and
enjoyed
their
massages,
so
it
may
vary
from
person
to
person.
Nevertheless,
the
spa
facility
itself
was
beautifully
decorated.
Our
room
was
spacious
enough
for
our
family
of
three
kids
and
two
adults.
It
featured
a
bunk
bed
with
a
pull-out
mattress
underneath,
as
well
as
a
king-size
bed
for
the
parents.
Although
we
had
a
lovely
side
beach
view,
we
didn't
spend
much
time
in
the
room
to
fully
enjoy
it.
The
air
conditioning
in
our
room
worked
perfectly,
but
our
friends
encountered
some
issues
with
their
AC
and
had
to
switch
rooms
multiple
times
without
finding
a
satisfactory
solution.
Each
night,
the
resort
treated
guests
to
entertaining
shows.
