Love this hostel and would definitely stay again if visiting cancun. A great location if your coming to the airport you just get the bus into the main station in cancun and walk 1 minute. The rooftop pool and bar area is great for chilling and I even met my girlfriend there!

Best Hostel in Cancun! I've stayed in a couple of hostels in Cancun and this one ticks off all the boxes. It is clean, the beds are super cozy and the rooms are really nice. Also the staff was incredibly friendly and it was very sociable but not crazy drinking. It's located in the middle of downtown. I especially enjoyed the activities like the Taco Tour and the Yoga in the morning. (One of the best yoga classes I've ever had) Would definitely recommend!

See you very soon!!

It was an overall nice experience in Cancun Downtown. The Hotel has nice chilly vibes. The rooms were tidy, clean and comfy. I had nothing to complain. They were also offering so many activities like yoga (free!), bike rental (350 mxn), Taco Tour and even a trip to the Mandala Beach Club near Coco Bongo. The staff was amazingly helpful with all my questions what to do and where to find the best cheap places. 2 Minutes Walk you'll have a nice and cheap Taquería Coapenitos. For under 1$ you can grab a Collectivo and drive to the beaches. ;) Many thanks to Carlos, Diamante and Paulina! I would definitely come back

Danny made my stay at Nomads Hotel & Rooftop Cancun extra special. I can't say enough about how patient and professional l he is. I hope he gets a raise or promotion because he deserves it. Nomads Rooftop is amazing. I was hoping to jam to EDM and the bar at the top was playing EDM. The space is extremely clean. I thought I wasn't the type of person that would like staying at a hostel but Nomads Rooftop has done more than enough to convince me otherwise.

My room was awesome and really clean, good located and it’s easy to access the city and the beach from here. Really friendly people who are happy to help and they are organizing cool activities which is really helpful fo connect and explore Cancun. Many thanks to Carlos and Lisa who showed me around!

Great location. 8 mins walk from the main. ADO bus stand . Rooms are clean and front desk is very helpful. Cute breakfast cafe, coworking space and a rooftop bar, where they have specials every night!

Perfect location next to the Ado terminal (direct for the airport), rooms are very clean with privacy curtains/ individual lockers / plugs, and the rooftop is nice though not that many people were there (perhaps unlucky ?).

Good location, could be a little more polished. Manager was great at keeping to noise down after the first night where the communal area was still super loud after 11pm (their sound policy). Thin windows right on the courtyard. Double glazing would be a game changer for their private rooms. Tours are all outsourced to LARGE tour operators. Had to prove my dental appointment to cancel trip. High school vibes haha

Incredibly loud hostel, at almost all hours. Not a good place to rest and recover after a long day. Rooftop bar/club is the worst part of this hostel. I stayed on the second floor and could hear it blaring music well into the night. Usually they would cut it off around 1 or 2am. Not only was the bar loud, they also ran out of beer by eleven PM. The food was over priced and the portion sizes laughable. Other guests were largely respectful and enjoyable to talk to, mostly young people. Staff gave misleading information about local attractions and outings on more than one occasion, leading to a lot of disappointment and paying much more than expected at some areas nearby.

Bunk pods too short for me. Heels to the wall. I'm 6'2", have never had this problem at hostels. Took over 30min to check in. 1st bunk I got was not cleaned, had to get a new one. Can hear every little noise in the night (no sound proofing, ambient noise, etc). Location is good, Rooftop bar and lower floor Cafe are excellent. Would have stayed longer if the bed fit me.

The room are really big with nice lockers, charging spits and lights for each bed. The only thing annoying is that there is no door to the washbasin. Whenver someone uses it during night and turns on the light you will notice it.

Cons: SO MUCH NOISE!! Can basically here people thinking. Vacuuming at 11PM, chairs being dragged on the floor (my ceiling) at midnight, cars at 2AM, more chairs at 7AM. The worst bed I’ve ever slept on. The pool needs more seating, maybe beds to lay out, and not made of plastic. There’s no trash cans at the pool. People smoke and leave their buds on the deck despite there being a no smoking sign. The pool deck it self is hot. Some shade until about 1PM. Wouldn’t let us check out even an hour later despite it being extremely slow. Pros: I took the ADO bus to the centro location which is super close to this hostel. We stayed in a private that had good AC, a nice shower and a couch. They accept credit card or pesos.

This is an amazing hostel in the ceter of Cancun! You will be able to relax and enjoy the pool or just hang out with new friends from all around the world! I just love the interior design, everything is so pretty and looks like a little hidden gem! It is great atmosphere and the stuff is super friendly. You can have an amazing meal on the rooftop and just enjoy the views. Its perfect for solo traveling or couples and friends. You can easily find your spot outthere and just enjoy your time in Cancun!

Very dope spot! Everything is first class. One of the nicer places I have had the pleasure to stay. Reception and staff are super friendly and helpful! Everything you need is only a few blocks away and transport further is very frequent. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to have some fun and meet some cool people!

Cons: customer service guys working front desk are rude and I had to get my refund back from the actual hostel owner, a nice kind woman. They dont tell you about certain fees until you check in so BEWARE Music can get loud at times Bathrooms were not clean Breakfast food was average. Pros: 5 min walk to ADO station, Oxxo and Soriana

My decision to stay at Hotels Nomads was a great one. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. The facilities are top-notch and a great deal for the price. I met folks from Sweden, Germany, Argentina, Kenya, and more, and folks are relatively friendly and open to connecting with different types of people from all over the world.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nomads Hotel and Hostel Rooftop, where I had the pleasure of interacting with Danny at the reception desk. I can honestly say that he was one of the highlights of my stay. Danny was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my entire visit. He went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed and was always available to answer any questions I had. His positive attitude and professionalism were truly impressive, and I felt like I was in good hands during my stay. I would highly recommend Danny and the Nomads Hotel and Hostel Rooftop to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area. Thanks, Danny, for making my visit so enjoyable!

I had a great experience. My intentions were to enjoy Cancun and surrounding areas and I wanted to be closer to local food areas verses franchises in the hotel zone. I was fortunate that all my dorm mates were polite and considerate. It was nice having a bathroom en suite as well. My pillow was more firm than I liked and if you are usually cold, pack long pj's. The linens are limited to a fitted and flat sheet and it was nice that there wasn't an extra charge for a towel. I felt the hostel was pretty quiet and clean. The curtain for the bed was thick enough to keep our extra light and provided some form of privacy. I didn't get to take advantage of the yoga or the pool or the restaurant because it was too convenient to eat at the local food tents and restaurants. It was convenient being close to the metro and the ADO bus services. And a Walmart, a corner store and a larger grocery store were walking distance from the hostel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I spent a day with hostel volunteers at the beach, dinner and a game of beer pong. They're company was comforting when traveling alone and it makes learning your way around a little faster. I would definitely return to this hostel. I would recommend this place for those traveling alone and who have more intentions to be out and about.

Pretty expensive for what you get, private room cost £65 with no breakfast included. Room was nice, good AC but slightly noisy. Rooftop bar was pretty nice but didn’t see that many people mixing or any events organised by the hostel . Overall would not stay again. Very expensive.

This hostel is fantastic - the rooms are really clean and comfortable (bathrooms in the room), and there are multiple spaces with fast WiFI from which to work. Colectivos run from outside to the beach for $0.50, and it’s 3 blocks from the ADO station. The rooftop bar and pool are great (rooftop bar food is a little expensive). One of the best hostels I have stayed at.

A great hostel with everything you need for a comfy stay. Good food on the cafe and the rooftop bar. Great, friendly service with a special mention for Erik who helped my friend (who wasn't staying at the hostel) find me.

Good clean Hostel has. Good size locker that even have outlets inside to charge your phone and devices. I also liked the rooftop pool and lobby area where you have space to use your laptop. Internet is realiable as well. I would stay again.

The rooms are air-conditioned clean and relativly comfortable with shared bathroom(no blow dryer). The rooftop bar is cool, closes at 0.00 😌The hostel is near the main bus station and oxxo is across the street. The staff are friendly and helpful. All in all good value for your money 👍

The facilities of the hostel are good and it's a good location however the level of staff service is absolutely shocking. One of receptionist (one with a green hair) needs training because she very obnoxious, rude, unhelpful when you ask questions and apart from send me with a key that she hadn't scanned first did not explain one thing to me (the standard things like check out time, facilities etc etc). I am not not saying I expect to be treated like royalty, but she was far from welcoming or even professional. There was only one staff member that had who was actually helpful.

+: Very nice rooms with enough privacy and luxury. Food in the restaurant is good and convenient. The pool is a nice extra. Staff is friendly. I didn't have any trouble with noise at night, I guess this depends on the people staying in the hostel. - : a place to hang or put you clothes in the bathroom would be nice. I lost something in the hostel and tried to get in contact through whatsapp and email but didn't get a reply.

Amenities are very nice: room, shower, bed - all great. Staff was average, helpful but did the minimum they could. No breakfast included, which for a hostel this expensive was a real disappointment.

This place is probably the best hostel in this part of Cancun! The front desk employees were so cool. Especially Hernando and Montserrat! So welcoming and the cafe was very convenient to work out of! Also the shared rooms were very clean! Will definitely come here again.

A nice hostel. The rooftop bar was loud at night, so don’t come here for a nice calm evening. The rooms were modern and clean. Unfortunately my shower wasn’t draining so well, but it did the job. The staff were helpful, shoutout Aivy for answering all my questions. Also, there is a convenience store and a laundromat within walking distance.

👍👍 One of the best shows I have been to. I got a regular seating and that was great. Unless you wanted to be seated without partying , regular ticket should be good. You have got 15 drinks which should make you drunk and have extreme fun. Kudos to those performers! They were simply great and showed gr...
