Not a resort but still 5 star for the service we received from front desk, security, and the cleaning staff. The location is a 4 min walk to everything you need in the city and the prices were reasonable. The front desk even asked our opinion on the new rooms for future. The cafe was amazing too Gets busy on the weekends. You get to experience real Mexico. I'd definitely stay here again.

I had a really good experience during my stay. Just want to make sure it is notated. They offer information, if youre trying to travel to an island ect. And also, when we were leaving, i forgot my phone and they sent it over to the airport in a taxi for an extra tip. I was so grateful. Now, thats Excellent Customer service.

We needed a place to stay one night after arriving at the airport and we have chosen this place due to the good reviews. It was the perfect choice, the bed was extremely comfortable, the room and shower was super clean. It is nice to have a microwave, plates, etc. We were so comfortable we wish we had stayed a bit longer to be fully rested. We loved that it was a secured place where only people with the electronic card could come in. The street is also very safe and pretty, lots of places to eat all along. We will be coming back.

The hotel is located in downtown (centro) Cancun a short 10 minute walk from the main bus terminal. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff are friendly but speak limited English. There are many food stalls in the area the cater to both locals and tourists. The hotel is an affordable and convenient jump off point for touring around and beyond Cancun.

Room sizes are good, pretty big rooms. But in our room the hot water was a bit shaky, it would often only run cold or lukewarm water. Also the biggest issue is that the rooms don’t have a good wifi connection. Although free wifi is provided with your stay, you might as well not have any wifi at all as it wouldn’t make a difference because of how slow the wifi is. I can’t even load a google search page.

Very nice, quiet and clean small hotel right downtown Cancun, close to supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants. Friendly reception staff, it is my second time here, can't beat the price. (Don't go to the 'Cafe Nader' next to it, high prices catering to the tourist crowds) other than that, Thanks Nader. 🙋🏻‍♂️

We stayed here for 5 days and it was a lovely experience. The hotel is affordable. The staff were helpful and kind. The rooms were cleaned regularly and was even sanitized fully because of covid regulations. We paid for a room with 2 beds but it had a futon which was cool but the best part was that the cleaning ladies noticed one of us was sleeping on the futon and they provided an extra blanket and bedding. That was so thoughtful. The food at the restaurant was good, I thought it was quite reasonable. The valet at the Café was also really helpful in giving us directions. Only issue was in our room, you had to be near the door for the wifi to be good

Perfect place in Cancun. Not near the touristy stuff. Walkable to a lot of stuff and stores.

It’s an affordable hotel. Cheap price and clean. Staff are professionals and friendly. It’s closed to ADO bus station.

We chose this location as we did not want to be in the madness of the hotel zone and we were glad we did. The cost of course was a plus; the nearby restaurants, all within a 5-10 min walk were great as we had lunch and dinner out. We had cereal and our own coffee in the room for breakfast. The owners and staff were super friendly and helpful and gave advice on nearby things to do/places to eat. We rented bikes nearby and the hotel owner allowed us to keep them overnight at their nearby laundry…almost next door. We spent four nights here in January 2023, we had no issue with safety whatsoever and we walked back to the hotel at 9-10 pm. Also, there are frequent police patrols with flashing lights. This is a bit strange at first if you have not been to Mexico, but it is reassuring. (We have been to Isla Mujeres and Playa Del Carmen and this is typical in each place.)The suite is large with a kitchen, stove, fridge and 5gal drum of bottled water…a super helpful amenity as carrying water to your room is heavy and inconvenient. The hotel has about 15 rooms and we had no issue with noise. The beds, (two queens) were comfortable. The the air conditioning was great as was the water pressure in sink and shower. About the only item to be aware in our room was a step up to both the bathroom and the kitchen. Also, there is no elevator, but the rooms are on the second floor. (Pls check with the hotel as not all rooms may have steps.) We used the city bus R1 to go from old Cancun to the hotel zone….about a 14 mile stretch of hotels and several public beaches. They run very frequently and cost 20 pesos a trip ($1)/pp. There is not a lot to do in downtown old Cancun, but a recommendation is to go to the Mercado 28 and eat some deep fried snapper! Fabulous. I would definitely come back to this hotel in old Cancun!

We loved this place. It's in a quiet area in walking distance to a grocery store, several convenience stores, restaurants and nightlife. The room we had was gigantic, and had a full kitchen. It was super clean, had great A/C and hot water. The wifi was a little inconsistent - sometimes it was ridiculously fast, sometimes it cut out. Parking is in front of the hotel, but is not gated. We were able to securely park our motorcycles around the back in a locked area. Carlos was very attentive, and was genuinely concerned that we had a good stay. Our room was 1100 pesos for a king bed / two people.

This hotel is the best in the area for a great price! It was extremely clean and the bed was so comfortable. It’s located right by the bus station, grocery store, etc. So happy to have found this hotel in Cancun.

Great deal. The location in the center is perfect, a few minutes walk from restaurants, the bus station and the 28 market where you can buy gifts and items from local artisans. The rooms were new, the bed was super king and the bathroom was just past a walk-in closet. The only detail is that the room does not have a window that can be opened. We stayed in room 2. With fan and AC. Recommended place.
